Worse place ever. Rudest group of employees. They bring their children with them, kids all behind the desk. Tionna has to be the rudest, most disrespectful person in Cincinnati. She has no empathy and she act as if everyone is trying to get over on them. That is not a good attitude to have for a work place geared towards children. Several times I went and the pungent smell of marijuana was on the staff members. I couldn't tell if it was Tionna, who was arguing with a customer at the time. I had a great time at Rockin Jump Trampoline Park. Even though at the time we were the only adults jumping/playing in the areas (most parents were watching their kids play or in the food court area). There's plenty to do and definitely family oriented. The kids would definitely have a lot of energy to release here! The inside is very spacious (very nice set up). They have Ninja Challenge Course, X-Beam, Stunt Bag Arena, Vertigo Climbing Tower, Open Jumping area, Dodge Ball and more. My favorite was Vertigo Climbing Tower, Basketball, and Open Jumping area. I was definitely working up a sweat. You cannot wear your gym shoes (lockers are available-free) so it is required you purchase their socks for $2.00 (reusable) which has tracksion on the bottom. Here are the rates: $10.00 - 30 minutes of Jump $16.00 - 60 minutes of Jump $19.00- 90 minutes of Jump $22.00- 120 minutes of Jump $12.00 per child $3.00 Additional They do have specials for Birthdays during the weekends and weekdays as well. If you get hungry, there is a café area where you can purchase drinks and food. There are also massage chairs for those who want to relax and be lazy (additional cost-bring cash). We have been so excited to try this place out. I read only that COVID-19 restrictions and precautions were in place, making me feel a bit better about going. When we arrived it was a ZOO! So packed, no sanitation was occurring, and hardly a mask in sight. I couldn't believe the crowd or the staff not speaking up. I love this place! It's nice and spacious and has a variety of different spots for the kiddos to jump. They have an obstacle course and rock wall as well which was a huge hit with my kids ages 13,11, and 7. Only bad part was the workers today. Normally when I come they are assisting with the rock wall and helping on the obstacle course but today they all just stood around sneakily talking to each other or hiding to get on their phone. I bought tickets on Groupon for the girls I babysit and myself for Christmas so we went today to use them. It was smaller than I imagined but still had lots to do! The obstacle course was definitely a hit with the girls and the open jump area was fun for all of us. One area was closed which was a bummer. The girls asked staff multiple times about rock climbing before they finally opened it back up. I even tried the rock climbing! They had a blast and everything was clean. There are lockers (no charge) to use which I was wondering about before we went. I'm sure I'll take them back! read more

Our visit was 10/24/2020-The kids love going here but please make sure your not racially profiled like my family was yesterday. Clearly we can hear when it's time to leave but before that, the staff checked my parties band because she need glasses and couldn't see what color they were. Why do that to a group of kids and not everyone. She waited until the message came across the loud speaker and came directly to me to say that our time was up. I reported her to the manager there. Mind you my son has a membership so his time wasn't up! She was very rude unlike the other staff who are very professional. This visit gets ZERO STARS FOR RACIAL PROFILING. We absolutely LOVE Rockin' Jump! If only there could be a Rockin' Jump in Northern Kentucky...still not a bad drive. My daughter had her 13th Birthday Party and her and her friends had a blast! We love that there's more to do than just the trampolines: Rockwall, jousting, and especially the Ninja course! We went on a Thursday and it was not very busy at all. We did a Groupon for $34 for 4 admissions. They make you purchase special socks that you can use again for $2. The facility was very clean and all them employees were very friendly. 4 kids for $34 for a little over one hour of playing with trampolines, ninja courses and a climbing wall was worth it. Without the Groupon it would have been $64. Unfortunately I don't think I could recommend $64 an hour for entertainment for my kids. This new attraction on the west side is very welcomed! It is clean and well staffed. My kids jumped for 90 minutes and it cost $19 a piece plus $3 for a pair of socks for each kid. The socks can be reused each time I come so I washed them and put them in my car for future trips. My kids are 6 and 3 and they weren't able to jump for the full 90 minutes as they got warn out. The concession stand is reasonably priced and had many choices. The staff engaged with the kids while jumping. I gave it only four stars for the price, $45 was a bit much to do for an hour and a half. read more

I had purchased a Black Friday individual special on Friday November 29, 2019 with a $25 gift card approximately at 11am that I had purchased 11 months prior. My daughter asked for a drink so I went up and asked for the drink and two pieces pizza included in the Black Friday special. I was given a ticket for the drink but was told they had ended giving the pizza which I already had purchased in the special. I am very disappointed at the false advertisement and rip-off. I told the employee that was false advertisement and the employee could have cared less and had no reason other than they ended giving the pizza about 12:30pm. I will preface this review with saying that we went on a Wednesday a couple weeks ago for their two hours for one hour price deal which was more expensive that the similar deal at Get Air. The facilities were clean and well organized and the staff were generally friendly upon entering though a bit overbearing as it is obvious this is a newer establishment and they are trying to establish a stake in a very crowded trampoline park saturated tri-state. One of the big negatives I found and why I took a couple of stars off was the amount of rules they have staff regulating (many more than necessary and seen at other places) and the requirement that you exchange your trampoline socks for theirs, an obvious marketing ploy. While only an additional three dollars, it is annoying to be told to purchase something when you have it in hand. This may be policy at other places, but I have never been asked to by any other facility to date. The staff were not very helpful in outlining the need for their specific socks, supporting my conjecture that they only did it for marketing. It is clear that this new trampoline park has a long way to go with their community and customer outreach as it was fairly empty (which could be a good thing) as compared to other trampoline parks that we have been to at around the same time and days. Having so many rules and prying eyes about is a distraction for those who prefer to let loose a bit but the seating for adults was adequate for those who prefer to watch. I would think to get people in the door that flexibility and not such invasive customer service might help. Honestly I would probably give them 3 1/2 stars compared to other places that we have been but that is not an option on yelp. read more

I took my two kids here last Saturday and had an excellent time. The place was clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. My kids jumped for 90 min each and then we all split a pizza in the cafe. I was able to relax in the massage chairs that are located next to the trampoline courts. All in all a great time. I spoke with a young lady named Jill she was extremely helpful and really helped us through our first time. We will definitely be back soon.
