If i could give this place a 0 stars i could. I've never had such a bad experience at a McDonalds before in my entire life. First of all they didn't give us all 4 of our breakfast sandwiches. Second of all when we asked to get our sandwich and hash brown we were told they couldn't serve us the breakfast anymore because in those 3 minutes of waiting, ITS NOW LUNCH TIME. This place should be shut down. Out of all the McDonald's that I ever visited, this one is the worst. I used the apps to place my order it did not give me a choice to order eat in or take out. When I came in to the restaurant, I told them that I wanted to eat in, which I mention again when the to go order was handed to me. Instead of removing the order from the bag, and placing the order on a tray, they kept on referring to the receipt which showed the order togo. This place sucks. They crew up the order every time. I use the Mobil app. You would think it would make it easier but rest assured, it doesn't. It confounds them to no end. It doesn't matter what day or time of day, if you customize your order they will make it the opposite of what you want. Again, today, I ordered online a cheeseburger. Extra mustard, extra pickles. You guessed it. No mustard. No pickles. I have ordered extra sauce on my bagel in the morning ( they charge extra for it) only to find out they omit it completely. Zero stars! It's a well known fact that the filet o fish will sit out for hours until people order them, so you HAVE to order it Cooked to Order! Pretty bad that just to get edible food from McDonald's that you have to order it cooked to order! McDonald's is straight up trash - they don't care about quality or customer service. Half of the time when you order it cooked to order, the workers don't know how to find the cook to order button, so they press WELL DONE. I correct them all the time but they insist it's the same thing, but it's NOT!!! When they do that you get a hard filet that is fried beyond recognition. And everyone that gets a filet O fish knows that it's supposed to come on a STEAMED BUN, not toasted! How hard is it for them to get that right!??? Every time I've been to this location, whether I ask for it cooked to order or not, the bun is TOASTED and HARD, not STEAMED!!! Ordered a single McChicken on the app and went into the store, waited 5 minutes with no line so I asked and the manager without hesitation bit my head off when I asked about it. I told her I was waiting on my order for a McChicken because I figured I didn't need to say I was waiting for a hot and spicy McChicken. Went in for food with my family, ordered on the kiosk and went to pay at the counter. One lady was waiting for a small fry for about 5-10mins and the couple in front of her ordered the detroit lions box. The manager came out to be rude and continue to tell them their box is online only and then prove herself wrong because the advertisement on the TV did not anywhere on it that it was online only. The manager was super rude and left work right after the altercation. Luckily the couple got a refund and left. However for me, all the salt on my fries was in the bottom. McDonald's in Schoolcraft is definitely not one you want to go to. Even if they are open. Once again stopped there for breakfast 2 1/2 hours after they've been open and they say they are still setting up and do not want to serve food. And their lights and menu are on so that you can order food, very irritating. Very poorly run McDonald's. this is the third time in the past few months that I have tried to stop there for breakfast and they won't serve food even though they have been open. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. I placed my order through the app for a large, deluxe, quarter pounder meal, 2 plain hamburgers, 10pc chicken nuggets with 2 bbq sauces, small fries, 6pc chicken nugget happy meal with extra fries and ranch sauce. The quarter pounder I ended up with had no mayonnaise or mustard and it was cold, all of the fries were cold, and there was no ranch or bbq sauce. I tried calling repeatedly to nobody answering, when someone finally answered, she told me she remembers making the burger, and it had mayonnaise and mustard on it, and that I should've figured it out before leaving, and then continued on to say that I should've called sooner because anyone can say their order was messed up, mind you, for 20 minutes I tried to call until I finally got someone to answer read more
