Sky zone for me was a super cool experience. I liked the basketball courts and zip line and rock climbing

My kids were here for a birthday party and had a great experience here. There is every variation of a trampoline you can think of here. In addition to the traditional trampolines, there's also a bunch of foam blocks you can "swim" through, an obstacle course, a short zipline, and a super steep slide ending with a soft landing. There's even an area for kids under age 6 and a basketball court on a trampoline for older kids. Last, this place is right off of the Braddock Road exit on 495 so it's super convenient to get to. When I saw the Springfield address, I thought I was looking at a 20-30 minute drive, but it only took 13 minutes to there! read more

Went here with my kids. We are members for years. It's 9:45. They close at 11. I start ordering pretzel snacks and some 16 year old girl stops the order and says they are not doing hot food anymore. Pretzel bites literally would take 5 minutes if that. Stopping an order right in the middle of the attendant taking it is so unprofessional and shows why this place has turned into a ghetto Sky Zone. Go to Flight. This place has gone down the dumps and you can tell they don't care. This is how it starts. Businesses think it doesn't matter when they lose one customer. But we are a family of 7. We won't spend a penny here again. My 5 and 8 year olds get pushed around almost every time we come here by kids double their age and they have nobody above 16 to do anything about it. They allow 18 year old men to play dodgeball against 5 year olds. There is literally no age grouping. My son nearly broke his nose and my attorney wants me to sue. We are still under the statute of limitations so now I will probably go thru with it after tonight. It's the straw that broke the camels back. This place could be nice if the owner and manager cared. But they save money by hiring kids that don't care and every attendant is younger than the next. I ask to speak to the manager Isaac and he is maybe 18. He repeats the same BS as the 16 year old "girl" who literally stopped the attendant from placing my order. No apology. No explanation other than this kid say in g we stop serving food an hour before closing. Well. It was an hour and 15 minutes before closing and there is nothing that states they stop serving hot food anymore hour before closing. I was not ordering 3 large pizzas. I was ordering my kids pretzel bites. What happened to customer service?! What happened to taking care of the customer. We stoooed having our birthday parties here because it's run by -6 yr old kids who have no manners, no sense of respect, no training on customer service. There are 15 people standing around literally doing nothing. They could stop serving food 15 minutes before closing and use all the people standing around to clean the kitchen within 15 minutes. If I walk in a restaurant at 8:55 and they close at 9, they understand that they will have to make the food. Over an hour before closing and I get treated like I am a 16 year old kid by some kid who I think was a female. Literally the attendant was keying in my murder and she stopped him. She had not started cleaning yet. It's not like she was done cleaning the kitchen. She had not even started. What a joke if a place. But this is why ppl don't go here anymore. It's ghetto and run by kids with no training, no respect, no sense of what their job is and what they are getting paid to do. Shane in the owner. Making the drive on a Sunday morning from Southeast D.C. wasn't that bad. It took 25 minutes without traffic. After spending two hours at Sky Zone for a birthday party, it was worth the drive. Signing waivers beforehand, we saved money on bringing our own grip socks. It's pretty big with several party rooms, a large open space with tables for adults to work or hang out, and lots of trampolines. My seven-year-old loved the climbing wall, Ninja courses, and the platform where you jump into the foam pit. There's a snack area and cheap arcade games that are never worth your money. Sometimes it be like that. Sky Zone is a popular birthday party location for the elementary school crowd and I can see why. They have pizza, they have slushies, and all the littles can jump to their hearts content. As an adult, I'm not a big fan. The area is super spread out so it's hard to watch your children and it is often overrun with older, rowdier kids that make the entire experience unpleasant. Trampolines seem to be in good working order but the ninja warrior course has lost some of it's buoyancy -- if you fall off and you're a little person you will definitely get sucked up by the sides and have a hard time pulling yourself out. There is also no one to monitor children coming in and out of the course so it can get a bit crazy. Also, you will definitely need to bathe yourself in sanitizer afterwards. I always feel a small film of filth on my skin when leaving. Three stars because the kids like it but as an adult, I would never choose to come here willingly. read more

