Came here to go play with the child I nanny for and on there website says open to play. Drive about a 35 minutes to get here and a guy comes out and tells me that they are ripping everything out and only for sales. This place is not as depicted in the older reviews. There are no blow up bouncy structures at all anymore. What still exists is a toddler area with worn foam structures and activity wall components that do not work (if they are electronic). There is a basketball area with adjustable hoops. As far as "jungle gyms" go, they have these backyard structures set up for kids to climb on. It's unclear if this is an indoor playground or a showroom because the structures also have price tags if you want to buy them. They have a handful of these structures which are all slight variations of each other so variety isn't high on the list here. There are a few trampolines set up as well. For $7 it felt incredibly expensive (almost 2x) compared to other indoor facilities in Cincy. However there is ample space for a child to run and if your kid doesn't expect much but space to run, this place will meet your needs. It wasn't as crowded as other indoor "playgrounds" either. Just not what we expected. It felt like going to a showroom for backyard treehouses except you can test them out vs just looking around. read more

Perfect place to come on a cold day and your kids need to burn off energy. Both my two year old and four year old found plenty to enjoy. My two year old loves the trampolines, swings, climbing to the top of each structure, playing with the soccer balls and everything in the toddler section (especially their small slides). My boy was crazy about the bounce houses and tried each one out. He also really enjoyed the basketball court since it had a couple baskets that were just right for his height. He even enjoyed trying out the swinging bars and hanging upside down. This place made me feel like a kid again, too! I spent most of my time running around with them especially since my youngest obviously needs more help. But there are plenty of tables to sit and relax. I don't think you're allowed to bring your own food in, but they do sell at least juice and chips (possibly more?). Both of my kids were $10 each. So a bit more expensive than I've payed elsewhere. So if you're working at and owner of a child's activity center, maybe you should save yelling at your wife at the front desk for some other time, or not do it at all. Glad my son got to hear his first domestic confrontation while jumping on a trampoline. Add on top of that every door in the place was unlocked where kids can run in the back freely, things seemed dingy, worn down and unclean. The space here is fun for kids and toddlers and it's easy to keep track of everyone, but the facility is absolutely disgusting. Old plastic water bottles, bandaids, huge dust piles all over the floor. The toddler area and bouncy house area are carpet and I don't think it's ever been vacuumed. I take my two kids here (5 & 8) and they like it enough. The establishment is pretty gross majority of the time and I try to make sure they scrub their hands after leaving. The biggest ick of all is the restrooms. I walked in with my 5 year old and we were both gagging at the terrible smell that met our noses as we entered the bathroom. It's really gross. To the point of gross where my child didn't want to use it. Prices are a bit high given the fact that the inflatables aren't open half the time due to being "under staffed". Front desk people usually look very unhappy to be there and don't try to mask it. Play things are fine, nothing special though. The rating has nothing to do with the actual park. I have brought kids here over a dozen time and they absolutely love it and are able to be kept entertained for hours. It is always at the top of their list on rainy days. However...it has never been cleaned. I feel so disgusting sitting in there. It is filthy and looks like it hasn't been touched to clean in years. The bathrooms are even filthier and have always been dirty and smelly. It is frequently out of soap. The chairs and tables they leave you to sit on are falling apart and also filthy. The back end where I'm assuming a cafe once was looks like a dump. It is not a clean establishment at all. I hate that my kids love the playground in it so much because it is so dirty!!! Additionally, the front staff isn't very friendly for working with kids. One time someone in the front yelled at all of the kids for yelling because he was on his cell phone. Kids yelling, especially a dozen of them, and being at a park go hand in hand so I felt that was a little bit odd. Another friend desk worker is dismissive and seems miserable. Overall, it's a great place for kids to play and burn off energy. The kids has a great time, but it's just not at clean as when it was in Mason. I remember going to the toddler area in Mason, and MANY times during the day someone was wiping down the area. I saw no one even monitoring the area at all. The steps to it on were VERY dirty. It'd help if they would vacuum them. There was a potty accident on the merry go round (which was broken anyway) but someone came and cleaned it up. The bathrooms were GROSS! After I went into change my 3 yr old daughters top (she got hot) and left when I saw how dirty it was. I went behind where the broken trampolines to change her top quickly, and was scolded by one of the cafeteria workers to take her in the bathroom to change her going forward. There are water stains on the ceiling, and never did I see the NOT busy cafeteria workers wipe down tables. There was a lot of time I saw front desk staff sitting, again they could be cleaning areas. If there more than 1-2 people sitting, the could be cleaning and sanitizing. The abundance of trampolines to play on were great. The playground equipment is in excellent condition and great to play on. The front staff was very kind. I think with some extensive cleaning changes the place would easily be 5 stars. read more

