Great set up. However, while there for a party with my kids today, I actually took the time to suggest an Epilepsy or Light Sensativity warning to their 2nd rooms. The second rooms contain flashing lights of multiple colors from almost every direction. Not typically an issue, but being warned in advance is nice. My issue is that as I was leaving I got to overhear the entire front desk staff of five women mocking Epilepsy, the idea of printing a warning or having one posted, and repeatedly spouting, "Not my problem." They, not realizing I was within earshot, immediately groaned and covered their faces as I stepped up and confirmed that I had indeed heard every bit of it. If your child is light sensitive, knows someone who is, or you just find mocking disabilities as revolting as I do, find somewhere else to host the party. read more

Loving this place!!! This was the place of choice for my 4 year old bday this year. What an exciting time! We as a family love to have parties that all family members can enjoy. Pump It Up is a fun spot for kids. I have been twice now for two different birthday parties. It also seems very easy and convenient to host a party there as well. There is two rooms. The kids start in one room for 30-45 minutes then go into another room with different inflatables and activities to do. At both parties I attended, the host paid for a team member to walk around and take photos of all the kids. During the party where the kids eat and have cake and ice cream, the photos play on a tv in the party room. After jumping is both rooms, the kids go into the room to have pizza, cake and ice cream. The jumping areas are pretty big and the pizza room is also spacious. Both parties were 2 hours. Overall, my kids had fun at both parties and Pump It Up seems to be a lot of fun for the kids. It's certainly a great place to have a party or take the kids for open play. Lol! read more

We had our son's sixth birthday here. The kids had an absolute blast! Party hosts were fun and super helpful. They essentially did everything for us. Expensive but very much worth the money as there was virtually no set-up or clean up, the play rooms were super fun, party room was great, and the kids had a ball. Highly recommend. read more

A babysitter's dream! Very reasonably priced with a groupon. I brought a 4 and 6 year old here and had to drag them out after 2 hours. I will keep this place in my back pocket for another rainy day! The facility was clean - didn't have that terrible smell you get in a lot of indoor play areas. There were plenty of cubbies for shoes and places for adults to sit (including some tables). There were a variety of things to play on and balls sitting out for kids who didn't want to jump around. There were several staff members around to play ball and oversee the kids. It would be nice if they had more open play hours, if they had more bathrooms (for those emergencies when the kiddos hold it til the last second because they're having so much fun!), and if they didn't have those darned toy and candy machines by the door that draw the kids in! read more

We absolutely loved this place for our daughter's party! Tuc and Anna even Maddie's help with the set up of the party room (sorry if misspelled ladies, I know that can be frustrating) were so helpful I was able to just enjoy the party right along with the kids. (Seeing as I was able to just enjoy myself, I have no complaints regarding inflatables or gaming equipment whatsoever)They were so courteous and kept nothing but smiles on their faces, their customer service was fantastic, clear communication before as well as throughout the party, I couldn't have picked a better location! I have to admit, I was skeptical about this place. When my wife suggested we have our daughters' birthday party here, and showed me the cost, I thought, "That's a heck of a lot more than we'd spend having the party at home". Fast forward to the end of the party - totally worth it. Pump It Up really makes party planning easy, mainly because you don't really have to plan. Invite your kids' friends to the party (they have pricing tiers based on the number of guests) and show up. Then, have fun. Basically, they cycle your group through two big rooms full of inflatables for the kids to climb, roll, slide, bounce, and in general go crazy on. The first room has a mini bungee-jump-with-a-trampoline set up and the second has a small climbing wall. For our four-year-old twins and their "friends", ages 2 - 6, it was perfect. No one got bored (or hurt, amazingly). After an hour-plus of playing, you go in to the party room for food and presents. If you're kid likes cake, you will have to buy a cake, but otherwise they provide food and drink, as well as ice cream. Your assigned PIU staffer will help serve everyone. As your child opens presents, the PIU staffer writes down who gave which gift for you. You really just hang out and enjoy your child's birthday party. We'd use this place again. read more

