Before the pandemic was even a concern, I'd scheduled a birthday party event at Skyzone for a Saturday in May. My sons were turning 6 and 8 and of course were so excited for their party and then ultimately disappointed when the lockdown caused it to be cancelled. First, the amazing customer service began when I did not need to contact Skyzone first about a refund for the deposit I put down for the party. I was called and offered the option to reschedule or have the deposit returned very quickly when it became evident things would not be opening in time. I really appreciated that it wasn't a hassle to handle at all. As if that wasn't nice on its own, Skyzone went even further by inviting my sons for a private jump session (including any other kids who had birthdays cancelled with them during the lockdown) at no cost to us! My husband took them and said the facility was very clean and the staff was so nice and welcoming to the families that came. My boys came back home so happy (and exhausted!), It was one of their first times out of the house in months and I'm sure they won't soon forget it. That's just excellent service, I know there aren't many other trampoline parks around, but Skyzone will always exclusively have our business and our appreciation for giving my boys the perfect belated birthday surprise!

Felt like an unnecessary upsell for a "junk" fee since the kids never actually touch the floor. *It's tedious and honestly pretty silly. * Adults must fill out a full waiver even if you're only sitting and supervising no exceptions. Bottom line: The facility itself is fine, but the vibe from the staff ruins it. If you do decide to come, bring your own socks and be prepared for extra hoops. This is a very nice miniature golf course in Kettering. There are actually two 18-hole courses but…read moreif you sneeze, you'll miss it. Tip: It's adjacent to the Skateworld building in the back. There is a separate building from Skateworld where you can choose which course you want to play and pick up your golf club and golf ball. Prices are $10 per person for one golf course or $15 per person if you want to play both 18-hole courses. Senior prices are $8 and military is free. Kids are free also. Most holes are two par and a few are three par. The courses do involve a little walking but it isn't too extreme. It's of varied terrain. There is some walking up and down. These are not flat courses. My girlfriend and I had a lot of fun playing. It's an outdoorsy almost foresty feel and can be a bit challenging if you're not a regular player. But it is a ton of fun. My girlfriend and I had so much fun, neither one of us thought to snap any pictures photos, but it was a lot of fun for a fair price. There's even a waterfall and I believe they offer nighttime golfing in the summer. I highly recommend. It's a lot of fun and family oriented. Staff is friendly and helpful!

I took an almost one-year-old baby here today. It is only street parking, but there were plenty of spots. The park has many trees, so there were spots of shade for us to rest. Many kids were playing at the park! But we played in the sand and used one of the many baby swings! This park is so much fun for kids of all ages! I brought a baby that's walking with assistance, and she had a blast! Other kids seemed to love running around and then cooling off in the splash pad. Highly recommend going here with your kiddos to get out of the house!

This is understandable but the flow is off... there's a sign for two lines but there's only one sliding door so it doesn't actually create two lines. I think the issue here is customer service. They're not actually checking heights or explaining the colored wristbands at all. I still don't know the actual process days later. Equipment seems safe! That's a top priority. Vending machines are cash only. Arcade games all work well!
