My kids were here for a birthday party and had a great experience here. There is every variation of a trampoline you can think of here. In addition to the traditional trampolines, there's also a bunch of foam blocks you can "swim" through, an obstacle course, a short zipline, and a super steep slide ending with a soft landing. There's even an area for kids under age 6 and a basketball court on a trampoline for older kids. Last, this place is right off of the Braddock Road exit on 495 so it's super convenient to get to. It's pretty big with several party rooms, a large open space with tables for adults to work or hang out, and lots of trampolines. My seven-year-old loved the climbing wall, Ninja courses, and the platform where you jump into the foam pit. There's a snack area and cheap arcade games that are never worth your money. Sometimes it be like that. Sky Zone is a popular birthday party location for the elementary school crowd and I can see why. They have pizza, they have slushies, and all the littles can jump to their hearts content. As an adult, I'm not a big fan. The area is super spread out so it's hard to watch your children and it is often overrun with older, rowdier kids that make the entire experience unpleasant. Trampolines seem to be in good working order but the ninja warrior course has lost some of it's buoyancy -- if you fall off and you're a little person you will definitely get sucked up by the sides and have a hard time pulling yourself out. There is also no one to monitor children coming in and out of the course so it can get a bit crazy. Also, you will definitely need to bathe yourself in sanitizer afterwards. I always feel a small film of filth on my skin when leaving. Three stars because the kids like it but as an adult, I would never choose to come here willingly. read more

I came to sky zone right before the pandemic and then more recently this past weekend. Unfortunately, it appears a number of the activities have been removed without adequate replacements. Due to the removal of a number of activities, it would be nice if there was an activity area designated for toddlers. Thus, if you were wondering about an area specifically for toddlers at this location, there is not. Also, I came for a birthday party and the TV in the party room did not work. It is also worth noting that if you get a party package you only spend the last hour in the party room and do not have access to a party room beforehand. Lastly, there is food/ trash in between the trampolines. This place gets three stars because the children will indeed enjoy themselves and that's what's most important for these types of spaces. They have all the snacks kids like such as pizza and icees. There are also arcade games in addition to the trampolinee. The children won't notice all of the nuances adults care about. We went there for a birthday party and were very disappointed. They won't let you bring your own socks with anti slippery bottom or even socks from other Sky Zone location. I do think they are trying to continue to improve. There is more staff every time they come and they actually will say something if something dangerous is going on. The daily price is more expensive than the monthly membership so you are almost always wanting to get it. We also did a birthday here which was fun for the kids. There is not much the team does for you to make it special other than have our own room and get pizza served, but again the kids like it. Overall no issues, it was as expected. UNSAFE: there were kids just about on top of each other. Example, The foam rules say one per lane, there were kids in the foam next to each trampolines (where they land) and multiple kids on the trampoline - and the attendant stood by and said nothing. Kids were sitting on the top of the climbing wall, with a dozen or more kids beneath them. CLOSED: several areas were closed. We waited for mats and kids kept taking mats before my kid could get one. She finally got a mat and when we got to the front of the line, both slides closed. CROWDED parents who were there for a paid birthday room said it was not available at the arranged time. They were standing there with supplies and gifts. PARKING was very limited and there is no sidewalk to the back parking lot. read more

