Drove 45 mins to play laser tag at Main Event. People were rude, service was slow. We got a refund and left. Found Get Air online and decided to give it a try... Only real complaint was that the women's bathroom needed to be cleaned and it smelled like a port-a-potty with that "toilet covered by flowery spray" smell. Other than that, the computerized waiver was quick and easy. Checking in was quick and easy. Place wasn't too busy, but it was a Monday evening. Nice variety of areas and obstacles to keep the kids busy. Excellent exercise and energy burner! Probably won't do this often as it was nearly $80 for two hours of play and socks for three kids, but I figured we saved a ton of money from not staying at Main Event and blowing a bunch on arcade games. read more

Pretty average for a trampoline park love that they have a pre-reserved time for toddlers that big kids are not allowed at in the mornings on Tuesdays and Thursday Have been to several of their special events, such as jump with Santa Claus and my child has enjoyed it. Do you wish there was more cleaning happening as some of the trampolines and jump areas look very matted and dirty read more

Get Air West Chester - Trampoline Parks Near Me - West Chester, Ohio

We had lots of fun playing at the trampoline park. It was $26 for about two hours and they allowed my niece to come for free (since she was still pretty young). They have two obstacle courses, a large space for trampolines, A toddler play area, A climbing set (currently closed for Covid), and three foam pits to jump into (One that has a tall swing that you can jump off of). I know this part was completely out of control of get air but before we went in I saw a group of children throwing around a rubber football in front of a bunch of cars. The first time I hit my tire, the second time I hit my windshield, and I finally said some thing after the third time they hit a different car. The Dad's didn't really say anything to the boys but they at least said sorry for hitting my car. Just be aware about the area and the kids that play there. read more

Service was horrible. The restrooms are a distinct area. Very nasty the floor in the men's room has pee on it. Will notbe returning to this location. read more

Love this kids place. Have been there twice for play dates and there is nothing better than having the kids expend some energy here at a clean, safe and fun place. Bouncing never gets old for my granddaughters and I have a comfy place to watch all the action. Two hours is affordable and everyone is so nice here. The staff is super friendly and adds to the overall experience. We brought our own water bottles so that wasn't an issue. We will be back many more times to take advantage of this great space! read more

Just there today with two toddlers.. they say they have toddler area.. but that is just a sign.. also says 140 people in building that's just a sign.. masks that's just a sign.. paid for 2 toddlers one 1 year old and 1-3 year old. Was told after my 1 year old was hit in the head by a 13 or 15 year old. "To go F off! " yeah appropriate language.. I went to the desk to see about someone removing the older boys from the toddler room. Desk told me only two of us working here today, and we are Slammed!" So nothing was being done.. beverages not allowed past the steps to play area however that was not even carried about.. kids jumping with water bottles in there mouths. This place had a limit of 140 people.. way over the amount.. sales went over the 140 limit.. not a clean place at all nor taken responsibility for their safety or polices.. read more

Place is a bit pricey, but it seemed clean, the bathrooms were clean, and my toddlers were able to have a great time without being run over by older kids. They also do birthday parties. Would definitely go back. read more

Went here with my friend and her two girls and when we got there we were told her girls could only jump in the kid area where adults can't really jump with them and they just wanted to jump with us. There are better places to go where the kids can jump in the square next to us plus there was only one employee working the whole area where the trampolines were. If you want to jump with your kids then I would recommend going somewhere else like Skyzone or Adrenaline. Both of these places are better and have enough staff to make sure everyone is safe. Needless to say I will never be back to this trampoline park. Update: To reply to management. Other trampoline parks let big jumpers and little jumpers in the same areas because they have safe rules and have the staff to make sure that everyone stays safe. I wish I could've given this a Zero Star review but that's not possible. I will never return to Get Air. I will take my business to Skyzone. read more

Took the kids here to jump around for an hour over winter break. They had a great time. Of course the place was packed and while there were enough staff working, parents need to keep an eye on their kids. I am always fascinated by the lack of attention parents show in these types of places. The staff could have done a better job managing the teenagers who were not following the rules. Fortunately, I did not see anyone get hurt. My kids had fun and we will most likely go again. Please keep an eye on your kids, don't expect that the staff will. read more

