The entire time I was in the under 2 section, it was filled with kids much older. Ultimately didn't bother me because I was allowed to stay in the area and supervise. I saw the workers clean up the tables and we passed our time there. My daughter had a good time running around. It's nice that there is a babies - toddlers section, even if older kids are also there. Was looking for a fun place to take my little one, when we walked in we were unpleasantly surprised by how gross this place is. There was trash and nasty stuff in the actual play space and all over the floor. Like it hasn't been swept or cleaned in forever. There was a poopy diaper sitting on the chair and used wipes scattered on the chairs. The playground was so dirty inside and the inflatables are only blown up for parties (which was one of the main reasons we came here) . Of all the indoor playgrounds in the Cincinnati area, this one takes the cake. It's $4 to get in per child and there are bouncy structures as well as elaborate jungle gyms for the kids to climb and slide. We took our 2 year old here and as an adult I was able to follow him around to make sure he was ok. Be prepared to sweat though because chasing after your child through tunnels and obstacle courses can get tiring! It's friendly for kids at any developmental stage, but if your kid isn't a fan of crowded places, be warned. For parents there are plenty of seats to sit around and they offer hot food service as well as beverages. You can also host private parties. Parking is ample as they're in a business park. read more

My daughter and I had a fun time at Jump and Jacks and will definitely be back. Everything was clean and the new owner made sure to say hello and asked me for my opinion on the experience. Super inexpensive way to get the energy out the kiddos ($10). Plus food is pretty cheap as well with a pretty nice sized menu, and is shown on the wall on a projecter which i personally think is pretty cool. The jungle Jim is a three floor maze of tunnels, slides, and platforms. Even the adults will have fun if you're into being active. read more

These cicadas forced me to get creative with my child on the weekends. I needed something indoors that didn't break the bank - and violà! Jump & Jack's couldn't have been more perfect. The play area was decent size, and the toys were in good condition. My daughter had A BALL. I enjoyed watching her play and interact with other kids. It was like having a front seat at daycare. As annoyed as I was about older kids being in the toddler room, it was a reminder that adults have to be adults, and parents have to parent. I would imagine when this place opened it was amazing. Great play structure! NOW - it is disgusting! I brought my grandchildren here and I needed to be in the climbing structure with them because one was small enough to need help navigating the various levels. It was filthy inside. I believe it is beyond a good scrubbing. And in many spots the foam that is covered in vinyl (to provide cushioning) was cracked and in one spot had cracked and was worn down to bare plywood. In another spot it seemed the plywood was giving way. They had a lot of "band aides" through out the structure in an effort to "repair" rips in the protective netting that prevents kids from falling. They have a separate playroom for toddlers - many of the toys in there were broken. And the area was dirty. The entire place was filthy. The entire building needs an over haul - a good cleaning and disinfecting with many repairs needed. We didn't stay long. read more

The one off of Liberty Rd needs some TLC. The light pad is in need of repair and there are a lot of mylar balloons stuck up in the high ceiling. The two hours of party time includes set up and break down - there is ABSOLUTELY no time to disinfect (several party goers 48 hours later now have nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea) we patiently waited for the party before us to exit room, we did not get that with the confrontational mother of the party that followed No organization prior to party. When booking the party, the email said prior to party we would get a menu to preorder food. I sent 2 emails requesting menu prior to party with no reply Having an agenda provided would have been more helpful - we were notified 7 mins prior to having the bounce house, it was like hunting for wild animals to get our party together to utilize our time. Party host kept asking for head count "because his manager was mad", we were given 22 bands all children had bands ??? It was very rushed unorganized and stressful to just be a 2 year olds party. Never again !! And some how we kept ending up with children who were not part of the party - we would have not minded except for the party room was super cramped and it was the large party room. plus apparently Tip is on the bill - we were ask to add too not knowing there was already gratuity on the bill !!! read more

