Exercise can be fun. Just imagine you are a contestant on American Gladiators. If you know what that is, you're probably 3 times the median age of the majority of patrons. It's OK, I will enjoy watching you embarrass your kids in front of their friends. Meanwhile I got to slam dunk for the first time. It's right next door to Full Throttle Indoor Karting, so if you've got a large group of kids of differing ages to entertain, this is a good spot. There are small lockers that are 50 cents per use. An hour of jumping is $8. They have a foam pit for flipping, dodge ball on trampolines, slam dunk station, and general large jumping area with angled wall trampolines. The food is your typical junk. You have to wear their shoes, and you have to have socks (if you don't they will sell you some). No phones or other items in your pockets while jumping. I'd recommend athletic wear. Jeans just seem like they'd be a nuisance to me. There isn't a changing room, but there's a smallish bathroom that will suffice. About 10 minutes in you will be amazed at how out of breath you are (or at least I was). But, after that you don't think about it and when the hour is up, you don't want to quit.

Sky Zone was fun and a perfect activity to do with our 3 year-old. I went with my husband and our 3 year-old and 8 month-old daughters. My oldest loved it. Her and I jumped together until she got tired and was ready to go. Lol. My husband was having some back issues so he sat this one out and watched our youngest daughter. This was my first time ever going. My husband had brought our oldest here once before. I think for both of us to jump for 1 hour and we both got the jump socks, it was approximately $35-$45 dollars. The process was easy. When you first arrive, you have to sign in and fill out paperwork in the computers. They have little stations that house the computers away from the actual cashier line. Filling out all the information takes about 2-5 min. Once you have completed the paperwork you pay and then go jump. My daughter and I went to the very back jump area where it was more younger kids. She would jump in a square and I would jump in a square. Then we would jump together. We had a ball! I also like that they have quite a few jump areas to choose from. You can play dodge ball, basketball, or free jump (like what we did). It was pretty neat. After about 30-40 min our daughter was ready to go. Overall, we had a good time and all the kids and other parents who jumped with smaller kids, respected each other and everyone's space.

My son enjoying toddler time!

We went to toddler time on a Friday morning and it was great! It wasn't too crowded and I was pleasantly surprised that my two year old was allowed to jump in the foam pit. The staff was pleasant and patient when my son was not obeying all of the expectations... For example they don't prefer two jumpers to be on any one trampoline simultaneously and my little man kept joining a new little buddy on his trampoline. I appreciated their understanding! My child isn't always great at remembering to obey those types of guidelines! The only area for improvement is it was $10 for 90 minutes. My son only made it an hour. I know that's a competitive price for these types of places but that's the only thing stopping me from taking him every Friday this summer! For the crowd that can visit during the school year they have a deal for ten toddler visits for $85. Seems like a great deal to me! Overall it was an awesome experience! He had such a blast! I'm so glad they provide times like this!

We went for a child's birthday party. No outside food is allowed. Jump time is sold in 30 min. increments. People may start jumping only on the hour or half hour. Their special jump socks are included in the price. Jumpers are separated by age. This is great if you have a group of small children. They will not be trampled by the bigger ones. If you have children in more than one age group, or if you want to jump yourself everybody will not be permitted to jump together. There are 2 dodge ball courts, a slam dunk basket ball hoop, a foam block pit to jump into, and some plain jump areas. This could be a fun and expensive way to keep kids entertained when temperatures are less than ideal.

This was my family's first experience with sky zone. I was able to find discounts using Groupon, so I purchased a party package for my family because they're seven of us. On the website it States no outside food. When we arrived and signed in, and they showed us to our reserved room. The gentleman offered to put our order in to be ready by 2:30 at the end of our jump time. We went out to the concession stand and I asked to see a menu. I was told there was no menu and that they only served Pizza chips and drinks. I attempted to order too large pizzas with extra cheese and ground beef. The young man told us that they ordered the pizzas from LaRosa's, but could only get cheese. He said he would check to see if they would be able to add the beef, but he didn't think so. The park itself was underwhelming for us. True they had a foam pool, they had one basketball area, and a bunch of balls flying around on the trampolines. There was no jousting area and no obstacle course as the website said. After our jump time, we went back to our party room but our pizza was not there on time. It was almost 3:00 before our pizza did come and at that point there was another family looking for their Pizza as well. I tried to order nachos; but, was told they had tortilla chips, but no cheese. The whole experience seemed poorly managed and disheveled in my opinion. There seemed to be way too many people in the trampoline park at one time. I saw a staff member wipe down a rail one time during our visit. Needless to say, my husband and I were very disappointed. The kids did enjoy jumping, but that was the extent of it. I will not be returning with my family because I'm sure there's something better that we could waste our time doing.