This place is always a good time for the kids!! Price isn't too bad for a few hours to jump. It's clean and well maintained. They have a foam pit, basketball hoops and a dodge ball area. I typically take my daughter and her friends and everyone has a great time. I can't comment on the food, as we've never eaten while there. You can often find deals on Groupon, too. read more

A great place to burn off some energy.....for kids and adults. Facility features: - 10 foam pits - Obstacle courses - Balance bridges - Preschool area - Large open mat area - Foam basketball courts - Tables for eating/snacking and snack/drink machines - Birthday and event packages - Seating for waiting parents - Music throughout the facility On your first visit, they show you a safety video and have you sign a waiver. Areas are monitored to keep unsafe behavior to a minimum. The kids ask to come here frequently. The only drawback is it can be costly....$14/hour read more

Ok, so I am a kid. And I haven't been here since my birthday (4 months ago.) So my favorite thing to do there is dodgeball. And what I remember happening is me getting hit in the face with a dodgeball really really hard. So what happened I saw a 15-16 year old about ready to hit me with a dodgeball. I tried to do something about it but I could not. But when I got hit, the whole game went on pause. Everybody was asking if I was ok. I said I was fine, but I quit the game after that. When I left a half hour later I was fine. And I can't remember if I got a bloody nose or not. (I probably did.) But other than that It was great! The guy that hit me was a nice guy. That doesn't happen to me a lot, And it's even worse on my birthday, But it was still fun, and I had a great party at marion's 1 hour before. Overall a good experience at get air. And I will definitely watch my back around teenagers playing dodgeball against me. read more

Today was a hectic day it was so packed there werent nowhere to sit. Ppl were it sitting on the stairs where they were in the way so ppl can get by. The younger ones that work the floor don't do their job they just literally sit there day dreaming. There were big kids running around knocking the little ones over and coming over to the toddler side where they shouldn't be at. Also The women's bathroom smelled horrible smelled like poop the whole time we were there. I am upset with what I paid it wasn't cheap it was ridiculous with how things were goIng it's was chaotic. I'm sorry but we won't be back here! read more

$53 for my 2 kids to play for 2 hours. They had fun, but not $53 worth of fun. Having to pay extra for socks you're required to wear is absurd. We have been to several jump zones and never been required to purchase the socks. They were always included. After paying $3, the socks weren't even reusable. They were decimated after two hours. No type of refreshment area except for $3 bottles of water and soda. All in all, I found it to be overpriced, albeit fun for the kids. read more

Awful Staff! Just purchased a groupon this morning and although I showed on my app they said it was expired. They did not listen nor try to help. Manager stated she did not care. To figure it out with Groupon. Extremely rude and unprofessional! read more

I love that I can bring my toddler here to jump in a certain area without worrying if the bigger kids will accidentally hurt him! Very clean and well kept! read more

If you have little kids DO NOT bring them here. Signs are clearly posted 'no running' and middle school/high school kids are running around playing tag. The staff just sits and watches. No rules are enforced at all. I've seen 3 kids hurt some far. We left early before our time was up. For the safety of my kids, we won't be back. read more

The actual trampoline area is pretty awesome . The issues are the cleanliness. Also it would be nice if they had some kind of consestion stand. All they had were expensive machines. The kids had a great time tho, and the price isn't too bad. read more

Every time we come here, there is some "fine print" issue at the check in desk. If you bring a Groupon or other *advertised* deal, you won't be able to use it. If you come for toddler time at 1130, you will be charged full price, even though it is *advertised* until NOON. The customer service is poor at best. In my opinion, it is no way to run a business to make customers feel "wrong" for using a deal that YOU advertised! The only reason we come back, and the only reason I gave 2 stars (instead of 0) is because my little ones love it. However, it is absolutely not worth $36 for 1 adult, a 4 year old, and 2 year old to jump for 2 hours.... and that was a "special rate"! read more

I will say, it's a clean, open facility that kids will definitely love. We were there on a Friday night with a birthday party. The 7pm time slot was fairly busy, and though we saw five-six teen employees in the area, only two were monitoring the very busy jumping area. Though there's a small video monitor in the lobby that shows the various rules of the place and the dangers inherent in jumping, almost every one of those rules was broken. It was a free-for-all. Unlike other local trampoline parks we have visited, Get Air was too permissive, and I'm surprised there weren't more collisions than the one big one we did see that resulted in a girl cracking her knee - mid-flip - in a boy's head, as he raced through her jumping lane. My kids are gymnasts, so I'm used to the various risks associated with trampolines and tumbling. Had I dropped them off for the party, I would have assumed there was more active employee supervision and greater practice of standard safety procedures. I'm just thinking - a whistle blow or a "stay in your lane" or even just a general "no." My kids loved it. But as a parent new to the facility, I would want to know that when busy, the "no running through occupied jumping lanes" rule is more of a suggestion. We will stick with Sky Zone. read more