I think the concept of Sky Zone is great but the upkeep to this particular Sky Zone is terrible. I didn't see one employee there that was older than 20. No adult management to be found. Even though my son had a good time, this place is controlled chaos due to the lack of trained staffed. The staff do their best but it could be so much better with the right training and supervision. Too many of the young staff stood around talking to each other and not doing anything. For a place that makes a ton of money on kids, you would think they would do a better job taking care of their customers. Too many of their attractions were broken or just unclean. Being run by kids. Seriously. No one over the age of 20 visible to manage the show anywhere in the facility. Some kids wearing orange uniform. Others without any uniform hanging out with those wearing uniform while they are on the job. Total chaos. No one to enforce any kind of order anywhere - locker, "Wipe Out" queue for kids, on the different trampolines, etc. Only order was at entrance in front of the cashier. Multiple play areas closed. Remaining 5 of 7 areas were some form of trampoline. Men's bathroom: (Attached Pic) 2 too-cool-to-be-hygienic sinks. One sink not working. The other - No soap. Not warm, but scalding hot water. In peak flu season. In a faculty where kids are jumping over each other. As an aside: They charge for socks. Great idea to keep facility clean for kids. Till you realize... Nearly everyone is walking into the restroom and on to the urinal with just those temporary socks on. And then going back to the play area. My totally-awesome-genius suggestion to management that will reduce their profit: Let people wear their own socks like others in the business and not one person will walk into the bathroom with just the socks on without first wearing their shoes. My son turned 8 last weekend and wanted a Skyzone party. You have to pay for a minimum of 10 guests, and if you want to be able to bring a birthday cake without an extra charge, you need to pay for a 2nd tier party....so $34 per kid. You get 1 hour of jumping and a pair of socks per kid and 1 hour in a room with pizza/drinks...and you can being your own cake. We went at 10am in the morning (so they had only been open for an hour, and there weren't loads.of kids there yet) and the place was trashed....like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The boys bathroom was out of service, both toilets had 5 lbs of tp flowing out. It's the only boys bathroom and was unusable. The manager on duty said "yeah, we called in a ticket" and shrugged it off. They had the new SUICIDE SQUAD movie playing on the big screen. It's rated R for gore and violence. The average age of children in the building were 8 and under, and they were playing a movie where characters were being shot to death and threw a spear into a giant eyeball... soooo why was this appropriate??? When we wanted to purchase bottles of water, we had to seek out an employee to help us, as there were 4 standing/talking in the consessons area, but didn't pay attention when you asked for help. There were another several employees hanging out looking at their phones behind the (empty) front desks. When we got to our room, my husband noticed that the floors were sticky, and had crumbs everywhere. It was just gross and dirty where ever you went. When I left, when the weekend manager asked for my payment, there was a used tissue on the credit card holder. 2 of the kids didn't show up for our party. She mentioned that I still needed to pay for 10 kids even though 2 didn't show up, and I said that's OK, but can I have the 2 pairs of socks (we have a trampoline at home) she said no. "That's not how it works". I said "But I paid for 10 children and socks were included, right?" She said "Yes, but you don't get the socks for absent children" so we had to pay for them, but didn't get them. I then mentioned about the bathrooms being unusable and other issues and she laughed. LAUGHED. We had been kind the entire time, had only mentioned all of the issues to eachother and not bothered anyone until we were exiting and she was so rude about it. We will never be back. We celebrated my son's 7th birthday here and it was a hit with all the kids. Our host Daniel was welcoming and super friendly. He helped us with everything we needed, from checking us in, to setting up the room, and serving the kids. Daniel really made the party experience seemless and easy. Daniel deserves 5+ stars! The only reason I took away a star is because the facility, even though it's supposed to be fairly new, is already showing signs of wear and tear in some of the play areas. When you visit here, you will have to buy special socks for $3 plus tax. There is a slip resistant material on the bottom on these socks sort of like hospital socks. Your visit will be determined by a time slot here. When you pay for your visit, it will be for an hour slot. You can purchase the ticket online, through groupon, or at the place. The membership is reasonable as well. They have freestyle trampoline area, foam pit, a bit of climbing, mini adventure course, some ninja obstacle course, trampoline basketball hoops, dodgeball trampoline area, and a warped wall. They also have a Virtual Reality game which you have to pay separately for. There were also mini arcade games available. This location has lockers which you have to pay for. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the customer service and conduct of the employees at my local Sky Zone. During a recent visit, yesterday my 2 daughters and wife and I came to have the kids play and consider having one of my daughters' birthdays with 30 kids possibly celebrated at Sky zone sometime in July. But what we saw took place with employee attitude and poor customer service, we regret we had to see, we won't be bringing our kids here or having my child's birthday party here. What we saw was an employee blocking a young kid's way from playing over a sock he was wearing, the child was wearing something similar like sock waw zone socks that are pretty much Identical to sky zone socks. We overheard the employee using inappropriate language from an employee, who used profanity while we were present and other kids were present. We saw the child's father giving money to another employee to bring socks for the child and the staff member not being allowed to bring one. Our kids and my family had a frustrating experience seeing this employee blocking the child's way from playing. I just happened to see the child's parents upload the image of Employee in question. I will re-upload if I can get it to work.The attached photo documents the individual in question. I talked with another staff member to see why they couldn't just bring a sock for the child? I have been informed by other staff members that this employee has a reputation for displaying a negative attitude and that their behavior is widely disliked by the rest of the team. The employee's unprofessional behavior This further exemplifies the subpar customer service and hostile attitude that permeates the staff at this Sky Zone location. Given the overall experience, I have decided not to bring our kids to Sky Zone. Sanitizer available and my 6 yr old is able to jump along with a bunch of kids while still keeping a safe distance and his mask on. There's a climbing wall, dodgeball, trampoline pits, and my son's favorite, a "wipe out" area. A bit pricey if you ever come here and pay for a regular jump pass (around $25) but if you're a local and get a monthly pass it's totally worth it! I went to Skyzone with my 5-year-old nephew and his little friends, after they went jumping for about an hour. They went over to the cafe and wanted to order some stuff to eat. The cafe was open but empty for some reason, and when I went to find a worker to ring us up, a worker came from the back and helped us out. When we got done with the transaction, I asked him his name, and he said it was Demetrie. He was really nice and patient with my nephew, who has speech problems. I hope his boss reads this. He was a really nice and well mannered young man he need to work cafe more often. read more

Have been coming here for about 9 months now. Things have been broken since the start, and have continued to break and be closed over that time. Don't think anything has ever been fixed. At this point literally half of the park is closed or out of order. Trampolines, the VR, climbing wall, above ground stuff. Foam blocks all worn out and ragged. It's also gotten steadily dirtier. Haven't seen any staff cleaning or sanitizing in months. Not sure I've ever seen an employee that looks over 18. They all stand around basically doing nothing. I visited here for the first time with my son on one of the last day of schools for kids in the area. It was late morning/early afternoon and it was empty save a few smaller kids like my own. As time went on, it got progressively more crowded and with larger kids. You really need to enforce your own social distancing/safety precautions because Sky Zone has nearly zero. We were allowed to stay how long we wanted since it was so empty. I enjoyed jumping with him and showing him flips, but as it got crowded, it was harder to move around the space.
