Our daughter takes voice lessons here (she loves Shannon!), and this is an extremely high quality program for music education for people of all ages. I love seeing people walk in with huge instruments and tiny ones, all with big smiles on their faces. I also love sitting and waiting for her while members of the KSO practice. It's a lovely concert while I'm waiting. Take a look around - there is art on the walls, holiday events, art hop events throughout the building each month, and plenty of arts businesses that we support and enjoy.

The menu states there's a buffet but there was not. Two members of my team ordered steak and eggs and waited an hour before they got served. One asked for decaf and was told it wasn't going to happen after waiting 30 min. Rooms were okay, we had 5 rooms total, 3 on the 4th floor, 1 on the 3rd and 1 on the 2nd. All of them were different. Pool hours posted said 8am to 10pm, but when we were using it, the female bartender came out and asked us to finish up at 9:55 stating the pool closed at 9 and they were turning the lights off. I can understand having shorter hours than other hotels because some of the lower floor rooms look out onto the pool area. Work out space had more machines than most. Conference center is across the parking lot. Bathrooms needed attending to more than they were. Microphone mishaps during most of the sessions I was in.
