They were thorough and called ahead a few days to make sure we had no questions and were ready to go. Jazmine did everything for our party, it was odd for me not to serve guests or lead in any way. She did it ALL! Even cut the cake! We jumped for an hour, in separate sections of course. However, we were close enough for the adults and kids to still have fun with each other. We spent most of our time all together in the foam zone, it was barely even noticeable that we were "split." Larosas was great! Customer service was great! The facility is clean and spacious. I don't know if we lucked out or what, but the place was basically empty. It was like having our own private facility. For that, I recommend trying a week day for a party/visit. Ample space for parents to chat and field trips to sit. Many parents/caretakers were able to work while kids played. The kids I took were here for 3 hours and would've stayed longer if we could.
