Our 5 year old son's Skyzone party went great. Our 2 hosts went above and beyond and were very helpful and volunteered to pitch in and do things without being asked. With my being 9 months pregnant, having our son's party here was such a relief! We did not even have to decorate the room. What a racketeer. If you buy your tickets online it never says you have to purchase socks. They wail til you are at the place to basically force you into their socks. Ot took so long to check in that we lost 15 minutes of our jump time. The person in charge was very unhelpful. read more

This place certainly isn't for everyone, and it's EXTREMELY important to do your homework and read their posted rules as well as customer reviews before heading out. That being said, this can be an extremely fun day for your kids. I took my ten year old son yesterday, and I'm pretty sure he would have happily taken up permanent residence in the dodgeball courts. He tried the foam pit, the basketball slam area, and the open jumping area, but they just didn't do much for him. The game can get a little rough in there, and some of the kids can get a little aggressive both physically and verbally. My son isn't the aggressive type, but he is very athletic and isn't usually bothered by things like that. He did take a ball to the eye that needed some ice, but didn't let it sideline him for long. That's what I was getting at when I said that this isn't the place for everyone. I also have a 12 year old stepson who wasn't with us yesterday, who IS bothered a great deal by people who are physically or verbally aggressive. He would have enjoyed the open jumping, but I'm sure he would have found it a bit boring after a little while. It's important take your particular kid's personality into consideration before scheduling a long session here. It's also important to read the rules regarding jumpers of different sizes being separated for safety. Their rule is that the shortest jumper must be at least up to the chin of the tallest jumper, or they will not be able to jump together or play on the same court. This would have been an issue for us when my son was 6 or 7, and wanted to jump with me. At ten, though, he was happy to leave me on the sidelines. By far, most of the kids were between the ages of 9-12, and 5 to 5 1/2 feet tall, so he didn't have a tough time joining any games. Older or younger kids, though, were having a bit of a tougher time. I have read several reviews that have mentioned that the employees are apathetic or downright rude, and I will say that it's a bit of a mixed bag there. A couple of the young men who were at the dodgeball courts were outstanding, and were obviously enjoying what they were doing. One of them would occasionally ask one of the kids to throw him a ball and he'd hurl it toward kids randomly to keep things interesting, and the participants seemed to enjoy that wrinkle quite a bit. A couple of the other employees, however, were openly complaining that someone else was manning the station they were supposed to be manning, and were paying very little attention to the kids. A few of the other employees seemed to have very little idea of what was going on in general, and appeared to be wandering aimlessly. I definitely agree that training needs to be a priority to ensure a great experience for everyone. read more

It was my worst birthday experience ever. I bought my tickets on line. Not at any point was I offered or told to bring parent consent forms and yes I should have known. Which, I believe, should be overly communicated for on-line purchases. Anyway we showed up to find out the birthday party temporarily ruined because of no consent forms. Party saved because the boys had a blast at near by Dave and Busters. Anyway, once I found out, I requested my money back and even the manager refused. I got "rain date" tickets. Well I just got off phone and they can not guarantee a jump time even though they have openings for Saturday(3 days away). So I have spent $120 and I can get my money back and not guarantee if I drive 45 min. that I can even jump. Also, if you have a problem, you can not talk to anyone or find an e-mil or phone number that you can use to even talk to anyone other than a teenage manager. Believe me I am so angry I have tried over and over. Save your self some time and just go to Dave and Busters. It may be a little more pricy but well worth it because of way less hassle. It also took me 10-15 min. to find the pdf consent form on their web site. I know if my business had a significant web presence, any idiot would know to have parental consent forms signed before I checked out! read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The employees here are awful, the policies/rules, and management here is awful. I came there with 3 kids: two 8 year olds and a 10 year old. I came to enjoy jumping with them and having fun since i dot get to see them much. I was planing on jumping with them and have a good time. That changed right when we started to go in to the jumping area. The employees refused to let me jump with my cousins that i came with since i am bigger than they are. They would not even let us jump in the same area. They said it was because i could double bounce them. (that is when you jump at the same time as another person and the lighter person goes higher) Which makes no sense because they have a 1 person per tramp rule. I thought this policy was poor because it causes me their guardian to be across the building in a total other area not being able to see my cousins. This allows for ill hearted people access to kids and there is no way to tell who's kids are who's as well. So any one could walk out with your kids. They cause an unsafe environment for kids removing them from parent/guardian vision. When i brought this up to the manager there, Jeff, he was very rude and started an argument with me. At one point he told me to shut up and said i had to deal with it. At that point i wanted a refund and he refused. He was very disrespectful and raised he voice at me multiple times. He had no answers to my concerns of child safety and told me it was for safety reasons. I thought this made the children less safe because they are taken from their parents/guardians. I would not recommend this place for any one!!! Very rude employees and management. Do not waste your money here, not family fun, not safe. They create a dangerous environment with their policies. read more