For a Saturday night it was busy, I noticed the staff lack looking for safety concerns. Sky zone in tri-county is a more suitable preference as they have numerous staff on hand to monitor kids running around. I felt each time myself and the kids would jump another kid (s) would dart across which is a HUGE safety risk. read more

This place was pretty neat. It has a "Ninja Course," which is unique. They offer a 20% military discount. The only thing we didn't like was that the little kids and the older kids weren't allowed to play with each other, and the parents couldn't jump with the little kids. Other than that, it was great. read more

Just want to add a quick review of this place. My 9 year old son received a gift card for his birthday... so he and I went to check it out for open jump (not a birthday party) The place is clean and well kept. The employees were nice on check in and interacting with them out in the jump areas. We have gone twice so far... both times were when they first opened in the morning and the place isn't packed yet. It's a great place to burn off some energy. I am comparing this experience to a recent birthday party my 9 year attended for his 8 year old cousin at a SkyZone in tri-county... where my son wasn't able to jump at all with his cousins or any other party attenders since he was taller them them. No parent could jump with their kid there either. At one point, when the open jump area was completely empty... not a single kid was in that area... my boy was hopping across the area by himself... and was told he had to stay in his one rectangular zone. Get Air might have less rules under their liability.... but I would recommend this place 10 fold to any place segregates your kids from their friends and family for 8 inches of height difference. Get Air has larger individual trampolines... has multiple long running trampolines, has larger foam pit areas.... Has multiple obstacle course zones (i.e. America Ninja Warrior) .... Has a large designated cordoned off jump zone for small kids (Where their parents can jump with them still!).... Basketball areas.... Dodgeball zone. read more

Best trampoline park ever! Kids love it here and the staff is very friendly! Must go to here for indoor fun!

I find myself at a lot of different jump parks...this was the worst...to many restrictions. One of the workers had there boyfriend hanging out there, he was going under yellow caution tape and playing in the areas that were off limits. Which is pretty unfair to kids that wanted to play in those areas. Class it up a bit and less restriction this place would be a lot of fun. The facility has a lot to offer. read more

First time here, had a coupon for buy and hour get an hour free. Had two 7 year old kids. Clerk was like that coupon is same kid only not friendly at all. The coupon doesnt specify that at all. I told him that and he said that is the way it is. I really wanted to walk out but the kids were excited to try it. Cost $36 for one hour jump time and two mandated socks. Kids were bored after 20 minutes. We would not go back. Overpriced, staff unfriendly, and kids got bored too fast. They like jumping jacks way better. read more

Great place for the kids to work off some energy! I appreciate all the extra space to get some work done as well. It's nice that there are always staff around to keep things safe, evening staff was great, Kila was fantastic! read more

Had a birthday celebration there... awful service, but the kids had a great time. Great place for jumping fun, but if you are having a party, as long as your expectations are very low and then lower them even more regarding service and competence of the staff, then you'll have fun... at least your guests will have a good time. read more

Great place for little kids. My cousin had a birthday party there recently and he loved it to pieces. I only had two problems, they do not enforce watching their safety video and their 'lifeguards' dont do their job. I sprained my ankle and the guard exactly five feet away from me (who was watching me) did not help me off the trampoline or offer to get me a family member. But it was a nice and clean place, the young woman who helped us was very sweet to me when I hurt my ankle and got me ice packs without having to be asked to. read more

As far as the trampoline park, my kids love it. However I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service at a recent visit. We had purchased a groupon for four 1 hour jumps. They wouldn't honor the groupon by stating that all 4 jumps had to be redeemed at once. No where in the fine print of the groupon did it state this fact. They weren't concerned with making the customer happy at all. It was pretty disappointing. read more

