Let me start with - it's a Chuck E Cheese, so I'm rating it as experience for a child entertainment restaurant. And in that it's great - clean, recently updated again with a new jungle gym system in the back (that you pay extra for), new booths and tables it actually looks great in there. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a Chuck E Cheese - the pizza is decent, and it comes out quick. They've got a bunch of different appetizers and options to get as well. The real star is the games and the prizes you can get by playing them - my kids loved it. They got to play a ton of games and enjoyed every minute of it. My only regret is that they used to have this "virtual roller coaster ride" with Elvira that my daughter loved that had been there for years and it's now gone. We've been there a number of times over the years, have hosted bday parties and been to other people's and always been really happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are different options for packages. I purchased two cards loaded with two hours of play time each, 3 drinks (one kids cup), XL pizza, and wings for 95.00. Chuck E. came out once for the 2 hours I was there. He danced and threw tickets to the kids. Very cute. Lasted about 5-10 minutes. Very crowded on a Saturday night but there was plenty of games to accommodate all guests. My daughter's only wish for her 6th birthday was to go to Chuck E Cheese...and do that ticket blaster. 6 kids fed (pizza, dippin dots & unl soda) entertained (TONS of tokens, piñata, really nice goodie bags, personal visit & song with the mouse himself) & the coveted blaster experience for Mina...all for $150. Not to mention...great, friendly customer service shown by all the staff. The manager & party 'host' were very nice, and wanted to make sure that we had anything we needed at all times. For the adults - they have the salad bar which looked pretty good, and they have a couple of sandwiches on ciabatta bread, the BBQ chicken was really good & only 6 bucks. 7 tables were dirty, i happened to check a receipt left on the table, 3 hours old, decided to check the others, all 3-4 hours old. At the time my family was there, it was us and 2 other families, not busy at all, cant figure out why they would leave 7 tables dirty. Went to this location the other day with five kids and six adults. Instead of taking tokens, all the games and rides now run off a play pass card that you load play points on. On several occasions i tapped my card and the point was deducted from my card but the ride or game would not start. Five machines that where supposed to give out tickets did not. Two rides where out of order. The place was a disgusting mess. The bathrooms where filthy with full toilets and messy floors, almost every table was dirty, and there where soft drink cups and food scattered through out the game area. Still managed to have fun as our Kids are still very young and didn't mind any of this but I'm trying a different location next time. read more

This place is HORRIBLE STAY AWAY! I had my son's 5th birthday today and it was the most dysfunctional, unorganized Chuck E. Cheese. Chuck E. Cheese acted like he didnt give a crap about any kids and actually pushed kids away from him. He would not take any pictures or shake any kids hands. Everyone, and I mean everyone that works there acted like they did not want to be there. My son did not get to get in the ticket blaster and my "host" was sagging and spent more time up front handling tickets and in the back then helping us. The manager stated that the "host" was suppose to stay by us pretty much the whole time. We ordered two extra pizza's on top of the pizzas we already ordered and it took a hour for them to come out. I had to literally tell the manager to have my pizzas made because they forgot to make them. Finally the pizzas came out 10 mins apart. Nothing is organized there and they need to clean the whole place out. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHUCK E. CHEESE. They took $50.00 off of the bill but I did not want to give them a dime. I will NEVER GO TO THIS CHUCK E. CHEESE AGAIN. If you have kids and someone has a party here make up an excuse as to why you cannot come there. Save yourself and your kids the time. Lastly, I never give reviews on yelp or anywhere and I took the time to come on here to tell you guys to STAY AWAY! I want to give the 0 Stars but I have to give them at least one. read more

Took the kids here last night for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Ten of us there eating & playing games, or at least attempting to. We tried the picture machine a few times, no pictures. We tried air hockey a few times, no puck. Played several games that were supposed to dispense x amount of tickets for winning. Several machines were out, missing out on 100+ tickets. When informed of this, the only thing offered was "we'll check it out". Horrible service and experience. read more

I just can't get behind this Chuck E. Cheese's. It's not just the fact that Chuck's has slipped from the fun and kinda cool arcade/pizza place that it used to be (back before they bought out Showbiz.) It kinda makes sense to replace a proper arcade targeting teens with games aimed more at the 2-6 year old crowd. Younger kids and their parents are probably a safer and more lucrative group than rambunctious teens. No, this particular location has a reasonably convenient location but it's not the cleanest of places. Even if I could forgive the errant crumbs and creepy animatronics, it's hard to forgive really poor service. I and my kid recently attended his younger friend's birthday party. Most of the games functioned properly, but even when they didn't, they all sure took the credits off of the "Play Pass" (which they now use in lieu of tokens.) Chuck himself came out to dance a jig and we parents suspected the individual inside to have a deep seated self-loathing and burgeoning depression. The staff then half-heartedly joined in on the singing of Happy Birthday to the lucky birthday lad. When my kid went to the checkout counter to cash in his tickets, he pointed to the toy he wanted and was told by an apparently annoyed worker "we don't have that". I asked, "You don't have the thing that is right there? The thing that I can see 3 of in different colors there - you don't have that?" I said, pointing to three of the toys in the display case. She replied "No. We're out." My boy decided to save his tickets for another time (can you guess that there won't be one?) The pizza was actually pretty good, though. The bump up to a two star rating is solely for the pizza, which I admit may have more to do with nostalgia than actual quality. read more

Waited in line for 10 minutes before it was my turn. Then the cashier just walked away. About 5 minutes later he came back and took my order. Only one employee acted like they even wanted to be there. It took 34 minutes to get our pizza. They appeared to be very understaffed. read more

I took my sons there recently when they were invited to a birthday party. We are a vegan family that also deals with food allergies so I cautiously accepted the invitation. I was able to look at the menu online and Chuck E Cheese had their ingredients and allergy information posted. They have a very nice salad bar (good variety of fruits and vegetables), and their wraps are not premade, so are customizable. I explained our dietary needs to the staff and they said that the usual substitution for pizza is a hot dog but that they could probably do a veggie wrap and cut it in half for my sons to share. I was very appreciative of their willingness to accommodate us; they were happy to help me out {no attitude over having to do something different}. It was an excellent experience and I was glad my boys got to have a fun time celebrating their friend's birthday. read more

warning! chuck e. cheese serves old pizza made from old slices left over from previous customers! who knows whos dirty hands have been touching your "so called" fresh pizza? yuck total yuck! take a close look at your pizza and you'll see that the slices do not match up! and the slices don't even fit together like a normal pizza! gross place! read more

We in there today, stood at the counter while two employees chatted and never bothered to stop their conversation so I could order. Rude! The place is a dump! I'd recommend cleaning it once and awhile. Put money in machines that weren't working. Wish I could get my money back! read more
