It's around $30 per person to jump. Passed the front desk is the main area with lots of different trampolines and dedicated space for dodgeball, zip lining, monkey bars, an obstacle course, "Wipe Out," and more. To the left are four slides fun for all ages. Each requires a mat provided by Sky Zone and three of the four are steep, but so fun! My six-year-old loves the white slide with the hills. I have to say, this recent experience was on a whole different level when it comes to customer service and attention to detail! They offered to help set up and clean up our party items, checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed, and made a point to acknowledge the birthday boy multiple times throughout our reservation. We truly felt taken care of, and the staff made the day even more special. As for the space itself- we loved it. You get 2 hours from start to finish (Activities are 1 hour 45 minutes, with the last 15 minutes of your party being used for packing up). You can have up to 12 kids any additional is just $5 per child. You're allowed to come in 15 minutes early to set up, and cleanup needs to be done right at the cutoff so staff can disinfect and prep for the next group, which is totally understandable. The facility is spacious, very clean, and perfect for kids to run around and play. The staff takes them into the gym to do activities and keep watch making it nice for parents too! They also put up a birthday sign and streamers with the colors you ask for! Our kids had a blast--ours even fell asleep on the way home! Pizza delivery is available (we chose Pizza Hut because it's close), and you're also welcome to bring your own food and treats, which makes planning easy and affordable. My guests called me to ask me to open the door, as it was still locked. When I left the door open, the manager went and closed it. I told her I had left it open because the door was closed and people couldn't get in. She was incredibly rude and told me to go and see if the door wasn't already open. She was very rude to my guests and even added a child to my guest list who wasn't mine. In short, terrible service, and I do not recommend this place to anyone for a party.
