I just got the membership for my youngest and I think it's a great deal! $9.99 a month and he can go everyday for 90 min if he wanted to! Plus if I bring anyone else, they get 50% off! But... I'm disappointed the new Ninja Course stuff or basketball isn't open during toddler time. Also I'm very disappointed with the new staff during toddler time!! Last year the college kids were great! They'd play with the kids, entertain them, help build foam block towers, etc. this year I've watched them playing with their hair, staring off into space, not even watching anyone. Wow what a fun place! This was my 1st visit but my kids 3rd. Looks like they had a whole new area in the center and to the left which were ninja obstacles. Three different size warp walls were a huge hit with our kids and my husband. They also had many fun obstacles in the center where you hand to climb and hold onto nets, or bars, or hanging walls. The other area that was very entertaining for all of them was the foam pit where you tried to grab onto the hanging silks, or rings or a giant ball. They really didn't jump on just the trampolines much. We were there for a birthday party and the staff made it very easy for the parents hosting. They gave the party it's own room. The attendant cut and served the cake, cleaned up the room etc. They were really great. We all cannot wait to go back. That being said we were there on a Thursday night and it wasn't packed. Typical trampoline park located just off of I94 in Kalamazoo. The staff was very helpful when we checked in and there was plenty of supervision. This particular location seems to have clean facilities and is well managed. It gets really crowded at peak times, like today (a random Tuesday at 530). I think the target age groups are like 6 or 7 to about 12 or 13. There are a variety of games to play including dodge ball and basketball. I would recommend this for an hour or 90 minutes. I love going to Sky Zone and I have the chance to go to this one during the Christmas holidays. It hasn't been super crowded when I went. On some days it was full of small kids. On a weekend night, it was full of teenagers playing dodgeball. It's smaller than other locations. It does not have a volleyball court, but there are two dodgeball courts (they separate by age groups if there are a lot of people), a foam pit, slam dunk, and open jump area. There are some small lockers you can lock for 25 cents, and there are also some free open cubbies. The water fountain works. There are a few arcade games. The restrooms are clean. Are used to think this place was great. I bought a pass "toddler time" a few months ago and now they have changed the rules. Parents can't jump. That was half the fun for my son. Or you can toss yourself into a pile of foam cubes. Getting in is a breeze, getting out can be a bit tricky. So don't throw blocks out of your way. The staff does a great job keeping little kids with little kids. Best exercise one could ever want. I have never seen my daughters face so red before from bouncing so much. Not really a great place for two year olds but ages 3 and above will love it. 99% of them anyway. Adult dodge ball is fierce as well. Went on a crowded holiday weekend and it was still great yet chomping at the bit to go again on a weekday to one of my 5 year old daughters new favorite places ever. Pricey but very worth the loot. I've been here a few times actually, but this visit was for my son's birthday party. I scheduled the party in advance on their online system, super easy, and got a call a few days before to confirm and do final payments. The party itself was for 10 kids and included pizza, jump time, party guide and socks for everyone and was about $200. We did have the party on a weekday(Thursday) as well which made it a bit cheaper. After previously being here on a Saturday I can HIGHLY recommend visiting on a weekday and doing a bday party on a weekday if possible. We practically had the place to ourselves! It was so nice! We were the only party there and there were only about 20 other kids in the entire place. The kids were able to do all the activities, dodgeball, foam pit, basketball with no waiting. Also, since it was slow the party host allowed the kids to start jumping about 20 minutes early. After jump time we had a party room and a host that handled everything. All I had to do was take pictures, so nice :) Facility was very clean, all staff friendly, and the kids had a blast. I visited Skyzone for the first time with a group of friends. Total in our group were 5 adults and 4 children aged 2-5. The kids were extremely excited because we had told them about where we were going. After seeing almost all teenagers there I asked the girl at the counter if this was going to be a good place for the kids and she was very enthusiastic saying yes. She was so wrong. First we were all constantly scolded by the kids working there for everything from being on the "little person side," leaning on the side too long, and even for sitting down for just a moment when the kids started crying because they didn't understand why they couldn't be near us. And they would even scold our children when they tried to come over to our side. Then the girl who was doing the scolding bends over and 5 inches of a g-string was showing for all of our children to see. That was disgusting. Then when we walked over to the foam pit the guy working there, who by my guess was 17 or 18, was flirting with two girls who appeared to be around 12. He was leaned in talking to him and lifting his shirt up to show them his stomach. Again, disgusting. This place had a lot of potential to be great, but it was all ruined by bad attitudes and ridiculously strict rules. We signed the waivers, then even though our group were the only people in the back jump area we were still scolded like children if we dared to jump near our own children. It was severely overpriced, not only will none of us be going back, but i'll be sure to warn anyone who asks me about my experience to avoid this place. read more

Not worth our time again. How can you make a 3 and a 4 year old boy wait to get on a trampoline?! Absurd! Not the place to try and teach patience to the little ones...Parents want to get the energy out of their kids and I guess this is not the place. Very over regulated and over priced! We would rather play the few games there are than jump on the trampolines. Better places with better business models and prices! Very enjoyable experience. The staff was helpful and courteous. Went for a birthday party. Pizza was surprisingly good (which isn't true at all children's venues) and everyone seemed to have a good time. Surprised by delicious ice cream cake! Would have given 5 stars, but again, the staff kept scolding and separating our group which ranged in age from 7 to 55. There should be a space for families to jump together. We signed the waiver, if dad jumps on little Billy it's his own fault. I understand the safety concerns, but families like being together. Again, maybe reserve one section for the jump hour? Kids attending are already planning THEIR next birthday party, so it turned out well. Hope to find another deal on Groupon, because it isn't cheap, IMHO. Hostess was amazing with the kids. Was NOT impressed. Paid $10/30 minutes of 'jump time.' (x3) There were so many rules, it was impossible to have fun. It was me, my spouse and our 2 year old. We could not jump with our son, so one of us stayed with him and the other went to go jump. We kept getting chased down by the bounce police everytime he followed the parent to the 'big kids' jump area. He was soooo excited to jump, but it really killed it for him when we kept having to tell him "slow down" "move here" "stay on your square" "wait your turn" We were at a loss for why they bothered with a waiver when your every jump was dicated. I understand the need for safety guidelines, but this was too much and completely drained the fun for our family. We left after 15 minutes. read more

What a waste of money and time. We drove an hour with what should've been an hour and half of free jumping because we had a coupon. Apparently, the one coupon was only good on Sundays, even though it didn't say it anywhere on the coupon. Then we had to buy special socks for $1.99 so we paid $8 and only got a half hour which half of our time was taken up because we were wading through a bunch of moronic college students who didn't want to move for us or our children to get a locker. I usually come once or twice a month for toddler time on Sundays. Always get there super early so we are the first few people there, staff has always been friendly. Bear in mind it's usually teenagers manning the place - at least when we are there - so they're quite a bit lax (hanging out in the ball pit, on their phones) - prob not the type of customer service parents with older children expect though. read more
