I had wanted to try their lavender latte but they were out of the syrup. I tried their hazelnut instead and did not enjoy it at all. It tasted like sweet milk, it didn't seem like there was any coffee in it at all. To me, coffee should be the star and it just wasn't. My hope is that if I give them another try the coffee will be much better.

My girl had a water and the Grilled Breakfast Wrap (described as "bacon, egg, & cheese wrap grilled to a crispy outside & melted inside served with garden salsa"), our niece had a coffee and the Spinach Quiche, and I had a coffee and the Biscuit and Gravy. The breakfast entrees are all small plates and were priced as such ($3.95 - 4.25). The entire breakfast for the three of us was $17. We ate in what the cafe describes as its "Green Room." Though Prairie Street is a main thoroughfare into Vicksburg from the west, we didn't hear that much road noise. The food was yummy though I thought my coffee was stunningly bitter.

So we went back in to pay for that soda again and finished pumping I gas. Looked at our bank account and he ran it twice for the soda. Gas station attendant had a attitude when I went back to asked. Said he wasn't going to argue with us so I asked for a managers phone number. The manager or assistant manager was not very helpful. I never heard back from anyone. That may only have been three dollars for that soda but it's still stealing from other people in the community. We will never go back to that one if it's going to continue to be that dishonest. From the second you walk in the door you can see it has not been regularly cleaned or maintained.. there is duct tape covering lots of ripped foam and vinyl, the ball guns don't work, there was kids ages 12-13 speeding around on tricycles crashing into the play space and knocking toddlers down.. no posted age limit when it clearly is geared towards those 12 and under. There was dry wall all over the floor, I don't know how dirty band aids on the floor, in the rock pit and just sitting on the ground. For $30 we won't be back ever again. Do not waste your money!
