I have taken my son here frequently over the past few years. im very disappointed in the deterioration of this establishment. with the recent price increase i would have expected newer equipment. Things are incredibly run down and the intellibands still do not work to track the jumpers times and jumps. Also, the new policy of parents having to take off their shoes even if they are not jumping and just sitting is ridiculous! please fix these issues!! read more

Honestly, the place is really run down. A lot of the trampolines show a ton of wear and tear some of the trampolines you can't even use. The staff is also made up of teenagers who really want to be anywhere but at work so the wait times and customer service are quite poor The couches are all broke, but my son's grandma bought him a year-long pass to this place and it has been such a blessing. I don't think I would renew here. I would try to choose one of the trampoline parks that are more kept up with, but having free access to this trampoline park is a bonus. read more

Hidden is a heavy trafficked area, in a deteriorating strip mall is this gem. The manager, David is a phenomenal person, always wanting to help ensure a pleasant experience. He has a few key employees and others are not so much. The facility is what one would expect and it has a basic layout and gives guests opportunity to gather or hold events. read more

I was playing dodge ball with these kids but they started going to my side and pushing me so I kinda pushed one to get him away from me and I went to go tell dis top g Aiden and they ran away so a little later the dad started yelling who tf put they hands on my kid and one girl pointed at me and then he said where tf you parents at ima put Ma hands on em like it's not that serious lil bro but then they took me to a break room I think I was with Aiden chillin then the cops came and I got picked up and dipped . We are here all of the time. It is our kids favorite place! I am always impressed with how the staff handles situations and monitors what is going on which can be a lot on busy days or Nights. Today, I am especially impressed. I can tell the staff are all very young but today they handled a situation very professionally and acted fast. A kid had assaulted multiple kids, staff, and verbally went after several adults in the building during their shift. As soon as the situation started, the staff acted as best as they could. One girl, I do not know her Name tried to step in and the kid decked her in the face. I honestly felt so bad for the girl but she handled it way better than I would have as an adult! Next, she had everyone in the building go to the opposite side of the trampoline park to ensure that everyone was safe from this kid who was acting insane. We are always impressed but today gave me goosebumps. I never write reviews but felt like I just really needed to say something. read more

My kid loves to jump at trampoline parks but this place is seriously disgusting. It looks like they haven't cleaned in months. There's dust and crumbs everywhere. The game area is just caked with dirt. The foam pits are gross and in need of new foam and there's exposed large staples everywhere. This place would be so much better if they cleaned throughout the day and had workers who cared. The workers just sit at the front desk and don't supervise, clean or enforce the rules at all. We have been here so many times because it's close to our house but I would love to see this place under new ownership and cleaner so I don't have to worry about my kids getting sick every time we go. read more

We have a membership at Altitude and it is a great value at $10/month per kid. Today, we celebrated the birthday party for one of my kids and the staff was great. They were all very helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience and its a great value for your money. Total for 13 kids plus the birthday boy, with pizzas and water bottles included and a big private room it was a little over $400. They even cut and serve the cake and handle all the cleaning. In my opinion a good deal. read more

On Saturday, Feb 2, my daughter M* (not listing the names of children in this review) (10 years old) was invited to go with her friend "K" to Altitude in Mason. It was K's sister's birthday and her parents let K bring a friend so she'd have someone to pal around with. That evening, my wife Kristen received two phone calls from an unknown number while my daughter M was at Altitude. She answered the second one and the person says their name is Valerie and she is the manager at Altitude. They ask her if M is our daughter and inform us that she is being kicked out for yelling at two African American boys. According to Valerie, M yelled, "I'm going to black your ass. N-word, N-word N-word, N-word, N-word." But that she didn't say the N-word. My wife Kristen was beyond shocked to say the least and asked for the manager to confirm what M looks like (which matched up.) She then said, she would contact K's mom to find out what happened and figure everything out. She called K's mom, and she answered while arriving to the front desk of the park where M & K were being detained in the corner by the desk. Her and her husband start getting information that Kristen has been made aware of and they're shocked as well. She tells Kristen they're going to pack up since M was kicked out and asked to leave, find out more info, and give us a call. So, she talks to M & K to find out what in the world happened. This all started because M & K (who is 9 years old) were at the drinking fountain between playing and the two boys (who were 12 or 13 years old) lined up behind them to use the fountain. While waiting, they took it upon themselves to start making fun of them, especially K, about their physical appearance. They called the girls "s****" - rhymes with "huts." The girls responded by saying things to the effect of, "Can you leave us alone?" and "Stop!" The boys proceeded to follow them around for the next 15 min while they were going to the various park elements and pretty much copied the same things they said while at the fountain. At some point, M needed to use the restroom and left to do that and while gone K had grown tired of the teasing and, threatened the boys to stop. None of the language that was relayed above was used at this time from K. M gets back, the boys disappear, and the two girls go about playing. 10 minutes later, two park employees come up and say they need to come with them. They ask M if her parents are here and she says they are not. They ask no other questions to either of them. They did not ask K if her parents were there. They did not ask either of the girls what happened. At this point, my wife receives the call from above. My wife called back to Altitude to receive more information. She spoke with Valerie again and she said there was a fellow employee that witnessed M making her alleged racist tirade. Once again, according to Valerie, they were "shoulder-to-shoulder" when M did this. At this point, K's parents have tried to talk to the boys' parents and figure out what happened. One of the boys' moms had gone up to the desk to inform them of what, allegedly happened. (Valerie had been untruthful about an employee witnessing this.) I know the employees of Altitude don't know my daughter, but my daughter and her friend did not say the things they were accused of. I requested video of this interaction from Altitude (they have many cameras at their facility) and, shockingly, they are "unable to obtain footage." This facility doesn't have the personnel in place to stop two children from being bullied by two teenagers for half an hour, but also involved themselves by not asking either child what happened or if there was an adult present for them. Thank God this wasn't an actual safety issue with their lack of personnel and someone didn't get hurt.The customer service related to my review was appalling. I reached out via phone call and e-mail to the location and corporate office approximately 20x with no response until 5 days later. The corporate office never contacted me and the place is being run by deceitful people who don't know how to handle issues when they come up. No apologies were offered, but we did receive 9 "Jump" passes--those are in the trash. These people clearly do not care about their customers and we won't return. read more

