I took my kids to the Chuck E. Cheese in Clarksville expecting a fun and safe experience, but it was far from it. When we arrived, nobody was at the Kid Check station -- the area where they stamp kids and parents to ensure safety when leaving. That's a huge concern, since that's the main system to make sure kids don't walk out with the wrong person. My kids were excited about the new trampoline zone, but we were told it was closed because "someone wasn't there" since they were cleaning for closing -- even though closing wasn't for another 3 hours. Then, before we left, I watched as they opened the trampoline area for another couple and their kids after the manager said, "We have no choice, they paid for it." So apparently, it can open -- that was frustrating and unfair. On top of that, a lot of the arcade machines weren't working, which made it hard for the kids to even use their play cards. The only positive part of the visit was the nice lady at the counter who gave my kids a toy from the prize station when they were disappointed. She honestly saved the visit from being a total loss. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in management, safety, and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this Chuck E. Cheese until they fix these issues. read more

Ordered a pizza for almost $20 that has 6 slices. One hour later still no pizza. I went to ask about it. I was told the printer didn't work & they never got my order. I was refunded. However the manager & other worker didn't seem to care at all that I waited over an hour with a hungry 2 year old. I told them they could at least apologize. Then I was told "we didn't know the printer was not working" "we refunded you" "didn't care that we never got to eat" Horrible customer service! Was my first time there & my last. Needless to say we didn't eat there & my child finally got food somewhere else. read more

Went in to take my daughter to her first ever Chuck E Cheese visit. It's been years since I've been so was a little confused on how everything worked with the minutes versus tokens. I was already annoyed when I got a medium pizza, a small drink and only 40 minutes of game play for $46. The games were cheap and worn out and even the trampoline area that my daughter would have loved was closed. The workers seemed more concerned with their phones and playing the game themselves then actually making sure they were running the restaurant. This experience has ruined Chuck E Cheese for me entirely. read more

We had an incredible experience for my daughter's 4th birthday. When we arrived 30 mins early, the host was very welcoming. She explained everything in detail and gave us plenty of options. The pizza was great. A couple of our guests had the salad bar which was good as well. Our daughter definitely felt she was "the star." When she didn't get any tickets while on the ticket tube she started to cry and our host took great care in talking to her, making her feel better, and giving her extra tickets. The cost was very reasonable. We were so impressed we provided a generous cash tip to our host - I wish there was a gratuity option at close out. Thank you Chuck E Cheese! read more

Chuck E. Cheese - The ticket tube! So much fun! - Pizza Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

My son had a blast here, he was so happy with his birthday party, the host was very attentive and helpful. The food was good and the cake delicious. The games were great for my son who just turned 2. The restrooms were cleaned and the staff very friendly. read more

The only reason im giving two stars is because our server was nice. When the employees came out to announce the birthday kids they skipped my daughte and shrugged their shoulders like oh well... Also the table was never cleaned I cleaned it off and people from the other birthdays ate our pizza.. (which I don't blame Chuck E. Cheese for that) I will never go here again... read more

We had an absolute blast at this location. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean

I am so disappointed. No stage or even an in person Chuck E. Cheese. They did a whole countdown of him coming out to dance with the kids, so my 4 yr old granddaughter couldn't wait to see and hug him. He only appeared on a screen. Very disappointing. No tubes or ropes to climb on. Definitely not worth the $65. I can say it was very clean and the food was good. But kids aren't looking at that. Just not fun like it used to be. read more

This place is one of the filthiest spots I've been to. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Blood on one of the toilets. Poop and overflowing in another. My feet were sinking into the floor because of how sticky it was. I can just imagine how filthy the games are and how they're never cleaned. I am far from a germaphobe however, this place was FILTH. The only reason we went was because of a birthday party and I can be sure we will not be back. To top it off, the kids from the birthday party later that night all got sick and were throwing up, including my own. My guess would be food poisoning. The disgust of the building, I can only imagine how the food there is not properly taken care of or prepared! If I could give negative stars, that's what I'd give. read more

Took the kids here today. We haven't been in about a year and a half. We were really pleased! The place was very clean. They have updated all their games so they all use cards now. All the games worked. The food was surprisingly good! I got the salad bar for myself cause I checked it out first and it was immaculate (it was 11:30). The kids got pizza and it looked great. They all said it was good. The crust looked buttery and tasty. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was cause they did seem a little under staffed. They were out of straws at the drink station. I couldn't find anyone to tell about it except the person you order cards and food from. He was busy, so there was an awkward wait for straws, but otherwise it seems maybe new management has shaped this place up. read more