Pump it Up is a parents dream come true!! You pay a huge fee (of course) and they do all the work for you for your child's birthday party! I have been to numerous birthday parties here thrown by other parents (saving myself that huge fee) and the kids and parents all leave happy and smiling! The kids get to run around and jump their hearts out in a confined space and the parents can sit and chat and let them do all the work. They play with your kids in the bounce houses, herd them into the party room, provide the food & dessert, and even write down the gifts and who from for you to send out thank you notes, then load them all into your car for you and send you on your way being a hero in your kids eye! A WIN/WIN!! I believe they are even open for a few days and hours on weekday morning for open jump if you have little ones at home and they don't mind if the parents join the fun and jump till they are exhausted too! We just had my kids party here! The staff was amazing! Not only were they friendly, an accommodating to me, as the host, but treated all 25 kids and their family's wonderful. It was a completely stress free birthday party, where I was able to enjoy the time with my guest, and not worry about getting everything perfect! Had my daughters birthday party there yesterday!!! This staff is AMAZING!! They made my daughters day so perfect ! It was literally the most stress free child's party I have ever hosted or been to! The placed three young coordinators for the 15 kids that attended and they interacted with ALL OF THEM!! They were just perfect! It's reasonably price for the amount of fun the kids have!!! Went here one day for free jump with a friend who had bought a pass on groupon. The kids had a good time, but I think the space is best suited for birthday parties. Free jump only happens a couple of times a week and lasts only 2 hours. So the kids have the run of one room for the first hour and another room for the second hour. There's inflatables and a touchable screen/monitor on the ground that the kids love. Also pedal cars and balls. My son had fun, but he really didn't seem to enjoy the inflatables all that much. I found the music inside to be way too loud (to Pump it Up's credit) I didn't ask for it to be turned down. I think I'd totally go there for a birthday party but for inside play I might try another location, maybe one without such a strict time limit. read more

WORST 400$ ive ever spent on a birthday party. had my sons 2nd birthday party there a few weeks ago, the party hosts were like 15/16 so they had no idea what they were doing, not friendly at all. we bought the 15 kid party package, 15 kids didnt even show up but somehow we got charged for 3 extra ice cream cups, they wouldnt let us bring our own drinks/snacks in because "they sold them there" the lady at the front desk was too busy on her phone to help anyone fill out the waiver. the party host insisted that we light the candles first and sing happy birthday before we ate the pizza, so by the time we got done with that all the kids, including my 2 year old son were wanting cake since they pulled it out in front of them! when it was finally time to take the presents to the car the young girl who was one of the hosts came back in wining because it was cold out so was cold. dont waste your money here, if i could get it back i would. i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. read more

First off they started our party 10 minutes late, then two of the best rides were out of order because they were understaffed.. And then they forgot to order our pizza for the party.. We were invited to Pump It Up for the birthday party of one of my children's friends. The first half of the party was in a room with various inflatables. The inflatables varied in difficulty. Before the kids could tire of the inflatables they were ushered into another room with a different set. This room also had a rock wall, as well as an interactive projection mat. (Not sure what it is actually called.) It was almost like playing games on a tablet, but with your feet. The kids were mesmerized by this. The accuracy was impressive. Music played in the rooms is chosen by the birthday child. The music was far too loud. It was hard to talk to the other adults. Towards the end of our time we were transferred to a room for pizza, cake, and presents. An employee recorded who gave what gifts for the parents. This seems like a hassle free way to have a kids party. Though I'm not sure of the cost. read more

We have had a party at one of their competitors last year and were quite disappointed. We have been to other parties at Pump It Up and they always do an awesome job. First time we went to this place was today. My wife was asking where our families party was at in the building. The young lady said you need to go over there(2ft away) and someone will help you. The young lady that pointed us to another part of "HER" desk was busy checking her facebook on the computer. When we finally spoke to another employee to try and find this party she told us go around the corner and youll see it. Well it wasnt around the corner and we ended up walking around for a few minutes til we found it ourselves. As soon as i greeted my family they were already upset about the services they had recieve. Apparently when you walk in the door for a party the host is forced to order pizza from papa johns and isnt allowed to waith for the rest of the guest to get there to get a proper count so the host knows exactly how many pizzas to order. Another thing i noticed too was if your a paying for they're services and buildings all the kids play equipment should be up but that wasnt the case here. A couple of them were out of order. The staff that was catering was sub par employees. When they hurried us up to dining area we learned that there was a mistake with the pizza and it wouldnt be there for a couple of hours. My family didnt reserve the place for that long so naturally there was going to be a problem. The staff said the pizzas will be here as soon as possible. Well the kids had to settle with eating cake first. The pizzas arrived and they came in and set them down and left. So a couple of us went over to the pizzas to open them to make sure we didnt get 2 hr old pizzas. Literally 5-10 minutes later they came in and took the pizzas away. Found out it was the wrong room they gave them too. I told one of the employees that we opened the pizzas and most likely people touched but not eaten a few pieces. He said "Ok Thank you". And that was it. So my apologies to the family that recieved those pizzas. Eventually the pizzas came and we were brisked out of there because we already put them behind schedule. One last thing in some of the play equipment there was a lot of dirt, old candy, and mold. The equipment does not seemed to be cleaned regulary. Horrible service and managment. Worst place on earth the staff was very rude and unpleasant. Two of the main attractions were closed down. The pizza we order for the party some how got messed up and the pizza for the guest didn't arrive until the party was over. The staff wasn't willing to help with this matter. I asked to speak with the manager and he was very rude and not helpful. The manager contacted the owner who also was rude and not helpful. My niece party was ruined thanks to this establishment. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. As I was complaining to the manager another party was up there doing the same thing.