This is a great place for kids to be active and have fun. Our favorite time was as soon as they open and weekdays in order to avoid the crowds on weekends and federal holidays around noon and the remaining of the day. I came to sky zone right before the pandemic and then more recently this past weekend. Unfortunately, it appears a number of the activities have been removed without adequate replacements. Due to the removal of a number of activities, it would be nice if there was an activity area designated for toddlers. Thus, if you were wondering about an area specifically for toddlers at this location, there is not. Also, I came for a birthday party and the TV in the party room did not work. It is also worth noting that if you get a party package you only spend the last hour in the party room and do not have access to a party room beforehand. Lastly, there is food/ trash in between the trampolines. This place gets three stars because the children will indeed enjoy themselves and that's what's most important for these types of spaces. They have all the snacks kids like such as pizza and icees. There are also arcade games in addition to the trampolinee. The children won't notice all of the nuances adults care about. We went there for a birthday party and were very disappointed. They won't let you bring your own socks with anti slippery bottom or even socks from other Sky Zone location. They charge $8 for a pair of toddler size socks just to make more money out of you. The party package pricing is unreasonable. This place is best for kids 6+ years old. Younger kids get knocked down by older kids, especially in the obstacle section. read more

A solid 3 and we keep coming back. There used to be alot more things here and they keep getting taken away, my hope is that more will come? The redid the entire obstacle course which was good and its more little kid friendly as they went there anyways. Still after a month or so one or more lanes are out of commission. I do think they are trying to continue to improve. There is more staff every time they come and they actually will say something if something dangerous is going on. The daily price is more expensive than the monthly membership so you are almost always wanting to get it. We also did a birthday here which was fun for the kids. There is not much the team does for you to make it special other than have our own room and get pizza served, but again the kids like it. Overall no issues, it was as expected. The Sky Zone in Springfield is much less cool than the one in Manassas but it does have more open space (again because some of the activites were taken away). Keep hoping... read more

I think the concept of Sky Zone is great but the upkeep to this particular Sky Zone is terrible. I didn't see one employee there that was older than 20. No adult management to be found. Even though my son had a good time, this place is controlled chaos due to the lack of trained staffed. The staff do their best but it could be so much better with the right training and supervision. Too many of the young staff stood around talking to each other and not doing anything. For a place that makes a ton of money on kids, you would think they would do a better job taking care of their customers. Too many of their attractions were broken or just unclean. Take a lesson from the New Great Wolf Lodge in upper MD. read more

This place is a scam. I took my daughter there to jump and wanted a standard 90 minute pass which is the basic option. I was told the standard passes are sold out but I was welcome to purchase a monthly subscription and she could jump. I looked around and the place was almost empty but they are "sold out". BEWARE! SKY ZONE runs a scam. When you sign the waiver they automatically sign you up for "membership" and reoccurring charges. You then have to battle with your credit card company to remove the unauthorized, fraudulent charges. Sky Zone is so unscrupulous that they provided the credit card company with documents claiming we signed up for membership (with no signature, of course) but this proves that they are intentionally scamming customers as a modus operandi. Shame on you, Sky Zone. You picked on the wrong customer to scam. read more

"Nobody Goes There Anymore, It's Too Crowded" - Yogi Berra. We went because Skyzone was one of my daughter's finalists for her birthday party. It seems like a fun idea - I hope Skyzone can improve. UNSAFE: there were kids just about on top of each other. Example, The foam rules say one per lane, there were kids in the foam next to each trampolines (where they land) and multiple kids on the trampoline - and the attendant stood by and said nothing. Kids were sitting on the top of the climbing wall, with a dozen or more kids beneath them. CLOSED: several areas were closed. We waited for mats and kids kept taking mats before my kid could get one. She finally got a mat and when we got to the front of the line, both slides closed. CROWDED parents who were there for a paid birthday room said it was not available at the arranged time. They were standing there with supplies and gifts. PARKING was very limited and there is no sidewalk to the back parking lot. read more

Sorry, only 9 tables on ground level and the parents who don't supervise their kids are on the cell phones taking up a whole table. Usually put their kids shoes on the table as well. My bfs daughter and her cousin had a joint birthday party here. I've been to a few locations and this one was so disorganized. The check in process took forever and we are trying to keep 4 kids calm who just want to go play. It took probably 15 minutes. No one knew exactly where the birthday room was. Halfway through the party a nice associate told me the room was upstairs after she saw me going back and forth to put the gifts in my car. The kids seemed to have a good time. I really hate to have to write this, but BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I intended on having my daughter's Birthday party there, but after consideration, my wife and I decided on a more cost effective option. When I initially spoke to their representatives everything was all good, "take your time and let us know if you need to cancel". Well long story short, the time they needed was enough for them to say that I didn't cancel in time and thus would not refund my deposit. Where do I begin? We went to Skyzone so frequently that we decided to get memberships. However, I was quite dissatisfied and disgusted with the upkeep today. It smells like feet, and the floors were sticky and haven't seen a mop in a long time. It's obvious that they haven't cleaned this house in a long time. Okay so this place is fun and all but the workers there do not give a ding dong about the panini we are in. There were so many ppl, no social distancing was enforced. We kinda had to do that ourselves. Huge tip: order online ahead of time and if you do 3 days in advance you get a discount. Also if you go an hour or 2 before they close the workers are so over it they will not care if you don't have the proper socks so that's $3 less you gotta pay and you can deff jump for free no one is checking bracelet colors. Overall very fun but I feel dumb for actually paying full price to jump....12/10. read more

