Visited this place because the daughter of a friend of mine celebrated her birthday there and I have to say... what a mess! To be completely honest... If you are leaving your kids there with someone whom you trust to watch them then they will have a blast because the play area is huge, all the kids where having fun and the person watching them will be the one suffering LOL. Now, if you are going to stay waiting while your kids play, now there's the problem. For starters, as mentioned before the play area is huge which leaves pretty much a very small section with maybe 10 tables of 4 chairs each for the adults to wait outside the play area, so you can imagine the dozens of people standing around those tables waiting for someone to leave and try to take it. There are a few rooms that can be rented for events such as the birthday we went but they are completely closed out, they felt like a panic rooms/fridge...4 walls and a door. There are 2 open areas on a second floor/balcony which seemed to be rentable as well.. at the end of the day it seems as if they just keep letting people in without any capacity control, it was just too much. Also, just a heads up, there are no adult beverages for the people waiting around 300 kids that are running, screaming and bumping in to you, the beverages and food that they have its pretty basic kids stuff; pizza, icee, etc. priced almost as if you where on Kings Island or something like that. Just not worth it.

Though it's very busy during certain hours on certain days and sometimes you have very Iill behaved tweens and teens this is a great opportunity especially if you live close to get a 30 dollar a month membership and bring your kids for some great fun and great exercise. My kids love it, tons to do and I can just sit in the play area and read while the kids jump.

I'm torn between "how do more people not die here" and "dang that was a ton of fun!" I know folks find Skyzone's rules of one per square, no adults and kids in the same area to be quite annoying but after a trip to Defy where it's a total free for all, I'm much more appreciative of some general safety rules. My 4 year old is basically a ninja, rarely do I see her not upside down or flipping over the couch. She specifically told me, "mom, I don't want to come back here." She got hurt several times, both by other kids and the equipment. Sunday afternoon, this place was packed, and that's the safety hazard. I'm talking HUNDREDS of adults and kids in a huge free for all. It was actually quite terrifying to somehow try to limit my kiddo so she didn't die. Not exaggerating. HOWEVER, this place is so cool. The obstacles and equipment are totally awesome. If it was a day/time that was totally dead, this place would be a blast. I'm not sure how you'd go about figuring out the slow times. If you think it'll be busy, DO NOT bring your younger kids here (under 8ish). The line is dysfunctional, there's one line for the "flight club" and three lines for regular admission but the signage was horrible and the long line was to the door. None of it made any sense and certainly led to very expected, impatient kids. We had to wait 20mins to wait another 25mins. Bummer. Recommend a groupon if you choose to go, $15 for 90 minutes otherwise $21-24 depending on the day. The flight club is fairly priced, there's a pricey concession stand (icee out of order), and plenty of couches/seating for on lookers. This review is based solely on an extremely busy day. I believe that a less busy day would be less stressful for parents and kids alike. However, my kiddo will probably never allow me to bring her back.

Company sells you cards with coupons and fail to write an expiration date on it. They refused to jo or coupons they sold. Buyer beware.

Unlike other jump parks, there were areas or stations without employees, so no enforcement of order. Kids were climbing a wall, then dropping into a foam pit -- right on top of kids already down in the foam. There were toddlers and pre-teens alike running across trampolines where someone was already jumping. At just about any given moment, I could see a collision, fall or close calls somewhere. "This is law-less," one adult said. A boy ran across my trampoline, crashed into me and took me out. Then when I was down, his knee hit me directly in the head. I got off the trampoline and started to walk away, before I got dizzy and laid down flat on the floor. Not one employee came over. I now have 2 seriously welts on my head and am lucky that I don't think I had a concussion. We won't be back.

After complaining 2 more time got to race, they let us go twice, fine, no one else waiting... bit of a rip off. Even some of the games in the front say $1.00 and it charges your card $5.00.

I had to adjust my daughters rock wall harness (I climb) properly. Parents were disconnecting their children from the belaying system. Really?! No employee questioned this. EVERYTHING was dirty and/or stained. They have a 'cafe' but I'd not eat anything prepared in this place. If wiping down a surface with disinfectant is too difficult, food prep is rocket science. Not risking getting sick over an overpriced sandwich. This place requires some money to clean it up and get employees who are concerned with customer service. The kids loved it, of course, but they also like playing in mud puddles, so...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They had been open for two hours, on a weekday when we arrived. No one was playing when we got there. That trash was clearly there from the day before. Broken locks on bathroom stalls. The employee who told our group the rules, said "don't climb on the green parts, and no back flips. Go crazy." Another parent began asking about other rules. The kid in charge then said "ya, that too." Pizza crust has the texture of Hot Pockets. I overheard a kid saying "it tastes like school pizza." Though I think that may be true for most play places. Grip socks are now required. Yes, this place is fun for kids. Fun factor is still four stars. The facilities themselves are far from their former glory.

Check their FB for promotions and giveaways because that's how I won a free Jump Around birthday party during the 12 days of Christmas giveaway. The package includes 10 jumpers, sky socks, pizza, pop, invitations, paper products and options to add on other items. They were thorough and called ahead a few days to make sure we had no questions and were ready to go. Jazmine did everything for our party, it was odd for me not to serve guests or lead in any way. She did it ALL! Even cut the cake! We jumped for an hour, in separate sections of course. However, we were close enough for the adults and kids to still have fun with each other. We spent most of our time all together in the foam zone, it was barely even noticeable that we were "split." Larosas was great! Customer service was great! The facility is clean and spacious. I don't know if we lucked out or what, but the place was basically empty. It was like having our own private facility. For that, I recommend trying a week day for a party/visit. Tuesday from 4-6:10 worked out wonderfully for us. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday a fun, stress free one!