This place is alright there is not much for little kids to do, therefore there are clueless little kids that get in the way of people who are actually trying to jump and have fun. Also there is little to do for anyone really I just only recommend if there is nobody there because it is a little building and today it was packed so you couldn't really do much there. read more

50% of their foam blocks are aged and "shedding" micro-foam particles. This is problematic as it got in all 4 of my children's eyes. We had multiple crying occasions. Also, this place is very unsanitary you can tell within 5 steps of entering the building. read more

I had a great experience with Lucas, the assistant manager, tonight at ATP. I have taken my kids to the Fields Ertel Rd./Mason location many times. I've never had a bad encounter with any of the employees, however, most of my previous interactions w/employees and the facility have just been just average. I get it, most of the employees are probably high school kids that would prefer to be anywhere else. Lucas, however, went above and beyond to make sure my kids were safe, that I had all of the information to make an informed decision regarding the value of buying month long memberships (btw...the monthly $10 memberships are an excellent value) and just in general, really cared and showed it. GREAT customer service for our son's birthday party - from start to finish! Our host (I believe his name was David) was so thoughtful and accommodating, and all of the staff were so sweet - they went above and beyond! The facility was small, but clean and I felt very comfortable having both my teenager and toddler jump (on this mildly busy weekday evening). It's a good trampoline park but there is a lot of kids pushing. Its a little dirty also, the workers are chill though.

I've been taking my kids here for years (back when it was called adrenaline). Not sure if it's a new owner or what but the past 6 months have been non stop issues. Few weeks ago my son had a group of boys bullying him that were several years older than him & they intentionally pulled his pants down in front of everyone while he was jumping! I told the manager & I was told it would be handled, & they would be kicked out because 'altitude doesn't allow bullying' nothing happened-the group of kids stayed & were allowed to keep jumping so we left. Then a week later my daughter had a group of 4-5 boys (the same group of boys) surround her in a corner so I told an employee to go see if she needed help (she's 14 & I didn't want to embarrass her by stepping in) after speaking to her, it was not a safe situation! The boys were harassing her, calling her inappropriate names & touching her without her consent & not refusing to get out of her way to let her leave! We spoke with several other employees & the manager & I was told by management that videos would be pulled so they could verify their identity & the boys would be kicked out permanently. After several days I talked her in to going back with the promise the same group of boys wouldn't be there since we were promised they were not allowed back. Within 10 minutes she saw the group of boys that were harassing her so she stopped jumping & sat on a couch with her hoodie covering her head & crying! Not only were the same group allowed in but they were checked in by the same manager that had promised us he would handle the situation! My niece & nephew refuse to go here unless my kids are here to 'protect them' because they have had so many issues. Needless to say we will not be renewing our membership once it expires! I am not ok with giving my $ to an establishment that enables bullying, sexual harassment, & doesn't even enforce their own rules! If you do plan on bringing your kids here I highly recommend you stay on the floor & keep a close eye on them to help prevent the constant harassment & bullying that is allowed to go on here. read more

BEWARE with small kids and bigger kids on the same trampoline, it can cause broken legs!! My 4yr old was jumping on a trampoline in the small kids area when a larger kid came in and started jumping on the same trampoline, all of a sudden my kid was on the ground crying and holding her leg with the bigger kid standing over her. I asked the manager if I could see the video footage of the incident to see what happened, they wouldn't show it to me and said they would review it and call me, the manager never called me back. Turns out my 4yr old had what's called a trampoline fracture of her left leg and had to be in a cast for 2 weeks. Kinetic energy from a larger person jumping on the trampoline transfers into the smaller kid's legs and causes fractures just below the knee. Staff at this facility do not police their own rules and failed to reply to requests for video footage. Obviously, we will not be returning to this business. read more

Kids really enjoy this place but they NEED to turn the AC on in summer. I wasn't even jumping and I was so hot we left earlier than planned.
