What a phenomenal environment for my social 1.5 year old. Enough room to run around and as a parent, easy to keep track of her whereabouts. They have the sand box which was a fun experience for her. I would recommend a pit of balls for the younger kids though! read more

This place was a blast for my 17 month old son! They have a huge play structure in the middle that he was obsessed with. I was comfortable watching him play from the ground as the whole thing is extremely padded and netted, but there is one part that features platforms to climb that is surrounded by a net so if he had fallen I would have had to climb inside and down to get him out. He really only went up the ladder and down the slide though. The staff said parents were welcome on the ladder and slide only, but they didn't give anyone a hard time if they ventured to another area. For me to get on the structure, I had to purchase socks, but they were only $2 and it was only because I wanted to be able to help if my son got stuck. They didn't require socks for all parents. They also had two inflatables: a bounce house and an obstacle course. My son was a little young for both but kids were jumping and laughing on them so they sounded fun. They also seemed sturdy and well-maintained. There was a big sandbox with steps and platforms for littles to be able to play in addition to big kids, plus tubs for taking some out and playing on the ground. The stools and platform aren't connected but as long as you're supervising it's totally safe. I stood right next to my son but if he was older I'd feel comfortable sitting down nearby. They provide the sand toys. There were also dress up clothes but we didn't do much with that since my son is too young. He did like the play houses, little slides, and Connect Four over there, though. Lots of smaller things that were still fun for kids who were intimidated by the bigger structures. There was a baby-safe area surrounded by a baby gate, full of learning and climbing toys. The gate is easy for toddlers to open but babies would be well-contained. There were tons of chairs and tables for parents to be able to move around with their kids but still relax. The family restroom was stocked with diaper supplies and there was also a nursing room. I didn't try the restaurant area. They had music playing, which based on reviews must be a newer addition. All family-friendly pop songs that kept the energy up and even some familiar favorites for a millennial like me. This was fun for the two of us but I don't think I'd have a party here just because the ambiance is a little dingy. They could easily fix that by adding some more lighting and doing some slight updates to the bathrooms, though. Overall, for $8 (that's the under 3 price and parents are free) for 2 hours this was an excellent way to beat the heat on a hot day. The place was clean as far as the toys go, and I have no concerns about my son getting sick or anything. If I lived around here this would absolutely be added to my fun location rotation and I'd recommend for anyone with kids of any age to visit. read more

The same table is so high, and the sand in the table is so low. My son is 36" and had to stand on a wobbly stool and bend into the table to play. They had a table (??) for kids to stand on but it wasn't connected to the sand table so kids could easily get a leg stuck. It's just not safe. I'd say for ages 5+. Area is not a great place to play for younger kids. read more

Pros: worker was constantly cleaning up all toys and wiping down tables. She was also kind in correcting the many adults who were not following the rules. Cons: When we walked in, the place just felt dark. I think the venue could benefit from more lighting, especially near the play structure. Music could also help bring the mood up. Dig and Play is a large open play place similar to Pogo Play but with sand boxes. Our little are almost two but not able to reach the sandboxes with the provided stools. It was fine because there was plenty more to do! I've taken pics of practically everything. The rules sigh was a bit confusing in regard to breast feeding mothers. It stated "Nursing mothers only in nursing room." At first I thought it meant no nursing in the play areas but after seeing the time and care they put into the room I believe they mean Only nursing mothers in nursing room... They have a snack bar and free wifi. There's also free chargers at a charging station. The decor is cute and cozy with bright colors! The kids look vex the kitchen and ice cream parlor area. It's too bad, bc the facility is a nice place for kids, but I have a hard time patronizing a place where I pay $600 for a birthday party and can't get a smile and am barked at. This place was pure chaos. They make you reserve a time to come in but they clearly don't control the number of reservations per time slot. There were two bus loads of kids plus a bunch of other families. It says best for kids 7 and under but there were much larger kids barreling the little ones over. They only control how many kids go into the bounce house at one time. Every other play structure is a free for all. My kids couldn't get a spot at the sand table. I paid $20 and we didn't stay for more than a half hour. What a disappointment. read more

I went here with my kids and 2 nephews (ages 18 months, 5, 5, 5, 7, & 11) and they all had a blast! The layout of the sand table was very well thought out. It allows for maximum usage for varying heights. They provide step stools as well as a section of the table has a built in platform where toddlers can stand and easily reach inside. The kitchen area was great, one of my nephews spent almost the entire time playing in there with the Melissa & Doug Ice Cream Cart. The dress up area had a wide variety of costumes and accessories that the kids enjoyed. There's a large train area with a floor mat and train table. The Lego area with table and Lego wall were awesome and definitely encourage creativity. The infant/young toddler area was well thought out. It is gated in, has foam cushions, carefully selected toys, and books. The play structure was a huge hit with all the kids. The 2 slides were a lot of fun for them for racing. They also loved the hanging "punching bags" at the bottom of the structure. The kids enjoyed exploring the different levels. The bathrooms were very clean and the nursing mothers room looked lovely. I nursed my baby out in the general area so I could continue to keep an eye on the kids (Which the staff didn't bat an eye at, it is clear that the nursing mother's room is for the comfort of the mother's should they choose to use that area. I love that they do that!) We didn't utilize the snack area but it looked like they had a decent selection. The staff were very friendly. I had my kids pick up after themselves, but there was also a staff member walking around tidying areas up so it was ready to go for the next set of kids ready to play. The sand is a big hit with kids and they have inflatables. The kids all seem to have a great time and its much better for kids under 5 than Run Jump n Play. My only complaint is the food. Your not allowed outside food or drink but the food they offer is not good, low quality, frozen meal type items. I feel if your going to open a play area for small children but now allow parents to bring food then they should provide options that you'd actually want to feed your children. We love Dig n play! The set up is really functional and allows both the kids and adults to enjoy themselves. There is a wide variety of play options for the kids and many tables and chairs and drink options for the adults. Also the staff is very diligent about cleaning up and keeping the place neat. The only spot that wasn't as clean as we hoped was the restrooms because the kids were getting water and paper towels everywhere. This is mostly a parenting issue though because if your kid goes into the bathroom and soaks the whole floor and leaves paper towels everywhere you really should still be helping them use the restroom...my son walked out with wet socks which was gross and unappreciated. read more