Being run by kids. Seriously. No one over the age of 20 visible to manage the show anywhere in the facility. Some kids wearing orange uniform. Others without any uniform hanging out with those wearing uniform while they are on the job. Total chaos. No one to enforce any kind of order anywhere - locker, "Wipe Out" queue for kids, on the different trampolines, etc. Only order was at entrance in front of the cashier. Multiple play areas closed. Remaining 5 of 7 areas were some form of trampoline. Men's bathroom: (Attached Pic) 2 too-cool-to-be-hygienic sinks. One sink not working. The other - No soap. Not warm, but scalding hot water. In peak flu season. In a faculty where kids are jumping over each other. As an aside: They charge for socks. Great idea to keep facility clean for kids. Till you realize... Nearly everyone is walking into the restroom and on to the urinal with just those temporary socks on. And then going back to the play area. My totally-awesome-genius suggestion to management that will reduce their profit: Let people wear their own socks like others in the business and not one person will walk into the bathroom with just the socks on without first wearing their shoes. Lockers: I have to enter my passcode for the locker in front of everyone and pay $3+ to keep my shoes safe. You guys are REALLY working hard to make it suck. read more

My son turned 8 last weekend and wanted a Skyzone party. You have to pay for a minimum of 10 guests, and if you want to be able to bring a birthday cake without an extra charge, you need to pay for a 2nd tier party....so $34 per kid. You get 1 hour of jumping and a pair of socks per kid and 1 hour in a room with pizza/drinks...and you can being your own cake. We went at 10am in the morning (so they had only been open for an hour, and there weren't loads.of kids there yet) and the place was trashed....like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The boys bathroom was out of service, both toilets had 5 lbs of tp flowing out. It's the only boys bathroom and was unusable. The manager on duty said "yeah, we called in a ticket" and shrugged it off. They had the new SUICIDE SQUAD movie playing on the big screen. It's rated R for gore and violence. The average age of children in the building were 8 and under, and they were playing a movie where characters were being shot to death and threw a spear into a giant eyeball... soooo why was this appropriate??? When we wanted to purchase bottles of water, we had to seek out an employee to help us, as there were 4 standing/talking in the consessons area, but didn't pay attention when you asked for help. There were another several employees hanging out looking at their phones behind the (empty) front desks. When we got to our room, my husband noticed that the floors were sticky, and had crumbs everywhere. It was just gross and dirty where ever you went. When I left, when the weekend manager asked for my payment, there was a used tissue on the credit card holder. 2 of the kids didn't show up for our party. She mentioned that I still needed to pay for 10 kids even though 2 didn't show up, and I said that's OK, but can I have the 2 pairs of socks (we have a trampoline at home) she said no. "That's not how it works". I said "But I paid for 10 children and socks were included, right?" She said "Yes, but you don't get the socks for absent children" so we had to pay for them, but didn't get them. I then mentioned about the bathrooms being unusable and other issues and she laughed. LAUGHED. We had been kind the entire time, had only mentioned all of the issues to eachother and not bothered anyone until we were exiting and she was so rude about it. We will never be back. We celebrated my son's 7th birthday here and it was a hit with all the kids. Our host Daniel was welcoming and super friendly. He helped us with everything we needed, from checking us in, to setting up the room, and serving the kids. Daniel really made the party experience seemless and easy. Daniel deserves 5+ stars! The only reason I took away a star is because the facility, even though it's supposed to be fairly new, is already showing signs of wear and tear in some of the play areas. But overall we had a great experience and I'm sure we will keep coming back as long as they invest in maintaining the place. read more

This is a nice addition to Annandale/Springfield! Although this place is designed for children, adults can enjoy their time here too. When you visit here, you will have to buy special socks for $3 plus tax. There is a slip resistant material on the bottom on these socks sort of like hospital socks. Your visit will be determined by a time slot here. When you pay for your visit, it will be for an hour slot. You can purchase the ticket online, through groupon, or at the place. The membership is reasonable as well. They have freestyle trampoline area, foam pit, a bit of climbing, mini adventure course, some ninja obstacle course, trampoline basketball hoops, dodgeball trampoline area, and a warped wall. They also have a Virtual Reality game which you have to pay separately for. There were also mini arcade games available. This location has lockers which you have to pay for. You can't bring your own lock. There is a rack right in front of the bathroom area where you can put your belongings. Fun place to come to. read more

