I held my daughter's party on December 21, 2025, at Sky Zone in Bradenton, where I received terrible service from the receptionist and the manager. Upon arriving, the door was closed even though the place was open to the public. I waited at the door for about 10 minutes until someone came and opened it. Once inside, I waited in the line designated for events and parties for 10 minutes, but no one came to assist me. I then went to the general customer service line and waited until I was served. At no point, either by phone or in person, was I informed that I could only enter the room to decorate 10 minutes before the party started. I went to the room to decorate, and after decorating, I was told I would have to pay $100 to keep the room decorated until the party time. My guests called me to ask me to open the door, as it was still locked. When I left the door open, the manager went and closed it. I told her I had left it open because the door was closed and people couldn't get in. She was incredibly rude and told me to go and see if the door wasn't already open. She was very rude to my guests and even added a child to my guest list who wasn't mine. In short, terrible service, and I do not recommend this place to anyone for a party. read more

I've been a member since this place was called defy and I haven't seen somebody who is dedicated and loves what she does like Sarah! To the owner of the franchise, this is an employee to have in your corner. She is very professional, hard working and people person!!! Keep up the good work Sarah. My kids get a huge kick out of being here. And it's nice for me to have some time just watching them love life. The staff have always been friendly and know what they are doing. I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the staff inspecting springs on trampolines this morning while the park was a bit slow. It did not seem to be an easy job, but one this dad appreciates greatly! We are really excited about the Flight Club. There are two tiers, $17 for 1.5 hours or $22 for 2 hours. You pay that price monthly and can come in as often as once a day to jump for your 1.5 or 2 hours. If you jump only twice in a month it's worth your money! (There are some restrictions so check the details online or at the park). Overall, I love this place. It's good for the kids and their energy outlet needs it. read more

The trampolines are fun and great for kids of pretty much all ages. Some attractions were shut down. Staff was inattentive and were all sitting playing on their phones, vaping, and making fun of the customers. Not much to be expected of a bunch of teenagers I suppose. The guy working the front desk was very nice and gave us helpful information. Prices are kind of high but worth it if you have kids full of energy. read more

It smelled like crap. There are to many foam squares in the foam pit. The dodge balls where to big. I saw an employee picking their nose and rub it on wall. Then eat it. I saw a girl employee say to a male employee I'm going to shove this up your butt. They played Despasito to loud three times in a row. An employee wanted to be friends with me. I was desperate to take my kids somewhere fun & the COVID protocols that Defy describes in their website seemed sufficiently cautious. But there are more people here not wearing a mask or wearing it around their chins than people properly wearing a mask, and they are not spacing out customers at all. Staff aren't doing anything about the lack of mask wearing or social distancing. Huge mistake to come here, I would not recommend this place until after you and your kids are fully vaccinated. read more

This is one of the best parks in Lansing. Great for everyone, regardless of your age, there are plenty of obstacles to attempt. It's so much fun! There's so much to do, and it's a great workout too! If you have high energy kids, this is definitely going to wear them out! I love the new ninja course. The old one was way too hard for me because I don't have much upper body strength, but now it has more variety in its obstacles. I also really enjoy the slack lines and the trapeze. The place gets a star simply because our kids had fun. They've been before, when it was District 5, and had fun, but this place has greatly gone down hill. There used to be staff at every station, able to help the kids, if needed, especially with the swing into the foam pit, making sure multiple kids aren't on a platform, pushing other kids unintentionally. Years later, that is not the case. There are several teenager workers walking around, letting their friends in for free (at least they didn't have wrist bands on), chatting with their friends, taking selfies, or scrolling through their phones. No one is actually working. We were there for an hour and a half, jumping, and I witnessed a worker spray down the railing once to disinfect it. There were two girls walking around together, one with a whistle permanently in her mouth, the other just chatting at her. One girl was in a group of 5-7 other teens. I imagine that she was the one that was supposed to be helping with the swing, but she was too busy with her no-wristband friends. I'd say this place needs new procedures in place for the staff. Maybe better training for the staff in what the expectations are. We won't be back. read more

Beware Groupon users. My daughter went with a friend to this place yesterday. The person paying for this activity tried to use a groupon. The business associate at District 5 said she "didn't like that Groupon" and made the party goers wait until all regular paying customers were served. My daughter's group was shut out twice and wasn't able to jump until they returned to District 5 this morning. read more

I took my 3 kids (ages 13,11,10) to District 5 for a birthday celebration and we all had a blast!! Comparative to Airtime, there was a lot more trampoline activities to choose from and not a worker constantly blowing their whistle to reprimand the kids for having fun. I used to love going to district 5 with my family, but recently I bought a groupon pass to go to this place, and there was a "block" against this pass. By the time the block was over, the groupon expired. That was $42 dollars down the drain, and I am hoping in the future, it is advertised when you can use it. Nice place for small kids. The silks are all tied and can't be used properly. We went so my daughter could practice her silk routine and couldn't untie them. Staff were of no help. It was a waste of money for us. read more

This place has to be the coolest thing in Lansing right now! I've been there every day this week--I love it! The staff is super friendly, and the place is so incredibly clean all the time! The only thing to keep in mind is that they have different times in the day where there are age restrictions. 9am-10am is 6 and under only. 10am to 9pm is ALL AGES. After 9pm on Friday and Saturday is 15 and older only. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!! read more

Family loves going to D5! There are so many different things to try and play on. This is by far the best trampoline park we have been to!

This place was awful and my son was hurt and they would not let me up to see him without a wristband. I understand the policy is for parents to have one but the bottom line is I did not and if my child is hurt I am not going to wait to put a wristband on while he sits alone in pain.
