    Spacious party room

We celebrated my 7-year-old's birthday party here, and everyone had a blast! For $350, we had 10 kids bouncing and playing for two hours, plus two tickets per child for the go-karts and the VR warship (which seats six). The whole place is quite large, so it never felt overcrowded. One pleasant surprise was that the parents could join in (for an extra fee) and it didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable the way it sometimes does at places like Craig's Cruisers. There's a great mix of activities for both younger kids and older kids. I had read some concerning comments about the venue being open to the mall, but we didn't notice any issues while we were there. As always, keeping an eye on your children is important, but we felt comfortable the entire time. Our party package included water bottles, plates and napkins, ice cream cups, and four pizzas from Andiamo's. The ice cream was vanilla, served in individual cups. We also brought our own cupcakes, additional water bottles, and Capri Suns. We had access to the party room from 10:00-11:40 a.m., with pizza arriving at 11:00 a.m. The room even came stocked with a lighter for candles! I really appreciated having the room the entire time while the kids played - some places (like the Children's Museum) don't allow access to the party room until after playtime, which can feel rushed. That was not the case here at all. Everything felt well-paced and organized, and Gavin, our point person, did a fantastic job. Overall, it was a great experience and an stress-free birthday celebration.

Went on Presidents' Day since school was out so pretty busy as it turns out to be pretty snowy and of course cold outside. The place is gigantic though so didn't get an overcrowded feel or anything. So much to do, we took our two boys and one bright a friend since it was our oldests small birthday outing. We registered online beforehand which was pretty easy. Only recommendation I might throw out is a separate or expedited line for those people but honestly it still went pretty quick for how big the line was (lots of bigger groups like us I feel and they did have 3 cashiers going thankfully). We just did an hour and half for our group ages 6,6, and 3 and that seemed like perfect amount of time. And fairly good price I suppose similar to others we've been to (think it was $22 each) You can reserve rooms for bigger parties and they have food and drinks but we just brought our own water bottles and snacks for the shorter time. Course and areas for big and little kids- some lines for certain attractions our kids were too little for anyway. Would definitely recommend for a fun outing to expel some energy and beat a crummy day outside.

Best trampoline park in the area! The toddler area was so great and makes it so much better than any other place around.

A out reach kinda program for after school I'm not really sure or exact but I know the manager Nick there lives kids and is a great mentor for young men. My daughter is always shown and myself respect and compassion. I love that it's great for parents to take a break while kids run around jumping all over. Also nutritional snacks and juices too. I just got the membership for my youngest and I think it's a great deal! $9.99 a month and he can go everyday for 90 min if he wanted to! Plus if I bring anyone else, they get 50% off! But... I'm disappointed the new Ninja Course stuff or basketball isn't open during toddler time. Also I'm very disappointed with the new staff during toddler time!! Last year the college kids were great! They'd play with the kids, entertain them, help build foam block towers, etc. this year I've watched them playing with their hair, staring off into space, not even watching anyone. Three different size warp walls were a huge hit with our kids and my husband. They also had many fun obstacles in the center where you hand to climb and hold onto nets, or bars, or hanging walls. The other area that was very entertaining for all of them was the foam pit where you tried to grab onto the hanging silks, or rings or a giant ball. They really didn't jump on just the trampolines much. We were there for a birthday party and the staff made it very easy for the parents hosting. They gave the party it's own room. The attendant cut and served the cake, cleaned up the room etc. They were really great. We all cannot wait to go back. That being said we were there on a Thursday night and it wasn't packed. I would not enjoy it as much on a packed rainy day.

Arcade, laser tag, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, high jump, trampolines into a soft block pit and for smaller children they had a 3 story interactive jungle gym, and a dedicated jumping area for the smaller kids. For an extra fee there is also an escape room, mini golf and golf simulator. There was a spot to check in for the parties to make the whole process smoother. The kids get about 2 hours of jumping and about an hour for food, cake and presents. Everyone had a great time and we felt the staff was professional and actually cared about our experience. Highly recommend for birthday parties or just for a fun day of jumping. Enjoy!

Part of the ceiling was actually falling in one place over the lockers and dripping water. The place is showing signs of wear for sure. The play areas are not monitored well. Height requirements for certain areas are not enforced. There were older kids going through the smaller playground area and younger kids in the ninja warrior course. The snack bar area is overpriced and lacking in food choices. Let's talk about that stale air again.... Unfortunately, there were some parents who thought bringing sick kids to an indoor trampoline park is a good idea. I witnessed several kids sneezing and coughing while we were there and sure enough a couple days later my kids started showing symptoms and we've been sick for a week now. Definitely not worth the 3 hours of fun we had. They really need to update their hvac with better filtration. No excuse not to post covid.

And the bathrooms? Absolutely disgusting. Dirty floors, overflowing trash, and a smell that made me want to leave immediately. For a place filled with families, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Overall, this location was unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the visit. Huge disappointment.

PARTY RENTAL REVIEW…read more We celebrated our son's 4th birthday at Horizon Kids in Jenison, and this was our second time hosting a party here. I have to say, this recent experience was on a whole different level when it comes to customer service and attention to detail! The two staff members working that day were absolutely amazing--so kind, helpful, and attentive. Our kids felt comfortable and safe with them the entire time. They offered to help set up and clean up our party items, checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed, and made a point to acknowledge the birthday boy multiple times throughout our reservation. We truly felt taken care of, and the staff made the day even more special. As for the space itself- we loved it. You get 2 hours from start to finish (Activities are 1 hour 45 minutes, with the last 15 minutes of your party being used for packing up). You can have up to 12 kids any additional is just $5 per child. You're allowed to come in 15 minutes early to set up, and cleanup needs to be done right at the cutoff so staff can disinfect and prep for the next group, which is totally understandable. The facility is spacious, very clean, and perfect for kids to run around and play. The staff takes them into the gym to do activities and keep watch making it nice for parents too! They also put up a birthday sign and streamers with the colors you ask for! Our kids had a blast--ours even fell asleep on the way home! Pizza delivery is available (we chose Pizza Hut because it's close), and you're also welcome to bring your own food and treats, which makes planning easy and affordable. Overall, we absolutely loved it here and can't recommend Horizon Kids enough!