I took my son here for his 3rd birthday and he had an excellent time. He bounced and bounced.... and bounced until his heart was content. It was the only time in the last month I didn't hear him whine or cry. He was just so happy. I like the scale of the place and how it is separated by age groups and activity i.e. Sky slam, dodge ball etc. There is just so much room for a kid to run and jump and just be a kid. My only hang ups- The service at the front desk is SSSLLLOOOOOOOOOOWWWW! Gheesh! It was like waiting for Jesus to return! Not a good first impression. My other issue was the area with the foam blocks. There are only a few trampolines to bounce off of into the block pit which means either long wait times or someone gets hurt. They should have the blocks in other sections as well. My son really wanted to play with the blocks but was ushered away by staff members because he was in the way and could have been injured. Normally taking blocks or anything for that matter would have been cause for a tantrum but he handled it really well. Dare I say he even displayed a little maturity for a newly minted 3yr old. Bottom line- My kid loved it so I loved it! $14 an hour was a great deal. Not so humbly submitted, King Michael C.

Kids having fun, except all "rules" don't jump down there, do 10 jumping jacks. we paid to play!

We celebrated my 7-year-old grandson Charlie's birthday with 15 of his favorite friends and family, and in my 66 years I have never seen a more organized, fun, and engaging kids party venue. From the moment the kids arrived, the experience was incredible. The first room was filled with amazing inflatable slides, virtual games, and obstacle courses that immediately had all the kids running, laughing, and burning energy. Once they had fully enjoyed that room, the party moved into a second huge arena with even more inflatables, slides, and games. It felt like the excitement just kept building. Meanwhile, the parent area was fantastic -- plenty of tables and chairs, lots of space to relax, and even massage chairs! Parents could comfortably watch the kids while enjoying the party themselves. That was a huge bonus. The final stop was the party room, where everything was perfectly set up for pizza, cake, and presents. The timing was flawless -- music playing, kids engaged, food served right on schedule, and the energy stayed high the entire time. But what truly made this party unforgettable were our incredible hosts Marwa and Mukhayyo. From the very beginning they were actively watching all 15 kids, making sure everyone was safe and having fun. They did things that went far beyond expectations -- moving shoes and water bottles from room to room, helping organize the kids, and even taking photos throughout the party that they later turned into a video to share in the final room. When it came time for cake and gifts, they coordinated everything perfectly. While the kids were finishing pizza, they cut the cake, organized the gifts, and then led the entire group in a loud "Charlie! Charlie!" chant followed by a huge Happy Birthday celebration that echoed through the inflatable rooms. Their energy, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole event feel effortless and incredibly special. If you are searching for a birthday venue that will wow your kids and make the entire experience easy and memorable for parents, there is no place better than Pump It Up West Chester -- and there are no better hosts than Marwa and Mukhayyo. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Great set up…read more However, while there for a party with my kids today, I actually took the time to suggest an Epilepsy or Light Sensativity warning to their 2nd rooms. The second rooms contain flashing lights of multiple colors from almost every direction. Not typically an issue, but being warned in advance is nice. My issue is that as I was leaving I got to overhear the entire front desk staff of five women mocking Epilepsy, the idea of printing a warning or having one posted, and repeatedly spouting, "Not my problem." They, not realizing I was within earshot, immediately groaned and covered their faces as I stepped up and confirmed that I had indeed heard every bit of it. If your child is light sensitive, knows someone who is, or you just find mocking disabilities as revolting as I do, find somewhere else to host the party.

Unlike other jump parks, there were areas or stations without employees, so no enforcement of order. Kids were climbing a wall, then dropping into a foam pit -- right on top of kids already down in the foam. There were toddlers and pre-teens alike running across trampolines where someone was already jumping. At just about any given moment, I could see a collision, fall or close calls somewhere. "This is law-less," one adult said. A boy ran across my trampoline, crashed into me and took me out. Then when I was down, his knee hit me directly in the head. I got off the trampoline and started to walk away, before I got dizzy and laid down flat on the floor. Not one employee came over. I now have 2 seriously welts on my head and am lucky that I don't think I had a concussion. We won't be back.

After complaining 2 more time got to race, they let us go twice, fine, no one else waiting... bit of a rip off. Even some of the games in the front say $1.00 and it charges your card $5.00.
