I brought my autistic daughter and her friend here, and the staff gave them a extra wrist band with puzzle pieces which I really liked, so that way the employees on the floor knew she has a hard time understanding. They were very kind and compassionate. We love coming here because of the friendliness of their staff and management. Also a key point I'd like to point out is programs they have for pre-teens and older. A out reach kinda program for after school I'm not really sure or exact but I know the manager Nick there lives kids and is a great mentor for young men. My daughter is always shown and myself respect and compassion. I love that it's great for parents to take a break while kids run around jumping all over. Also nutritional snacks and juices too. I would come here again this is a good place to jump at and have fun with the yellow trampolines and dodgeball and basketball my favorite parts the yellow trampolines and the food here is expensive ice cream is four dollars. The bathrooms are clean. It's a big place and a good place to go for a birthday party and a good place to do tricks at but altitude worker kept telling me to get off the yellow trampoline when I was on it there was other trampolines over there. It was the yellow trampolines and other people kept taking it when he was done, so I'm not happy with that so I wouldn't come here for my birthday party, just my opinion. read more

We live in NYC, but visit often and always come here. We go in the mornings and it's never been crowded. Super friendly staff. Our toddlers love it. Lots of space and different areas to explore. They even have a snack bar. read more

The park is fine, but beware of the monthly membership fee - there is a TWO MONTH cancellation policy that will be based on 2 months from your start date, not when you notify of cancellation. I've had to call twice and am still being charged. read more

My friend and I had so much fun here. They have a dodgeball pit, a foam pit, a few basketball nets, and a "tight end" where you can knock the other person off with a foam q-tip looking stick. There are also so many trampolines to just jump everywhere! They don't have an arcade here. But they do have beverages and food for sale which was kind of pricey. I highly recommend you bring your own water, but they do have a water fountain. This is a great place to bring family and can Definitely tire the kids out! Or, just as a fun adult date. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was not busy at all. It was just us, and 4 other people. They do have large bins that you can put your belongings in, but no lock on them. For 2 people, an hour, it was a little over 30$ (just included jumping socks and time for jumping) we jumped about 40 minutes, and didn't use our whole time. read more

Today we took the grandkids here and it was slammed!! It's a nice clean facility but they were understaffed. Only one employee at first monitoring hundreds of kids. Finally another one came but still not enough. The waiting area for adults is uncomfortable especially for seniors. They only have metal picnic tables. Other similar venues have padded seating. When I talked to the girl at the concession stand she said they didn't anticipate so many people coming. It's holiday break people! read more

I can't even describe in words how bad this place is. Me and my friends got FLIPPED OFF by a teenage employee. Completely unacceptable. The food was bad, pizza fell apart and tasted like pure grease and cardboard. The main thing we enjoyed was the big yellow trampolines, they were fun, and slushees were good. But I personally wouldn't choose this place over rebounderz or any other better trampoline park. read more

Disclaimer: this was my first trampoline park experience - I have nothing to compare this park to. Came here on a Monday AM with my 2 year old and met my cousin with her 3 year old & 1 year old. Upon first walking in the door - I noticed that I could see the whole park. I found this comforting knowing I could see my kid anywhere in the park (pretty much). Second thing I noticed is the welcoming smell of cleaner! I was absolutely dreading foot smell I associate with kid places. Not the case! Toddler time is M-F 10-1PM (or M-W 10-12PM in the summer) - this is an awesome time for kids 6 & under to enjoy the park without a ton of older kids - our kids LOVED IT. Kids 2 & under are free so I only paid $2 for myself (to jump with my son) & $2 for each of our pairs of socks (one time purchase if you keep bringing them back with you - but you need their socks) = $6. I found this pretty reasonable. The park itself is pretty sizable with lots of attractions. Plenty of picnic style tables to sit at, leave your personal belongings, and enjoy their snacks and drinks for sale. Lots of tramps (obviously), foam pits, and other fun stuff to do. Tow things that I was super impressed by: the cleanliness of the park & the friendliness of the staff. Again, it smelled like cleaner so you could tell it was freshly cleaned. I wasn't grossed out by the tramps, foam pits, the bumper pads, bathrooms, or tables. You could tell they were taken care of. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. From check-in to the actual jumping - everyone was super nice. They do have lots of beverages and snacks for sale - you can also order in a Palermo Pizza to the park if you want. No outside food or beverages. All in all I was very impressed with Altitude & would definitely bring my son back to jump (probably at toddler time until he is a bit older) read more

ALTITUDE TRAMPOLINE PARK If you read their covid page don't you believe it. They say they limit people and everyone wears masks. They say they have strict cleaning protocols. Don't fall for it. That place was so crowded you could not turn around. Of course that was after we paid and my grandkids took their shoes off. Not one time did I see tables with hand sanitizer except the front desk. I paid so I was stuck. Imagine pulling 3 children out of a place they used to love. There were 5 (possibly 15 yr olds) that were running the show. There is one particular area my grandkids wanted to go . OMG I asked the manager to make them put their masks on. One of the kids said he had asthma which I have had since I was a child. I am on a breathing machine 4x a day. I can wear a mask. He was actually taunting me as a trouble maker and complained until the new pregnant employee lost her cheese and told me to leave them alone. I was just asking them not to jump into the sponge beds without a mask on. My grand children could not use the area. She said I should talk to their parents ( not there.) Or to the staff. I had talked to the manager who agreed with me and put the young staff member there to watch them. The staff watching them was younger looking than those boys. He kept trying to look the other way. Sadly, my grand children , after spending $60 for 2 hours, got to spend 15 minutes in that section after those boys left. Needless to say if you have any reasonable fears about your grandchildren or children and covid , choose some other form of entertainment. I am not over protective. I have had covid shots. I just love my grandchildren and have lost many people to this tragic pandemic. This is not a joke. My daughter died from H1N1 and that was not as debilitating as the Carona virus. Sorry, sometimes I rant. Normally I would give this place 5 stars. Pre covid. Today , I thought it dangerous and had to watch my grandkids like a hawk. read more

Family member rented the place out as a private event, the young girl at the register had an unprofessional behavior and unwelcoming attitude. Sucks to come to a place with fun and enjoyment, and workers giving out bad impressions. I'll think again about the place, but team really have to work on their customer service, sadly. read more

I just took my 3 year old and 4 year old that I nanny here and it was awesome!! The whole place is set up for parents, bigger, and smaller kiddos. SUPER clean. Even the air smells clean. Bathrooms were spotless. All of the staff was helpful and kind with my kiddos. It was awesome. Also, the people there were great. My kiddos played with everyone else and the parents were friendly as well. We will certainly return. 10/10! read more

Staff was very helpful with check-in. $30 for 2 children ages 12 and 10, to jump one hour. They were ready to go. Disappointed that there arent "older kids only" areas. Toddlers were wandering all over, even in the dodgeball area. Not much fun for older children when you are constantly watching out for such little ones. read more

My son had a birthday party here recently, and I would highly recommend this location. The value of the party for the price I paid was very good, the whole facility is very clean, and every employee I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful. My son LOVED his birthday party and can't wait to go back. It's a little smaller than some of the other trampoline parks, but I actually prefer that because I can keep a better eye on him. read more