The jumping is apparently exhilarating and exhausting, and the staff makes it all easy--they even write down who gave what present for you. Easy checkin. A simple one page waiver to fill out then choose how long to jump. Kids enjoyed basketball area, dodge ball games and just jumping! There was a Skyzone team member at each area keeping chaos to a minimum. Place looked and felt clean and well maintained. Will be back. read more

We attended a birthday party and had a less than pleasant experience. This was a party for another 9 year old child. My 9 year old daughter whom may look a little older than her age was treated over and over again badly. She was simply jumping not causing any trouble only to be asked to get off because she was too tall than those around her. At what point is it ok for her to jump. I can understand if this was the toddler area but it was older children most children were within a year or two including my other 2 children. She was in tears because she started feeling like something was wrong with her. Never was there an issue with her being off her trampoline or putting others in danger just simply a bit taller than the others. Her father or I was with our children the entire time and saw this with our own eyes. There were a few other children who were treated the same way in our group. There needs to be a better organized layout to accomidate children who are at a party together and simply want to have fun together. This place is awful for mutlple children who are different ages (which takes up most of the world) and for birthday parties where the children may be different sizes. One other thing was they allow open jump during parties also and this can cause a lot of different size and age kids together and of course the party attenders were not the top priority. There is a whole lot more regarding how the staff treated the mother of the childs party we attended. Telling her her opinions were stupid and not working with her at all. This place does not put there customers first one bit. I know if I would have payed over $400 for a party I would want at the least some respect and someone to work with me at least a little. This is a quick recipe for a failure of a business! read more

Great for kids or adults but not both together. Even with NO one else in the areas I was not able jump with my kids (not on the same mat). Staff was not friendly about it either. I agree with Scrappy R. You sign a waiver, pay for fun and then get shut down. Disappointing. I will say this is NOT the case at all Sky Zones. I was able to have fun with my kids at two different ones. No sign of management walking around either. Will not return to this location. read more

My daughter had her 10 year birthday party there. At first I was disappointed with only an hour but then realized that the girls were tired after 20 minutes! We had 2 boys in the party room with us and I can't remember their names but they were good kids and they kept the party moving without seeming rush. This place is AWESOME!!? I walked in to jump with my children not really knowing what to expect, we've never been to sky zone before, so we bought an hour jump as recommended. Checking in I was a bit confused with the waivers but once I got to the cashier they explained everything I needed to do. On the courts, I was impressed with the attentiveness and the customer service of their wonderful young people. I have 3 children of multiple ages and i appreciated the fact that they separated them while jumping because some of the older children were a bit rowdy. When the children were worn out from all the jumping I asked about booking a birthday party. The events team went above and beyond to book what i am sure to be my youngest son's best birthday party ever! read more

I went here with some of my friends. I like the actual trampolines and activities. But the staff was rude. They gave me and my friends attitude whenever we asked them for something, and wouldn't accept our waivers unless our parents were there. The package we bought included a 90 min pass, a drink, and 2 pieces of pizza. The women behind the desk would not let us get our free drink 3 minutes before 11:30. Which was the time we were supposed to receive the pizza and drinks. Overall very disappointed in the staff and hope that it changes. read more