I feel bad for the people who have to work here. Lots of great memories from childhood, but this is just an overpriced caricature of the place you might remember. I am sure it was just as dirty in the 1980s , but 30 years of bacterial evolution against the flood of antibiotic spray has left Chuck E Cheese in a rough place. Games are almost all just screens and gambling now. Only a couple of skill games survive. Pizza I'd, so far as I can tell, a $15 rendition of a Digiorno. read more

This place could use some upgrades. My kids love it but I feel like there could be some updating to decor, carpet, and games. And it wouldn't hurt for chuck e to have alittle more pep in his step. read more

The service was absolutely horrible. One staff member would be running a register while the other sat back in their cell phones when they could have been assisting customer. very disappointing, I watched multiple families walk out due to it. read more

Service was horrible we ordered food. Got our fries first and the worker took our number off the table and then was unable to remember where it was supposed to go and wandered around aimlessly trying to remember them just brought our food back into the kitchen until we had to go ask for it. Presentation of the food was horrible as well. I understand it's only a Chuck E. Cheese and based more towards entertainment instead of dining but if your going to serve a party of two only a handful of fries try to not give them just the burnt ones. read more

I have 3 y/o twins and there were enough games and rides to occupy them. Always thought they were too young to really play there, I was wrong. We go there frequently now. read more

I came in tonight for a birthday party and our party host was AMAAAAAAZING!!!! DOUG was sooooo good with the kids, he was helpful, he was friendly and he made sure our party was a success! We would recommend this location to anyone for parties and we would definitely recommend asking for DOUG to be your party host he is THE BEST. Thank you for exceeding our expectations! read more

The customer service at this place is downright pathetic. The workers are rude, lazy, and not willing to offer their help or assistance in any way. We waited in line nearly 20 minutes to cash in my daughters tickets and when someone finally came to help he was the rudest, most pompous ass I'd ever met. He practically threw the toys at my daughter and they weren't even the right ones. 100% will not return to this establishment until management gets their staff in order. read more

Will NOT go back to this Chuck E. Cheese's again!!! Worst experience ever!!! We walk in to a horde of children surrounding mickey & minnie, couldn't even get past the entrance to get up to the cashier, we had to wait about 10 minutes to get through. Not very well thought out there. We get up to the cash register and the cashier starts to take our order. She answers the phone twice and helps 3 other customer before we even get a chance to pay. Than have to slide the credit card 4 times since she doesn't pay attention. She'd tell us to slide than ask what card, then forget and do it again and than forget to press the button. We then go to the salad bar after our 25 minute order is done. Already been here 35 minutes and haven't even gotten salad yet. Get to the salad bar and there are 4 people waiting since have the bar is empty. A women asks a lady for help she says she'll be right back with stuff to fill the bar. Comes out with the stuff, goes in the back and never comes back out. Wait 10 minutes and the stuff is just sitting in the containers while the line gets bigger. The lady up front asks another lady for help and she is headed out for her smoke break and is very rude and says its not her job and gets another lady over there. So this lady comes over and goes into the back to get the salad bar stuff that is sitting on the bar. She comes back and sees the stuff sitting there and cusses. By then we had been waiting over 20 minutes. We get our salad and go sit down. Wait another 35 minutes for our pizza which was burnt on the crust. Been here 2 hours and are finally able to go play games, first game, a girl about 10 pushes my 3 yr old out of the way and steals the game that had his coin, next game the ball is missing and a little boy comes up with the ball from the other side of the room and starts playing the game, I then tell his mother that it was my sons turn since it was his coin, she argues telling me no it's not and to wait my turn so I tell my son we are going up to the desk to get our coins back and we start walking that way and she runs up and tosses a coin at me and apologizes. My son got knocked over 3 times due to big kids running wild without any parental supervision, I got almost knocked over multiple times. You need to have a no running rule and a parental supervision required rule!!! Having 60+ kids running around with no manner or supervision is an accident waiting to happen. So after my son being mistreated we decided to just leave and use the coins at the Bowling Green Chuck E. Cheese since have not had any of these problems and we got there 1-3 times a month. So we go to refill our drinks a lady comes up next to me and yells over the drink area to a worker that someone cleaned her table and took her cup and the lady asks her what size drink so the woman grabs my cup and holds it up. We went to the exit and the lady asked if we enjoyed our visit and I adamantly said "No, it was horrible" and she said "Aw that's to bad, bye." read more