This has become our favorite indoor play place! It's a bit of a drive for us but so worth it. The two and under room is so clean and has lots to play with. No outside food but they have great pizza! In the afternoon sometimes they will open up the inflatable's which the kids always love. It's $8 for three it up and $4 for under 3. We can easily spend a whole afternoon here. The bathrooms could use some love so I'm only giving 4 stars. They're not horrible but dark and a little dingy. Other than that this place is awesome! I recently came back to the location because we had such a good time the first time we came. We had about the same awesome experience and more of a willingness to jump on the air inflatable's. Closer to noon there were a lot more children and that's when we started having more issues. When going to this location I would Supervise your child a little bit extra if they're younger. They were three separate occasions where I witnessed my four-year-old niece getting hurt by another child in a parent not doing anything about it. The first 2 times, 2 separate children tried to crawl over her and kicked her in the head. The third time she got hurt, another child pushed her down for standing NEXT to the latter. i'm not saying my niece is 100% perfect all the time but I could say with certainty every time she got hurt here they were completely unprovoked. There's not much that jump in jacks can do. I'm aware of what I signed up for when I brought her here, but I wish the parents were a little bit more thoughtful. read more

They absolutely refuse to update their website. A VERY small party room for 2 hours, 30 minutes of inflatables, and 3 pizzas is advertised as 3 hundred and something but it's actually over $600. Went for a birthday party, the party room was small but clean. Pizza was ok. Kids had a lot of fun during their allotted time in the inflatable area and so did parents. The other play area was complete chaos and while my kids had fun for a bit, it was too much and too many big kids roughhousing. My son got lost he is 4 it took us 20 minutes to find him and because the have ZERO protection, check in check out system my brain did go to that bad place because anybody could have walked out with him. The entire staff was teenagers and didn't seem to notice a panicked mom looking for her kid. When I found my son he was completely distraught as was his sister. Jump & Jack's is an amazing indoor play area with so much to offer! My Nanny kid is two years old so admission was $4. Adults are also required to have their shoes off, if you forget your socks they can sell you a pair for $1. We loved the toddler room that has soft building blocks and toys for kids to play with. I wish that they would remove the 2 and under rule and also include "Or children under ___" a certain height requirement. My Nanny kid is very tall for his age and is allowed in but children that are three and smaller than him weren't allowed to play in there. Doesn't make much sense. The actual play scape is HUGE. It's not enclosed and there is an "exit" to the play area that is right next to the main entrance. That did make me slightly nervous about children getting out or some random person walking in. Adults are allowed to go Through the play area with their child which is a huge plus. They do offer concessions with a full menu at a reasonable price point. Pizza, hot dogs, nachos, chicken tenders, etc. Plenty of tables to sit down at and enjoy lunch! The play yard inflatables were not going at the time we went but we look forward to returning and scoping that out. He especially loved the slide...I think he went up and down the slide no less than 10-15 times in the time when we were there. I feel they are the only ones who really understand what a Birthday Party should be about. PLAYING! While all other places have you play & bounce & close with cake within 1.5 hours, so you end up with a sugar hi kid, THIS PLACE DOES IT RIGHT. A little bit of playing, then cake & pizza & then ALL THE PLAYING THAT THEY WANT, until the place closes. So they really burn out the sugar rush & you go home with a happy & tired kid, as it should be. I also really like this place because its a bunch of chutes & ladders. Something any kid can do. Finally they are open till 8pm on the weekdays & have food in house which helps me keep my little one entertained but also make sure she is fed on schedule. Its a 5 stars for me. read more

Tucked away in West Chester, this place is a fun and cheap indoor playground to take your children to! I enjoy taking the child I take care of here and he likes the toddler room. The toddler room is really nice because only children to and under are in there. The area is a little bit small and I think it could be way bigger considering the amount of kids in there, plus adults.. so it gets crowded. The bigger playground looks way fun for your older kids! I also noticed inside there is a café although I have never been to it. It looks like a fun place where a lot of parents, grandparents, and any spring children. I do recommend taking your kids here, it is affordable and an easy way for them to burn off energy! read more

Horrible. We walked in to little lighting. Which was probably to hide the fact that the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Staff including the "GM" all need to take a course on professionalism and customer service because both are sorely lacking here. My Advice is to spend your money elsewhere. My husband and I will never go here again. And after reading other reviews, we aren't the only ones. Ok, we have returned to Jump & Jacks dozens of times since my initial review and I have to say, we LOVE it there! I bought my son one of their t-shirts, but have to keep it hidden because as soon as he sees it he starts screaming with excitement 'Jump & Jaaaaacks!!' with a twinkle in his eye! It's downright adorable. What is nice is that they have open play at ALL times! The inflatables are not always open, but everything else is available for use if they are open. The only downside of that perk is that if there is a private birthday party, small children do not understand why they cannot enjoy the inflatable area too. Beware! Breakdowns may occur! It's hard to have a rational conversation with a 3 year old. Ha! You MUST try their pizza! YUM!! read more