I went to Sky Zone after hearing how family friendly it was and how much fun it was but I was very disappointed with my experience. There are many rules which is understandable considering how dangerous jumping on a trampoline can be. However the main rule they have there, "size separation," Is not very family friendly. They have three sections on the main court, one for the adults, one for toddlers and little kids, and one for everyone else in between. My family and I didn't mind this at first because we could still jump rather close to each other with my two kids jumping along the border of the adult ad mid-size section and my wife and I jumping in the adult section (my kids are 7 and 9 years old). I understand the necessity for this size separation, however one of the managers that was working while we were there made my two kids move down a couple of rows of trampolines to be with kids "more their size." We could no longer all jump together and she (the manager) pretty much assigned my children to a trampoline which takes all the fun out of it. The kids that my children were jumping with before she moved them were only about six inches taller than they were. What's six inches going to do? Is it that much of a safety concern? We then left the main court and went to play dodge ball only to find out that we couldn't play with our kids because they did size separation for this as well which was disappointing. The part though that made me never want to come back was actually a health issue. We decided to order some food half way through our jump time and when we did we noticed a dog walking around the lobby area. I immediately was not impresses with this because I don't think it's sanitary to have a dog walking around where food is being served. Also you never know who is allergic to or afraid of dogs. Thankfully no one in my family is. I asked one of the workers whose dog it was and they said it was the owners which I found appalling. When we got our food I was disgusted to find that there was a hair (looked like a dog hair) on my son's slice of pizza. I was so angry and repulsed that my family and I immediately left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had my sons birthday party here. Not very impressed with the overall experience. Told to arrive at 12:30 for check in which took all of 10 minutes. They weren't allowed to jump until 1:00 so had to keep boys sitting for 20 minutes. Then I was told we weren't allowed in the party room until 2:00. So you pay $230 to have to sit at the tables by concession area. I think if you pay that much for a party, you should have access to the party room for the entire length of the party. Then i was eating a bag of chips I brought from home and a worker told us there was no out side food allowed to be brought in. I guess I could have got out my sons cake and Ice cream to eat since that was allowed.I also had a parent fill out a waiver for the wrong skyzone location and was told they couldn't accept it. This could have turned out bad for one boy if his parent weren't st home and able to go online and fill it out. The worker said it happens all the time. Is this an issue with skyzones website?? We had to rush through eating pizza and open presents in the 40 minute time they give you access to the party room. One positive note is that the workers treated my son very nice because it was his birthday. They did make him feel special as well as the rest of the boys. read more

Over spring break my mom discovered a coupon for Skyzone. Me and my siblings had never been, but we had heard a lot about it. Naturally we were excited. So we get there and my mom finds out that the coupon is invalid because the company that made the coupon does not have permission to print Skyzone coupons because the company refused to put Skyzone's logo first on the coupon. My mom was not about to pay fifty plus dollars for an hour of jumping so she asked for the manager. It took about ten minutes for him to come out and then began arguing with my mother. She only got a 10% discount, but since she was there with us and we wanted to jump, she took it. Then they made me take my glasses off. I am extremely nearsighted and found that I could not enjoy myself because of the subsequent headache most people get when they take off their glasses. I was snapped at several times at the trampoline jump into the foam pit because I stepped onto it too early. I also have a problem with the tilted trampolines lining the walls of the jump area. With such materials close by, a kid can easily assume that they can perform a flip or some other trick and horribly find out that they can't. There is little supervision because not all of the trampoline area can be seen by the fifteen year old employee. Yet they hold such store on separating the kids by size. I think they need to stop focusing on size and focusing on making sure that kids know their limits. read more

This place was a nightmare and the staff was horrible. I had a birthday set up for my 11 year old son. I had to wait at least a half an hour. I don't know why we had to wait so long. The waiver forms were already completed. The extended time was getting socks, ordering, and name tags that was very unorganized considering the fact of having 11 kids waiting to play. The play area was not what I expected. In my mind, I thought that the kids being the same age would not be a problem in allowing them to play. A staff member told me that a kid can play with another kid according to their size. This totally confuses me. The staff explained that the kid can get seriously hurt if the two of them being 11 years old with one being short and other being tall when playing dodge ball or anything set up in the play area. What is the difference if you have a kid 5 feet 11 years old with a kid that is 4 feet and 11 years old. Basically, that 4 feet kid will have to play with the six and seven year old kids.Terrible! Those kids will get hurt as well. This was told to me prior to planning the party seriously I did not know how extreme these measure were for the play area. That was too much for me. What are the waiver forms for. The gym activities really wasn't anything to extreme unless, a kid don't attend any gym activities inside a school. The party room was worse than the play area. The staff was very lazy, slow, and having a non caring attitude. I don't want to never come to this place again especially with kids. read more

I visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park for a friends get together. As I walked in a young named Amadou was eager to greet me. He explained everything and had me begin filling my waiver out. When i walked into the line I was called over to the register and started checking in. We checked in no sweat but waited because our jump time wasn't until a few minutes. This wasn't a problem as we needed to time change and put our things in the lockers. After jumping for 30 minutes we realized just how tiring it was. The court monitor Logan was nice enough to tell us not to sit and to head to the concessions for a break. We stopped by the counter for a drink before we continued jumping. The employee working was Devin. He was very polite and kind as we took forever to decide what we wanted. We finished jumping (barely) and left exhausted. All of the employees despite being young, were very polite and mature. I think this is a great place to come to get exercise and to have fun. read more