If I could give a half a star, I would. My daughter was assaulted by two older kids to the point of being choked at their summer camp. My son and other daughter ran to help. Another older child, a 12 yr old boy pounced on my 7 yr old son and 2 8 yr old daughters body slamming my son. When confronted, one of the parents said it was our kids' fault because their sons are taught to never touch girls. So older boys choking my 8 yr old daughter and body slamming my 7 yr old son is my kids' fault? Of course nothing is being done because some how their vigilant staff saw nothing. With me being retired military, my daughter has been in many schools, daycares and activities such as this camp. Never has she picked a fight, let alone with two older kids. Word of advice: Don't go unless you can keep an eye on them because you don't know if the staff is watching and if there are older kids that choke and body slam younger kids even though they don't touch girls! read more

it's too expensive and their fine print will cost you extra money. Also, you must buy their own socks. If you have to buy them for your kids their mayor not fit them appropriately. They also have too many rules...it's hard to do anything without getting in trouble. read more

Great for wearing out your kids but kind of expensive. Also, don't sit near the 2 overpriced massaging chairs. People sit in them without paying which cause the chairs to screech a loud beeping alarm. Over and over it happens. Hey, management, take these things out please! A woman with bad hearing sat there for so long that we asked the 3 teenage boys at the front desk (on their phones), to help but they just shrugged their lazy shoulders and did nothing. We politely asked the woman to move out of the chair and she did, but of course it kept happening. Basically, supervise your kids, bring some earbuds and don't expect any help from the teenage workforce. read more

My family and I went this past week and in all honesty, I am not impressed with the management and the staff and how they treated costumers. Also, the place was very messy and there was food and drinks on the floor. If you're looking for a fun place for your kids to play, I highly recommend Jump'n'Jacks next door to Get Air. I am a previous employee from there and the management and staffing is great! I am very disappointed in how my fun day planned with my family went at Get Air and I will not be returning. Much too expensive for how poorly the service was. read more

I recently went on a saturday night and even though I know this is a busy night for them, the lack of safety was huge, even my older kids were complaining that they felt like they couldn't jump around because a child would come out of nowhere and the whole time they felt as if they were going to hit them. So i would just like to say get air has more activities to do, but skyzone is more organized and you would most likely have the best experince at skyzone just because you dont have to worry about landing or hurting some little kid the whole time. read more

Way, way better than Skyzone! A month ago we took our daughter (8) to Skyzone as part of her b-day present. Last night, we took our son (10) to Get Air for his b-day. There is NO COMPARISON. Get Air is an order of magnitude better than SZ. It's bigger, has tons of ninja obstacles, longer trampoline runs for tumbling, and best of all, has more laid back employees who actually let me play with my kids. Go figure. The anal guys over at the other place wouldn't even let me jump in the same area with my kids. After 45 mins at Skyzone, we all wanted to leave. The guys at Get Air gave us the 2nd hour free even with the Groupon, and after 2 hours, we still didn't want to leave!! In a word, it was awesome! read more

My older son had gone to a birthday party at Get Air in West Chester. I found out that Military, police and fire receive a 20% discount With my husband being a fireman, I thought that was awesome. I talked to the person behind the counter about having a birthday party for my younger son there and asked about the cost. I was told a price with the discount. SO, I called and booked a party for my 9 year old. The salesman over the phone quoted me a price with the discount and told me just to have my husbands Fireman Id with us at the time of the party. I book the party and had 11 kids show up. There are two party rooms, one that was occupied and the other that was empty. We got put against the wall in the hallway!!! I also had called earlier in the day to see what I needed to supply. I was told nothing but the cake. That they had everything. After the boys were done jumping, I went to pay my bill. At that time I was told that the discount didn't apply to parties EVEN though I was told on two separate occasions that it was and was quoted a price of $140 plus the cost of the 11th jumper. MICHELLE who claimed to be the manager was RUDE, Condesending and lacked major in the customer service department. I ended up having to pay $225. The worse part is, when my son and his friends went over to the tables... we had no party hostess!!!! I had to cut my sons cake with a plastic fork, there were a handfull of cheap Styrofoam (small) plates, and no water which I was told would be provided. Thank goodness I brought a case of my own water. I approached MICHELLE and she made no eye contact with me and basically tried to blow me off. Thank goodness for Ethan, he stepped up to try to make it right the best he could. I have contacted the General Manager and left a message but have yet to hear back from her. I would NEVER have another party there. Lazer Craze, The Web, and Run Jump and Play blow Get Air out of the water with their service. I know a lot of people and I can assure you I will not recommend Get Air. read more
