I feel generous in giving it 1*. Took our grandkids yesterday. While there were enough amusement choices, the staff/employees couldn't be bothered to assist, help or engage proactively to address any problem that arose with the machines. It felt like I was bothering them. Basic failure in customer service 101. read more

Recently had a bad experience. Sorry to say. Not one to complain Honestly! Took my 3 Grandchildren ages 8-10. Waited in the Bungee cord line for over 30 minutes. 4 children ahead -so that means another 16 minutes or so more waiting time. The operater says I will be right back. Wait 10 minutes -she is still not back! She is in a line ordering food chit chatting with fellow employees! I approached her and asked if she was on a lunch break and she said she is just ordering food. Not at all concerned with the young children still waiting for their turn! Something is very wrong with this situation! I called the facility later to let them know. They were not very concerned! It was very rude! We paid 16 dollars for each child to enjoy some time there. They could not wait in that line any longer. We went on to something else! However the fellow that was operating the Roller skating rink and Lazer room was awesome! Friendly, fast, trying his very best! More employees should model your ethics! Barbara K read more

I took my son over the summer, just a fun mom and son day. It was just fine. He's 12 and had a blast. We bought bracelets and did just about everything. Laser tag was actually super fun (if you got a gun that works lol), skating was fun, and we even bowled some. He also did some bumper cars but passed on the jumping thing. The place is definitely run down and dirty but it stays busy. There were broken bumper cars pushed off into the corners of the bumper car floor, exposed disorganized mechanical rooms, and it seemed like close to half of the laser tag guns didn't work at all which was such a bummer but we managed to have fun with it anyway. The staff all has a "don't really care, F this place" attitude. Literally not one employee looked happy on any level. This place needs to be deep cleaned, repaired and refreshed properly, and staff either needs to be paid better/trained better or replaced with folks who can fake it and at least pretend to enjoy their jobs. This place has a ton of potential to be so much more amazing but the toxic attitudes of the staff and the failures of management will surely run this one into the ground. Enjoy it for what it is while it lasts. read more

I went here with 2 of my friends and it was going fine. Lazer tag was great, rollerskating was good aswell. It kinda all went down hill when we wanted to bowl. We get to the counter lady, who was VERY nice, and we got out shoes and got to our lane, LANE 40, and it was bad from the start. The lane was completely broken, we had to have a technician come and repair it and after 20 minutes of doing a half fast job, he just kinda left. We continued to play our game but had to waste a turn at the beginning to reset our pins. Halfway through the game the very front pin would not come down. It was half way stuck and never came down. Then after our 3rd person went a pin just flew down the lane and stayed in the gutter. I don't know how a lane is fucked this bad. I pray for the person who has lane 40 next. Only good part was the absolute bangin woman who was doing the rollerskating and Lazer tag. She's great. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! We visited this place for the 1st time last night for my daughters 12th birthday. What a joke! 6pm and only 2 people were attending the attractions so we had to wait FOREVER at each station. The other 2 were MIA all night. They would show up occasionally and chit chat with the other guys and leave again. There were several ladies at the counter chit chatting that could have been running the other areas as well. No need for 4 people at a counter on a dead night. One young boy that was running the attractions stayed on his cell phone almost the entire time. He had no clue what was going on around him. He didn't see the seat belt come undone or my niece trying to jump out of the bumper car because she was scared to death. (I know it's not his fault she got scared) We had to yell at him to stop the ride before she got bull dozed by the other cars. He was slouched under his hoodie, feet up and on his phone. THE ENTIRE NIGHT. The place smelled like old feet. The ball pit in the soft play area was gross and needed cleaned up. We ended up just finishing the night in the soft play area because we got sick of waiting on the workers to do their jobs. The play area is for 6 and under. We had 6 kids go in that were 8 to 12 and nobody came and said a word. Probably because if they made them get off the jungle gym they'd have to go back to running the rides so they just chose to overlook that 2 giant 12 year olds were in the ball pit. Heaven forbid any of them have to work for their money. The girl at the counter that sold us the wrist bands was very nice and helpful with telling me costs and what was included etc...that's THE ONLY good thing I can say about this place. No really...the ONLY thing..... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! read more

This place has really gone downhill. It's very dirty, holes in the walls, and half of the attractions don't work. Stood in a short line for bumper cars for 30 minutes because they only have 3 of the 7 cars working. $60 wasted. read more
