    Good bar

It's a good bar with great bears and a great time. We went for roller skating and will be back.

It's been 20 years since I've last skated. My boyfriend's Birthday was coming up and he decided this is what he wanted to do for the weekend. We looked around the area and this was the only place that had good reviews. All had either 1 or 2 stars. When we walked in, I was amazed of how much stuff they have here besides skating. They also have games you can win tickets, picture booth, roller skate store, food, and more. I was excited that they had air hockey (which we played)!!! For $20.00 (adults) gets us roller skates (rental) and the rink for 8 hours. That is cheap! You can rent lockers for a quarter (Nice size and can fit for two people- shoes and other items) The rink was pretty big and floors was well kept (no trash). I also loved the neon lighting. The selection of music was okay, but the kids seem to like it. Bathrooms are clean (sinks are in the front of the bathroom entrance). They also do special events (Birthdays). We had a really good time and would definitely return!

The Place is the place for fun. There is so much to do. There is rollerskating, laser tag, rock climbing, a ropes course, bumper cars, arcade and ticket games, and a snack bar. Rollerskates are available for rent or purchase. If purchasing skates, there are all kinds of aftermarket items to trick out your ride. Walkers are available to help new younger skaters. The Place is on the expensive side. The rollerskating is the best deal. There are packaged deals that make the fun a little more affordable. Special deals pop-up from time to time for school holidays. Unfortunately for my wallet none of us were interested in skating. The ropes course and the bumper cars were what my child chose. These are not your grandfather's bumper cars. They bump, they spin, and if you bump into someone else's target, (or they bump into yours,) it will set the car spinning. The climbing area is more than just rock climbing walls. There is a spiral of green pipes that look straight out of Super Mario Bros. Well, minus the warp tunnels and fire flowers. If my climbing kid had been with us she would have loved it. At the time of our visit, a coupon for a free small drink with the purchase of a pretzel prints when you take a picture in the photo booth. We met a group of people here. All the kids seem to be having a good time. This is the kind of place where a few kids may stay together, but for the most part they go their own way. The Place is clean and well lit. (Except were it is intentionally darkened.) Everything looks new. Games are in good working order. The ropes course and climbing equipment are well kept. The line to pay was long, but moved quickly.

Rude management should learn to appreciate large groups. Upgraded facility but staff attitudes could use an upgrade as well.

I initially worked with Jeff Heidelberg, and unfortunately, communication was very frustrating. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered, and with the wedding getting closer--about a month out--it definitely added unnecessary stress. Thankfully, everything turned around at the right time. During a meeting at Manor House, I found out Party Pleasers was onsite and had the opportunity to connect with Tasha. She was wonderful from the moment we spoke--responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in understanding our vision. She followed through on everything she said she would do and took the time to meet with me to ensure we were aligned. The results reflected that care. The atrium looked exactly like the vision we had provided--it was beautifully executed. The head table was also done very nicely and fit the overall look perfectly. While I don't believe the uplighting was fully in place as expected, what was done still looked good and added to the ambiance. The photo settee wasn't quite what we originally envisioned, but it still worked well in the space. The large repurposed floral pieces from Robin Wood Flowers really helped bring that area together and created a beautiful effect. Overall, while the beginning was stressful, Tasha truly turned the experience around and made sure the final outcome was something we could be happy with.

They were by far the most professional and personable in the initial meetings, and although they were a little pricier than we were hoping to spend it ended up being worth every penny. Once signing the contract we were immediately given access to an app called Vibo which was our one stop planning shop! In the app we answered somewhere around 100 questions about our wedding day. I know it sounds excessive, but it really helped us in our planning to think about things that wouldn't have come up naturally and also ensured we could give a complete and total picture of the day to our DJ. We were also able to input song choices for all the special moments in the app, as well as share a link to enable guests to add their requests which was fun! We were assigned Alex Eveslage as our DJ and he was AMAZING! We met about a week prior to the wedding and discussed the details from A to Z including timeline and outline for the night. Alex ensured that the whole evening flowed smoothly and perfectly matched the vibe of our crowd. Our dance floor was packed the entire time open dancing was going on and our guests couldn't stop raving about how much fun our wedding was! Alex continued to check in with us throughout the night to ensure everything was going well, and he even indulged a ridiculous special request from me. Can't recommend PartyPleasers enough - make sure to ask for Alex when you book!

Most of my time was spent at a booth near the Metromix Stage, which was located in P&G Pavilion. Several things happened that made me question the professionalism of this company: - During the initial set up of microphones, the crew did not mute the audio to disconnect XLR cables which resulted in loud popping, screeching, "nails on a chalkboard" sound blaring out into the festival. - Eight speakers were used for a small stage, which was about four too many for the space. The pavilion, which had tables and seating for festival-goers to eat, attracted only a handful of people due to the intensity of the music. - The audio engineers did not take into account that since the P&G building is directly behind the stage, the music would reverb causing it to sound louder than normal. - The music was so loud, vendors near the Metromix Stage were having to yell at their customers. Requests to the audio engineers to turn down the volume went ignored. Having experience setting up A/V for live performances, I was quite surprised at the rookie mistakes Loud & Clear made during Taste of Cincinnati.