This is our experience at Run Jump and Play on Pfeifer Rd in Milford Ohio. I took a toddler into the toddler play area on 11/2018 and my first impression was "It's discusting! The kids mirrors and toys were so dirty, and the ride on toys and blocks were worn and dirty. I'm not a germaphobe by no means. This place needs new toys and someone to clean them. I'm a nanny from Pleasant Ridge and took my 3 year old to Run Jump n Play today , we had so much fun! Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Run, Jump n Play was SO clean. I was extremely impressed. All the rooms were open , they have inflatables, tons of playsets, trampolines, basketball & blocks for the kids to play with. They have an area specifically for kiddos under five and it was perfect for us to take a little break! Tons of tables & places to eat snacks, as well as a full snack bar. Run Jump N Play will knock your socks off!! What a facility and staff! The layout is perfect for any sized party with various age groups. The party attendants kept the party moving and on time. EVERYONE we came into contact with was friendly, helpful and organized. WOW! For an inflatables party, you start off in a general area to play on trampolines and wooden swing sets while your guests arrive. Once everyone arrives, your party attendant moves everyone into an isolated room filled with inflatables, more trampolines and fun party music. It's like heaven for kids! After a while, the party attendant comes back and guides your party to a different isolated room for MORE playing, sliding and climbing on new inflatables. PLAY PLAY PLAY!! Once it's time to eat, the party attendant takes you to your party room where everything is already set up. I brought my own decorations and gift bags, but they were happy to do all the set up so I could enjoy the party! They continue helping by serving pizza, drinks, cake and assisting with presents, if needed. When it's all done, they load all of your items into a huge bin on wheels and take it out to your car. I couldn't have asked for anything better. AWESOME! If I could add a star, I would. BTW, they serve pizza from Tower Pizza in Mason and it was DELICIOUS! Desperate to find something other than Chuck E's to entertain our very active five year old boy, we decided to drive the distance from Enon to Mason, Ohio to check out a very promising "Run Jump-N-Play" after reading about them here on Yelp (thanks to the first reviewer!) then calling and finding out they were opened really late tonight, later than advertised. Admission was $6, very fair! The first thing you'll notice is the location nestled in a nice quiet section of town (in my opinion as a non-resident of course) and their parking lot and building are absolutely gigantic. Seriously, Chuck E's has nothing on this place, size wise. Wow! It was like a labyrinth! When we walked in, we were really impressed by the different equipment and were excited to set our son loose and watch him enjoy the abundant sampling of different richly appointed wooden swing sets, also available to purchase. Each was in impeccable condition, clean, and complete with great slides and all the premium add-ons like many tire swings, all different heights to suit different ages and abilities, "rock climbing-esque-walls" built into the sides of some etc and enough swings and sea-saws that nobody was waiting for a turn; everyone was happy. There were several large trampolines, also in impeccable condition, being enjoyed thoroughly by the kids. I really appreciated the care they put into keeping the equipment clean, and for providing the very best in quality. Even the floors were padded. There was so much to do! Just when we thought we had seen it all, we learned there were nooks we hadn't noticed, hidden hallways and rooms (completely available to us) tucked away generously appointed with many, many blow up castles, slides, obstacle course like areas, and even one particularly impressive feature that reminded me of a coliseum. They had one inflatable that levitated balls! Such neat stuff! Where on Earth did they find all this? It must have cost them a fortune, but alas, the owner apparently spared no expense with the play equipment. It got better. There were several themed party rooms each bearing an impressively large inflatable themed throne for the birthday boy or girl to grace. I don't expect to remember them all, but of those I did see, the following stuck out in my mind: -Princess Themed -Pirate themed -Candy Themed -Medeval Knight Themed If you would like to see these for yourself please check out the photos I posted to their business page. There truly was so much to see, so much to do. Among other really neat things, you'll find several basket ball hoop areas, one bathed in neon murals and black lights complete with glowing basket balls, the other with multiple hoops differing in size accommodating even pint sized players as well, with normal lighting. You'll find a mini-bowling area in it's own sequestered off room, gleaming with special effects lighting and technology everywhere you look. They have a interactive digitized floor! Seriously! Yes, a digital floor folks! Wow, right? It shuffles through several neat games appropriate for all ages alike. Such fun! During one such game, the entire floor started writhing with huge VERY realistic cockroaches, just begging for (you guessed it) you to squash them! It's crazy! My son actually got freaked out by that one because they looked so very real! Um, yeah. If you're afraid of roaches, you've been warned! Another neat game appeared that turned the floor into a huge xylophone ala Tom Hanks in "Big". Giving away my age again, no? The last neat game I observed before I ran away to take pictures was one where the floor became covered in TNT wildly swirling about. When you stepped on it, it exploded visually and audibly. So cool! What an awesome place. They have a mini-golf area near the bowling area, which we didn't use because we didn't know if it was opened for use or not due to there being nobody manning it. We saw clubs on the counter, balls in a bucket on the floor, but it just wasn't obvious if they meant for us to help ourselves. It ended up being just that! So if you're going, if they say it's opened when you check in, just mosey on in and help yourself! Last but not least of the neat things, they had a room called the "Air Blaster" room (also in my photos) all decked out in neon paint and special effects lighting, with two opposing rows of ball popping air launchers to shoot at one another and presumably (but not likely) land in the opposing person's net basket attached to their gun. Kind of confusing to explain, just look at the photo! I'm trying to say it was unlike anything I have ever seen, and pretty cool at that! This place is a memory making machine, folks. The only reason I give it 4 stars is with all that is going on, it is a little bit unintuitive for the kids to know where they can and cannot go. We might have completely missed the golf and digital room and jumping rooms had we not been brave enough to explore uninvited. I vote 4 enthusiastic stars! read more

