The photo is one day after my nails were done and the video is 3 days after my nails were done.

I have gone to Skyland a couple times because I live around the way. I really go for convenience but this last set that I did there was the last straw. I asked for a full set, purple chrome nails and a gel pedicure. I called before and asked if I can walk in. They said yes after asking what services I want. The pedicure was fine, but they started my full set nails while I was still in the pedicure chair. I realized he was rushing because they were closing soon and he apparently needed a ride home. He ended up asking me to come the next morning so he can finish my nails. I went home with just acrylics on. The next day he finished my chrome set and he was passable to me but within the day, it already chipped off. I hated the nails. They were thick, he barely filed them properly. They were different lengths, and the nail polish had bubbles in it. It just was the worse set of nails I've ever gotten in my life. I had to hide my nails for a few days before getting them re-done at a different salon. I will never set food here again. Previous reviews don't say it clear enough so I will: this place is not worth going to. The nail tech who fixed my nails told me that the person who did my nails is unskilled. He didn't even put the acrylic powder up to my cuticles so when i got my nails fixed, it looks liked I was needing a fill even though I fixed my nails on a Monday and the bad set was done on the previous Friday.

I come here because it's convenient. But this place isn't my first choice. 20 minutes waiting for a fill and they took two people before me. My question is why do you have people sign in id you're not going to use the sign up?

Express Pedicure, I come to this salon to get the same pedicure and I've always gotten the Express Pedicure and received both sugar scrub and callus remover with Gel Polish. However, I come in today and was told I had to pick one or the other and he changes the listed price to $52. When I tried to explain to him that I've always gotten both for the listed price he tried to go and forth. This is not my first time having an issue with his place. I will not be back.

Beautiful and clean nail shop...but their work is crappy. I thought it was just the particular tech I had the first time, so tried a second time before deciding to not go back again. Today - my 15 year old went while I was at work...she wanted almond/rounded nails and continuously told the tech that. However, the tech told her it looked better square and proceeded to do square nails. The job also looks very rushed (to be fair she went at 6 and they were closing at 7, but still...) She also cut the nails shorter than my daughter asked for and she did't match up the length on both hands. Ultimately, my daughter gets home after spending $85 and is VERY unhappy with her "birthday nails" (she's turning 16 and celebrating this weekend). Other nail shops in area do not have facilities as nice as this place BUT I'd prefer nice nails over the nice paint/walls of the shop. My home has nice paint/walls... I tried to call but of course the phone number for them online is a non-working verizon phone number. Would love for someone to reach out to me and fix this at no cost! That may be like asking for world peace tho...

    Gel manicure 5 days later...

Pros: Clean, spacious and quick...but maybe too quick. Regular pedicure held up. Cons: Gel manicure started chipping on day 2. By day 5, several nails were chipped and the polish lifting at the nail bed on all nails. First time trying this place before I went out of town the following day. It didn't take long for the nails to start chipping on my gel manicure. I didn't clean, wash my hair, go near a pool or soak my hands. Disappointed my nails didn't last at least 2 weeks.

Got a basic manicure but I wouldn't come back. Manicure was super rushed and my clear polish wasnt removed even after telling her that. There wasn't any cuticle oil or lotion involved so my nails look rough. Waste of $20

    Spa pedicure very nice!

Nice and clean...for now since they just opened. Location is difficult to find using gps. I Iove that it's about 10 mins from my house, prices are reasonable and Julie gives great pedicures! They offer complementary water and soda too. The tech (Vicky was her name I think) that did my nails was nice but her quality of work was inconsistent. Majority of my nails are not the same shape and I had already been there a few hours so I didn't bother even going through the hassle of having someone fix them b/c I had other plans for the remainder of my day. Very busy on weekends and only about 4 nail techs working so plan accordingly. I think I would revisit for pedicure only, will probably try someone else for my nails tho! 9/19/22 Update: one of my nails are already peeling after just 2days

Chris coordinated all of my reservations and handled every detail seamlessly. They truly did not miss a beat. From the beautifully curated setup to the thoughtful touches--balloons, champagne, mimosas, strawberry lemonade, sparkling water, tea, and an incredible spread of light bites (charcuterie, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and strawberry shortcake)--everything was executed flawlessly. The experience felt incredibly exclusive, almost like I had the entire spa to myself and my guests. Antonio, the owner, greeted us personally and ensured we received white glove treatment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I genuinely felt like a queen celebrating such a special milestone. When I walked into the lounge and saw the setup, I was overwhelmed--in the best way. I actually cried. The robes, slippers, added seating, and overall décor were stunning. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. My massage with Brenda was phenomenal. She worked out tension I didn't even realize I was carrying, and her nurturing, calming energy made the experience even more special. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and completely restored. I'll absolutely be booking with her again--and I'm already planning to return for a facial with Ruby. If you've ever considered celebrating your birthday--or any special occasion--this way, run, don't walk to Unwind Wellness. I would rate this experience a 1000 out of 10. You will be cared for, celebrated, and treated exceptionally well.

They offer a wide variety of services, and they have a facility that is equipped to do so (Example: infrared sauna). I have experienced years of back and neck pain, and Tania Burgos is by far the best myofascial massage therapist I have experienced. From her calming presence to her guided breath-work to her caring check-ins to the warm neck support pillow she provides, her thoughtfulness and attentiveness are unmatched. It's evident she cares about "the whole person." I experienced each movement as intentional, deliberate, and restorative. And somehow even with a massage lasting 90 minutes, her energy is sustained such that the last touch feels just as relieving as the first. Tania's healing care provides increased mobility and longer lasting relief. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! I know I'll be in very skilled, rejuvenating hands.

Then he applied the perfect amount of pressure to exactly the right places to ease my back tension, asking throughout if it was okay and not too painful. Overall, this might have been my first, but it def won't be my last massage! Highly recommend this place!

Taquita did both my signature massage and my pure radiance facial. She was amazing! She took the time to ask me my pressure preferences and well, the rest is history. After my treatments, I enjoyed reading my book in the relaxation room while hydrating with the water that was provided. The snacks were also a nice touch. Will I be back? I suspect they are either understaffed or...something...because my friend had to put in several phone calls when the online system was giving us the blues. Once we got over that hurdle, things were pretty smooth sailing. I received several confirmations in advance and when I arrived the day of there were no issues or complications. For a long while, we had the lounge relaxation area to ourselves. The snacks were water, tea, pretzel bites, wasabi peas, and some kind of unsalted nut mix. Not the best spread but I did have my share of pretzel bites. Our massage therapists arrived promptly and on the other side of our services (90 minute massage for her and 60 minute body exfoliation followed by a 60 minute massage for me) we were both incredibly relaxed. We didn't use the steam room, pool, or sauna but I'll be sure to check those out next time. The services are pricey but the facilities are nice and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Special shoutout to my massage therapist. Duane was my tech and...he did that! Very professional from beginning to end, and very good at what he does. When I was checking out, somehow I was nearly charged for both my services and my friends. I was in such a relaxed state that I didn't catch it but the staff fortunately did. All things considered, a lovely experience.
