They were very kind and compassionate. We love coming here because of the friendliness of their staff and management. Also a key point I'd like to point out is programs they have for pre-teens and older. A out reach kinda program for after school I'm not really sure or exact but I know the manager Nick there lives kids and is a great mentor for young men. My daughter is always shown and myself respect and compassion. I love that it's great for parents to take a break while kids run around jumping all over. Also nutritional snacks and juices too. We love coming and will recommend this facility with a 10 star! Shout out to staff, you all need a raise!

The bathrooms are clean. It's a big place and a good place to go for a birthday party and a good place to do tricks at but altitude worker kept telling me to get off the yellow trampoline when I was on it there was other trampolines over there. It was the yellow trampolines and other people kept taking it when he was done, so I'm not happy with that so I wouldn't come here for my birthday party, just my opinion.

We went into the park area, and my daughter was very uncomfortable because she was too tall so we sat at the table for a little while, and we left. Later, I realized that I was signed up for a membership because I clicked the boxes. I immediately reach out to corporate and they took weeks to get back to me and basically told me that it didn't matter that I signed up for the membership by mistake that I have to pay the $17.50 every month for six months. This is horrible customer service.

My friends and I went on a Saturday in November around 11 a.m. It was full, but not overwhelming. A signed waiver and special grip socks are required. (If you don't have a pair, they sell them in all sizes for $5.) Tickets are good for 1.5 hours. You're given a colored wristband and they'll announce over the intercom when your color's time is up. It's around $30 per person to jump. Passed the front desk is the main area with lots of different trampolines and dedicated space for dodgeball, zip lining, monkey bars, an obstacle course, "Wipe Out," and more. To the left are four slides fun for all ages. Each requires a mat provided by Sky Zone and three of the four are steep, but so fun! My six-year-old loves the white slide with the hills. Most of the people there are kids, but I enjoyed getting in there too! The space has plenty of seating, water fountains, restrooms, snacks, etc.

We held my son's birthday party at Sky Zone in Kentwood today at noon, and I was disappointed with…read morehow the staff handled parts of our visit. Their rules state that decorations should not be taped to painted walls, so I purchased adhesive hangers advertised as safe for walls to hang my son's decorations. Halfway through the party, staff began pulling down and moving the decorations. If there was an issue with what I used, a respectful conversation would have been a much better way to handle it. At the end of the party, I walked a guest with autism outside to his mother's car. While the rest of our party was still inside, an employee came running outside and abruptly asked, "Are you the party leader? I need you to pay the balance." His tone made me feel like I was being accused of leaving without paying, when I was simply helping a child get safely to his parent. I understand needing to collect the remaining balance and how there could have been confusion, but the employee's approach was rude and unprofessional. A polite question would have cleared things up immediately. Families come here to celebrate their children. Better communication and basic courtesy would have made a big difference in our experience.

PARTY RENTAL REVIEW…read more We celebrated our son's 4th birthday at Horizon Kids in Jenison, and this was our second time hosting a party here. I have to say, this recent experience was on a whole different level when it comes to customer service and attention to detail! The two staff members working that day were absolutely amazing--so kind, helpful, and attentive. Our kids felt comfortable and safe with them the entire time. They offered to help set up and clean up our party items, checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed, and made a point to acknowledge the birthday boy multiple times throughout our reservation. We truly felt taken care of, and the staff made the day even more special. As for the space itself- we loved it. You get 2 hours from start to finish (Activities are 1 hour 45 minutes, with the last 15 minutes of your party being used for packing up). You can have up to 12 kids any additional is just $5 per child. You're allowed to come in 15 minutes early to set up, and cleanup needs to be done right at the cutoff so staff can disinfect and prep for the next group, which is totally understandable. The facility is spacious, very clean, and perfect for kids to run around and play. The staff takes them into the gym to do activities and keep watch making it nice for parents too! They also put up a birthday sign and streamers with the colors you ask for! Our kids had a blast--ours even fell asleep on the way home! Pizza delivery is available (we chose Pizza Hut because it's close), and you're also welcome to bring your own food and treats, which makes planning easy and affordable. Overall, we absolutely loved it here and can't recommend Horizon Kids enough!

The short review: For the Kidz is an absolute gem to the Grand Rapids community…read more I was introduced to FTK through the website which lead me to open gym. Open gym is a winter time saving grace. This is two hours of play time on huge trampolines, a foam pit, a huge floor, a bunch of traditional gymnastics equipment. Kids are safe to play under the careful watch of instructors. The instructors are keen on the rules and very attentive. I have also notice attendance is capped to prevent chaos. Going deeper, my crew checked out the classes. WOW. Here priceless confidence building, self esteem, and motorskill development are taught. Oh yes...and gymnastics too!! The classes are taught to constantly to take children to the next level, helping them reach their full potiential. My favorite thing about For the Kidz is that safety and the happiness/safety of the children is the absolute priority here. The kids also have a blast!!! Also, if you wait in the lobby...you are in for a real treat! The gym hosts some very competitive trampoline and tumbling gymnast!
