Ridiculous !!!!
Kay K.

I was following my 2 year old toddler and I got a deep scratch on my head by these zip ties ! How can a kids playground use such zip ties ?????? They are so sharp !!!!!!!

A fun activity for parents and adults! Jump & Jack's location will throw you off- at the back of a business strip- but inside it's spacious and open. For $10, children can play on the multi-level indoor playground complete with 9 slides, Dino climbers, ropes course, zip line and more. The best news: adults are always free to play alongside their child. Grab some playground fare; pizza (gluten free), chicken tenders, sweets and treats... don't forget socks. Open inflatable hours vary (did not experience). Running is discouraged with helps keep things under control.

Of all the indoor playgrounds in the Cincinnati area, this one takes the cake. It's $4 to get in per child and there are bouncy structures as well as elaborate jungle gyms for the kids to climb and slide. We took our 2 year old here and as an adult I was able to follow him around to make sure he was ok. Be prepared to sweat though because chasing after your child through tunnels and obstacle courses can get tiring! It's friendly for kids at any developmental stage, but if your kid isn't a fan of crowded places, be warned. For parents there are plenty of seats to sit around and they offer hot food service as well as beverages. You can also host private parties. Parking is ample as they're in a business park.

These cicadas forced me to get creative with my child on the weekends. I needed something indoors that didn't break the bank - and violà! Jump & Jack's couldn't have been more perfect. The play area was decent size, and the toys were in good condition. My daughter had A BALL. I enjoyed watching her play and interact with other kids. It was like having a front seat at daycare. As annoyed as I was about older kids being in the toddler room, it was a reminder that adults have to be adults, and parents have to parent. All in all, I appreciate the difference a place like this makes for desperate parents and children.

I will not be coming back to Jump N Jacks. The staff is rude and unwilling to honor the pricing advertised on website. The entire facility is disgusting (especially the bathrooms). Very disappointed.

If you are looking for the absolute best place to host a kids birthday party, look no further than…read morePump It Up West Chester. We celebrated my 7-year-old grandson Charlie's birthday with 15 of his favorite friends and family, and in my 66 years I have never seen a more organized, fun, and engaging kids party venue. From the moment the kids arrived, the experience was incredible. The first room was filled with amazing inflatable slides, virtual games, and obstacle courses that immediately had all the kids running, laughing, and burning energy. Once they had fully enjoyed that room, the party moved into a second huge arena with even more inflatables, slides, and games. It felt like the excitement just kept building. Meanwhile, the parent area was fantastic -- plenty of tables and chairs, lots of space to relax, and even massage chairs! Parents could comfortably watch the kids while enjoying the party themselves. That was a huge bonus. The final stop was the party room, where everything was perfectly set up for pizza, cake, and presents. The timing was flawless -- music playing, kids engaged, food served right on schedule, and the energy stayed high the entire time. But what truly made this party unforgettable were our incredible hosts Marwa and Mukhayyo. From the very beginning they were actively watching all 15 kids, making sure everyone was safe and having fun. They did things that went far beyond expectations -- moving shoes and water bottles from room to room, helping organize the kids, and even taking photos throughout the party that they later turned into a video to share in the final room. When it came time for cake and gifts, they coordinated everything perfectly. While the kids were finishing pizza, they cut the cake, organized the gifts, and then led the entire group in a loud "Charlie! Charlie!" chant followed by a huge Happy Birthday celebration that echoed through the inflatable rooms. Their energy, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole event feel effortless and incredibly special. If you are searching for a birthday venue that will wow your kids and make the entire experience easy and memorable for parents, there is no place better than Pump It Up West Chester -- and there are no better hosts than Marwa and Mukhayyo. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Great set up…read more However, while there for a party with my kids today, I actually took the time to suggest an Epilepsy or Light Sensativity warning to their 2nd rooms. The second rooms contain flashing lights of multiple colors from almost every direction. Not typically an issue, but being warned in advance is nice. My issue is that as I was leaving I got to overhear the entire front desk staff of five women mocking Epilepsy, the idea of printing a warning or having one posted, and repeatedly spouting, "Not my problem." They, not realizing I was within earshot, immediately groaned and covered their faces as I stepped up and confirmed that I had indeed heard every bit of it. If your child is light sensitive, knows someone who is, or you just find mocking disabilities as revolting as I do, find somewhere else to host the party.

