Dude kept pushing. He must of asked if I wanted the insurance and rewards program a dozen times, and each time I said no, he called me stupid. The staff are always incredibly helpful and kind and will definitely help give you a recommendation based on what you like. I love the area in the front with self-published and local zines. It really is a small gesture but shows an effort to uplift and platform the local community and creatives. This location is definitely smaller than the other I visited, but there's still so much to find! There are several other stores along the street as well as the Art Museum, so it's a great place to stop by on a day out!

Magic the Gathering cards are the prominent cards they had for sale. Lots of accessories to go with your gaming adventures like card sleeves, dice, deck boxes, and play mats. If you are more of a D&D person over card games they have D&D books and some mini figures. They also have a selection of other card games like Exploding Kittens and Imploding Kittens. As a dice goblin I could've stared at the dice for days but I didn't think that would go over well with my husband. They have events going on every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday according to the calendar up on the wall. We shall definitely be back as soon as possible because this shop is right up our alley. Time has not been good to the joint, and with the advent of online sales and hearty competition from the likes of Game Hits, Game Stop and their ilk, it's a small wonder this place can even stay in business. I mean, it's certainly not the service that keeps people coming back to this ashtray of a pawn shop; no matter who is behind the counter, they automatically fix a piercing glare on you the moment you walk in the store, as though you just interrupted a hostage negotiation or called the owner's mother a name. It truly baffles me that money ever changes hands in there. Even back in the day, their selection of games was anemic; now it's just plain sad - I mean, if you want to buy 12 copies of NHL 94 for your Genesis, hey, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay FAR away...even if you are desperate for cash, do not bring in your games unless you want a laughable fraction of what you could get for them on eBay or Amazon. Just...seriously. Don't go to the Exchange. It's dirty, the people are mean, and you leave the store with the feeling that a part of your humanity was somehow left behind.