We had scheduled my sons 8th birthday party here. We were told to show up 15 mins before the party which was at 11. No one was there. The building was dark. The manager pulled up and we were the first people in the building. The attendant in the bounce rooms were on their cell phones. He didn't even know if there were children in the room when asked. In the winter we need a safe & warm & comfortable place for families to relax and play with their children. You find all of that here! The cost is $7 per child of walking age and older on weekdays and $10 on the weekend. Both my grandchildren love to come here. The appropriate #covid19 safety precautions are taken here including mask wearing by the staff and the customers. There are amenities to please everyone. This is large space with plenty of room for 2 trampolines with appropriate safety netting, a soccer play area, a basketball court with hoops at various heights, a well padded play area for toddlers 5 and under & #rainbow brand jungle gym's with swings, fast slides & wooden pirate ships and towers to climb up, into and over. You can try out a jungle gym before you buy it or just come for some quality family time! The toddler play area has fun soft sided building blocks of various shapes & sizes for all the building, tearing down and walking and running on you want to do. There's also the inflatable play/party area with 2 slides & a bouncy house. My grandson really likes that room! There are tables for families to relax around or to have a tasty snack on. It was a perfect alternative. It was $7 for each kid with trampolines, play sets and a basketball court area to play in. There was also a toddler area for our 1 year old son that was perfect. This establishment likes to take advantage of its customers. I purchased a Groupon and was told when I arrived that winter break was considered a special event. There is absolutely no mention of this on their website, however they have it written in very small print on a dry erase board at the front desk. My groupon is only valid for a weekday so it will be wasted per my children are school age. The manager was also very non chalant and unapologetic I will never patronize this establishment and will encourage everyone I know to follow suite. read more

They had a few plastic play houses and numerous 'outdoor play-sets" set up, along with 2 trampolines...I got to bounce on the trampolines :) !!! First time experience here and I heard they had just put in a toddler friendly area and with having a one year old that is full of energy I thought, why not? Upon entering I was greeted by two ladies at the front counter, very nice but they looked bored. (Granted they were slow). They had me fill out there waiver incase anything were to happen and we were on our way. Once we got to the toddler area my daughter went at it, had fun on all the playmat things they had, went down the padded slide and even danced on the little piano in the area. The one thing I was disappointed in was there are little toys lining the wall of the toddler area (drums, xylophone, mazes, tic tac toe, etc.) And some of the toys were broken or had mallets missing for the drums and xylophone. Of course toddlers will make do with what they have but I thought that was kind of a bummer. All in all I thought this place was very fun for my daughter, and a place where she can interact with kids her age. Will definitely be returning soon! read more

It's a GREAT play area for kids but their concession stands stink. They have a strict food policy where you aren't allowed to bring in your own food, yet they have a small food selection and some of the stuff isn't even up and running, and this is why I am upset!. They never have the pretzal or popcorn machine going around lunch time. I asked for corn dogs and they were out of stock. They don't offer fresh fruit or gluten free options. It's all junk food. A bottle of water costs $2.00??? Their Dr. pepper never wants to work. They have a Starbucks display, but there's nothing in it to buy. They apparently have a contract with Papa Johns so you can order Pizza, but you aren't allowed to order from anyone else. Most people don't like Papa John's! They shouldn't have a strict food policy if their concession stand isn't up to par. I would like to add that their weekend rate per child is absurd! $10.00 It costs more to get in on the weekends than on the weekdays yet the inflatables aren't available because they're being used for birthday parties.