Covid Review: they are restricting the number of people inside which I appreciate. Sanitizer available and my 6 yr old is able to jump along with a bunch of kids while still keeping a safe distance and his mask on. They could still use a few extra employees around to remind people to keep their masks on. Overall a fun place to blow off some steam and bounce some energy out. There's a climbing wall, dodgeball, trampoline pits, and my son's favorite, a "wipe out" area. A bit pricey if you ever come here and pay for a regular jump pass (around $25) but if you're a local and get a monthly pass it's totally worth it! Meh. Staff is young and lackadaisical--on rare occasion they're helpful. Lots of play areas closed. Clocks are off (conveniently 15 mins ahead of time...such that your wristband is called off 15 mins before your actual end of time...). VERY crowded. Not particularly clean or well-maintained. Food is cold and frankly subpar. It's cool there are some trampolines that work and there are places sit for the folks in your party who aren't jumping. I asked to clarify the clock situation and I was told they know about it. Nothing more. Would choose another sky zone if you have the option. read more

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel membership. There's no customer service number. You can only send emails and they don't get back with you. Ridiculous. I'm about to dispute this renewal fee with my cc company. I cancelled it 4 days before renewal which was within the timeframe. I will be going there today to speak with a manager. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the customer service and conduct of the employees at my local Sky Zone. During a recent visit, yesterday my 2 daughters and wife and I came to have the kids play and consider having one of my daughters' birthdays with 30 kids possibly celebrated at Sky zone sometime in July. But what we saw took place with employee attitude and poor customer service, we regret we had to see, we won't be bringing our kids here or having my child's birthday party here. What we saw was an employee blocking a young kid's way from playing over a sock he was wearing, the child was wearing something similar like sock waw zone socks that are pretty much Identical to sky zone socks. We overheard the employee using inappropriate language from an employee, who used profanity while we were present and other kids were present. We saw the child's father giving money to another employee to bring socks for the child and the staff member not being allowed to bring one. Our kids and my family had a frustrating experience seeing this employee blocking the child's way from playing. I just happened to see the child's parents upload the image of Employee in question. I will re-upload if I can get it to work.The attached photo documents the individual in question. I talked with another staff member to see why they couldn't just bring a sock for the child? I have been informed by other staff members that this employee has a reputation for displaying a negative attitude and that their behavior is widely disliked by the rest of the team. The employee's unprofessional behavior This further exemplifies the subpar customer service and hostile attitude that permeates the staff at this Sky Zone location. Given the overall experience, I have decided not to bring our kids to Sky Zone. I will also be advising others to avoid Sky Zone due to the unprofessional and unpleasant attitude of the employees. read more

At this point literally half of the park is closed or out of order. Trampolines, the VR, climbing wall, above ground stuff. Foam blocks all worn out and ragged. It's also gotten steadily dirtier. Haven't seen any staff cleaning or sanitizing in months. Not sure I've ever seen an employee that looks over 18. They all stand around basically doing nothing. I visited here for the first time with my son on one of the last day of schools for kids in the area. It was late morning/early afternoon and it was empty save a few smaller kids like my own. As time went on, it got progressively more crowded and with larger kids. You really need to enforce your own social distancing/safety precautions because Sky Zone has nearly zero. We were allowed to stay how long we wanted since it was so empty. I enjoyed jumping with him and showing him flips, but as it got crowded, it was harder to move around the space. This seems like a good place for a rainy day, but with the direction things are going, I'd wait to take my little again. read more

Its been very busy while the school is on christmas break. All the kids have migrated to Skyzone. They have installed new/more cubbies for storage, storage racks are designated for birthday guests, bathrooms are clean, order icee and food from the register. bad side: parents are NOT monitoring or teaching their kids; parents should not allow teenagers to bring a football inside skyzone or should be considerate not to throw foam boxes at kids. Skyzone is always a great place for a kids to go and have fun. Of course on the weekends it's super busy and filled with a bunch of kinds and parents but the kids always have a blast!!! My daughter and i were here with friends/family and she loved it. We've been here before but didn't stay that long compared to today. read more

Held our sons 13th birthday party here. Staff had no idea what they were doing/what was going on-very untrained & unsupervised. Party host we were supposed to have was always no where to be found. We were supposed to receive water bottles,and a return pass for each guest that we did not get. Son was also supposed to get a t-shirt as the birthday boy that he didn't get. For a $420 party we felt like it was a big disappointment and money wasted.
