Still a great place and best value for jumping times in the area! Rebounderz is clean, decently managed and the owners invest back into their business as they are constantly adding, renovating and keeping everyone entertained! We had the opportunity to do an escape room and it was a ton of fun! We made it out with minutes to spare! It looks like they overhauled the golf simulator and replaced it with a virtual reality space. People were already playing in it and it looked super fun. The mini golf also looks like a fun upgrade with a pirate theme, music and black lights. I love that once you are on the email list they have summer jump deals and memberships so your little one can get out their excess energy. Let me start with the good. My kids had a blast during the 3 hours we spent there. They bounced, they played in the indoor playground area and they did laser tag and had a lot of fun in the arcade. The not so good: The air was really stale and too warm. Part of the ceiling was actually falling in one place over the lockers and dripping water. The place is showing signs of wear for sure. The play areas are not monitored well. Height requirements for certain areas are not enforced. There were older kids going through the smaller playground area and younger kids in the ninja warrior course. The snack bar area is overpriced and lacking in food choices. Let's talk about that stale air again.... Unfortunately, there were some parents who thought bringing sick kids to an indoor trampoline park is a good idea. I witnessed several kids sneezing and coughing while we were there and sure enough a couple days later my kids started showing symptoms and we've been sick for a week now. Definitely not worth the 3 hours of fun we had. They really need to update their hvac with better filtration. No excuse not to post covid. read more

My grandkids loved this place. We were looking for an Escape Room and found this place by accident. We will definitely be back.

It's fun for the kids but the staff does not regulate anything. They don't check to see that you are leaving with your kid or not like Chucky cheese. They don't check to see if you are there longer than you paid for. They also, are slow to clean up bodily fluids like vomit and blood..yea...that happened. There are signs that are supposed to separate the big kids from the little kids but it's really just one big free for all. read more

Well, the kids had fun and that's the main thing. I'm not sure if the staff they had was just not where they were supposed to be or if they were short staffed. We had to hunt someone down for their assigned escape room time and since that started late, they weren't right in time for laser tag. No one was monitoring the dodge ball area and other areas had staff in and out with the exception of the high jump. Both boys did virtual reality, but one was broken, they did give a refund for it though. The other one worked fine and my son had fun playing it. read more

Kids always like it. Moms really like it on snow days. We haven't been since Covid hit, but we are excited to visit again in the future.

I bought an unlimited pass for the kids and asked if we could come and go. "Yes", she said. After an hour we left to get a nutritional lunch, and there was a sign posted that they charged $5.00 re-entry per child. I think this is ridiculous, as they are forcing you to eat their hot dogs and pizza for lunch. The kids had fun , but not sure this grandma will bring them back here . Went back here in December. When looking at the photos of this place we were excited to go for our first time. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted by any workers. It wasn't until we had already filled out the waivers and stood in line for 10 minutes that someone finally came to serve us. The worker at the desk was extremely slow but the only kind worker we encountered that entire evening. Once we had gotten into the park workers were either rude or short with us. Half of the trampolines were closed due to lack of staff but even when no one was on the trampoline the staff was on they still wouldn't move. They basically picked which ones they wanted to be one regardless of where people wanted to go. I would recommend this place for 12 and under. Any age above that and you're wasting your money. read more

The place itself is fine; clean, well staffed, etc. However; every time we go they have changed hours or are closed. I understand they book parties, but posting a change in hours the day of does not make me trust a company. For this reason, we won't be back. I advise calling the day of your visit to check hours. read more

It is a nice place to burn energy for all ages. It was a little pricey but considering the fact it was an all day pass wasn't bad. We went during spring break and it was packed I imagine it's like that all the time. They have a basketball trampoline area, ninja warrior course, mini trampolines . Obstacle course for little ones , kangaroo jump area. They also sell food/drinks. Not sure how reasonable prices are on food. It's a place to check out for sure read more

The lines here are ridiculous and they never have enough employees working to check kids in...Lockers are overpriced. They can't sign you up at the main desk which creates mass confusion at the front desk. Lines are too long!!! read more

I am only giving a 3 star because my daughter liked the high fall into a big pillow area & the foam pit she said was awesome plus I can take better pictures at the foam pit too. HOWEVER the staff was rude & closed the areas they were station at if they were bored which is not right. The music is all UNEDITED songs taking about girls getting low, having sex, & clubs again is not okay for children under 16 to listen too. We went on a free & have never been there. They have the same prices as Sky Zone & I would pay for Sky Zone NOT Rebounderz. They had half of the open jump area closed off. No one was stationed at half of the areas. There is tons of empty space not getting used. My daughter is 12 years old & goes t an urban school. But still Rebounderz seems to be the "ghetto" for jumping around. read more

My kids love this new place and Are excited for the new ninja warrior course next year. However, they really need to step up their food/snack game. Twice we've had to wait 30mins for a slice of pizza. The kids LOVE the unlimited jump option, but when they're hungry, they want food right away! A few more options would be great, too, but please just have food ready to eat! read more

If your kids have boundless energy this is the place to come. Lots of great trampolines, foam pits, inflatables and more. Perfect for all ages. Spring Break special of unlimited time is the way to go otherwise it would be expensive read more