In case you did not make it out to the Union Centre Boulevard Bash in West Chester, make sure you…read moredon't miss it next year if you're the local festival kind of person. The Taste of Blue Ash (late August) is always a big and very popular event, and I recently was at the MidSummer at the Meadows in Milford, but the "Bash" in West Chester was probably the best out of all of them, featuring a ton of great rides, great food, and great music in the very new and nice Square at Union Centre. The event kicked off on Friday night (Aug. 8) at 5:00 p.m., went from 2:00 p.m.-midnight on Saturday, and finished off with eight more hours in the afternoon and evening on Sunday. Food vendors were Coldstone Creamery, Jag's Steak and Seafood, Boston Butz BBQ, Papa John's Pizza, Izzy's, Bruster's, and Savannah Center, while other vendors included Cincinnati.com, Time Warner Cable, Twisted Tea, Indiana Wesleyan University, Owens Corning Basement Finishing System and several beer companies. There was also a large kids/family section with $1 games, as well as rides, and there was even a fashion show and golf exercises. The real draw for most, however, was the music. Q102 and AK Steel presented this event and Friday featured well-known Cincinnati cover band The Rusty Griswolds, while Saturday's three act lineup was headlined by David Cassidy. I was there Sunday (today), and first heard 3 Day Rule and then Kings X, while Extreme followed, although I was gone by then. I wasn't crazy about Kings X, although I really enjoyed 3 Day Rule which played songs from mostly the 80s, but many songs from the last 10 or 12 years as well. They covered top songs from bands like the Police, Van Halen, Men at Work, Journey, Counting Crows, Lit, Modest Mouse, and The Killers. There were tons of tables and chairs, while close to the stage there was more than enough standing room. Overall, I found the Union Centre Boulevard Bash to be a great event, much better than the similar MidSummer at the Meadows that took place last month. While many of Sunday's attendees were from West Chester, I recommend attending this August event next year if you are from anywhere within a 20 minute radius. Parking is very close although $5, but admission is free.

Unfortunately, the now annual Union Center Boulevard Bash (in its 4th year, I think) has yet to stack up to the likes of other local music and food festivals. In the spirit of Taste of Cincinnati, the Bash features food stalls from West Chester's finest (disputable) restaurants. This year, Cold Stone, Jags, Smokey Bones, and The White House Inn, will all make appearances and offer smaller versions of their specialties for visitors to sample at low costs. Entertainment is not up to par at this festival, the year that I went the headliner was Uncle Kracker, this year, it's Craig Morgan. Bad and worse. If Blue Ash can get the likes of Lone Star, Dierks Bentley, and Blake Shelton, why can't West Chester get anyone decent? Admission is free and I suppose if you have nothing else to do, strolling the Bash isn't a bad option. Bud Light is a sponsor so at least you can get a buzz and enjoy the August weather! This year the Bash takes place the weekend of August 8th.

My 8 year old grandson was afraid. He thought the slides looked like they went too fast. We did convince him to try a couple of the slides. He liked the yellow curly slide at the end. My 6 year old would not ride any slides. She's pretty little. So she didn't have fun at all. No slides small enough for her and playground was for 5 and under. So we paid $40 including socks for her to just stand there and watch. So definitely was a complete waste for her. Really think they need something for kids in that between phase. I really didn't understand why the playground has a 5 and under limit. Only recommend this place if your kids are daredevils or older.

I booked 4 tickets for the Holiday Hologram on 12/23/25 at 3:00 p.m. for a family Christmas outing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. We are local reviewers and will be sharing this experience with our community. Absolute mess of a business.
