Looks can be deceiving. By the outside, this Sky Zone is old and small. Inside, there's a different story. My friends and I went on a Saturday in November around 11 a.m. It was full, but not overwhelming. A signed waiver and special grip socks are required. (If you don't have a pair, they sell them in all sizes for $5.) Tickets are good for 1.5 hours. You're given a colored wristband and they'll announce over the intercom when your color's time is up. It's around $30 per person to jump. Passed the front desk is the main area with lots of different trampolines and dedicated space for dodgeball, zip lining, monkey bars, an obstacle course, "Wipe Out," and more. To the left are four slides fun for all ages. Each requires a mat provided by Sky Zone and three of the four are steep, but so fun! My six-year-old loves the white slide with the hills. The workers were unbelievably unprofessional -- standing around, talking to each other, not watching the trampolines, and ignoring situations that clearly needed attention. Kids were running wild with almost no supervision, pushing, cutting in line, and doing things that could seriously hurt someone. The staff didn't step in once, even when things got dangerous. I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad but the few times I've brought my boy here the staff was friendly and the facility mostly clean. I've only ever been to to Airborne in Brighton but while on the west side of the state we came here to kill some time. The Ninja Course is far better and complete than the Airborne jump park. The multiple slides is a really cool feature, along with the netted obstacle course that's off in the corner for the little littles. The rock wall, the vert ramp, the battle pit, and the Nickelodeon Wipe Out are all some of my kiddo's favorites. read more

Once AGAIN..NOT happy with my experience here. We have been a loyal membership holder here for over a year and that doesn't really seem to mean anything at this point. Yesterday my was playing dodgeball and was straight socked in the face by a ball and Lea didn't do anything. I had to ask her if she was going to do something. She said one thing and that was it. Today, he went back to the dodgeball area and a little boy came up to Annalise saying that someone kept getting hit and wouldn't get out. She just shrugged her shoulders and didn't say anything back. A little while later, a little boy started screamed from getting hit and didn't even go over to acknowledge him. Once was clean and run well....no more. Party rooms overbooked, staff all under age of 20, no accountability (did most of setting up for my kids party myself). She asked for my receipt and went to talk to her manager (assuming) because they could have been exchanged. She came back to say sorry since I didn't ask for the exchange there's nothing they can do. I had so much fun. I ended up running into my friends without planning it and we hung out for a long time. I was scared to go down the slides at first but there was a worker named Deveion who assured me it would be fine. I went down and then couldn't stop riding all of them. He was a super funny a cool guy to be around, all my friends loved him too. When I'm 15 I definitely want to come and work here, I had so much fun! I ordered a party room and jump package. During the kids jump time, a male worker went up to my 8 year old nephew and said he couldn't jump anymore and he needs to buy new socks. The kids have been jumping at this location with this socks for months. Why would a grown male employee talk to a child and scare him and tell him he did something wrong? My nephew was very upset and found his mother. She then went to another worker and explained and the worker said his socks were fine...? When we entered the party from at 7:00 we did not see or hear from any workers. Finally at 7:20 we went to ask how long the food and drinks would take. They said a few more minutes. At 7:35 we went back up there and asked again. They appeared instantly. We only have the room for 40 minutes so they expected the kids to eat pizza, then cake in 5 total minutes. Truly unbelievable. No one apologized for the wait or the behavior from the employee. The employees and company have zero sympathy, don't even know their own policies, and take zero accountability. To Whom It May Concern: I am writing today regarding the poor customer service that we received at your Skyzone Location from Ian (or Ivan) at 3:45pm today. We purchased five tickets online and signed all waivers online prior to our arrival today. When the boys at the counter could not find our registration in the system by my name or customer order number, they wanted to register us as guests and charge us another $135.00 even though we showed them our tickets on our phone. Eventually, they took care of our tickets and told us to go fill out waivers again. I mentioned that it was an inconvenience to fill out waivers for five people and return to the long line to wait again when we had planned ahead to avoid that. Ian replied, "Well, that's not on us", and pointed at the computers to go fill them out again. That is truly poor customer service; an a very apathetic attitude from your employee. It actually is on you/your company that the system could find our names when we had a digital receipt to prove it. I'm not upset that there was a computer issue, I'm upset about the poor quality of service and interaction with the customer. He could have been more accommodating, or even a little apologetic. To simply say "it's not on us", is rude. Additionally, when I asked for your name/email, I commented that hopefully he considers improving his customer service skills. To that, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I understand that he is a young employee, and paid minimum wage, but I would hope that you are able to impart some wisdom upon him for how you'd like your business run. As a business owner, myself, I know that your business relies on the people walking in the door and being happy with the service offered. When the first encounter at the door is a negative one, it takes the fun out of the experience, not to mention that we spent a decent amount of money here today. We may only be one of the few people here today and only a portion of your profit, but I would think you'd want to correct the manner in which your employee interacts with your customers. Just had a Birthday Party for our 7 year old. What an awesome time. The kids all had a blast and probably would have jumped all day if we had let them. The workers were helpful and do a great job basically babysitting your kids. I jumped and had a blast. Most other parents just enjoyed their time sitting in the massage chairs. Paying $30 for a child for two hours to jump should mean the staff is paying attention to guests and how clean the space is. When we arrived the tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day, and again, two hours in, still none of the tables had received any attention. The men's room was filthy as well - one urinal was out of order and a divider panel looked like it had nearly been ripped from the wall and was barely hanging by a couple screws. I've never been to a Sky Zone Park and I doubt I'll be going again if they are all like this place. Two activities were shut down/broken. Layers of dust on the screens & walls. Basketball hoops have peoples time stickers all over the backboard. Signs broken. Employees stood around talking amongst themselves, playing on equipment while their supervising their activity. Overall place is dirty & unkept. Kids had fun & I hid my disgust in front of them. Oh, and "extra" cleaning because of COVID?, uh NO! When you have kids that are in dire need to burn off some energy it's Sky Zone to the rescue. With different areas for them to run and bounce freely it's the perfect place on a rainy or cold/snowy afternoon. They frequently run specials for longer jump times, especially during school breaks. My kids are 8 & 12 and I feel its just perfect for them, I have seen younger kids there but they are sometimes trampled by the bigger ones unless the small court is open. The staff does a pretty good job, but sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough to keep a good watch over all the kids (especially if they are small). The food court is expensive, so pack a water bottle or Gatorade and a snack. read more

This place has gone downhill. We used to come here quite regularly over a year ago and it was always a good experience. This time was terrible. The girl in the hot pink shirt working during our visit today was horribly rude to the kids. She wanted to stand around and talk to her friend rather than run the wipe out station. She was horribly rude to the kids that wanted to keep playing on it after a single one minute long turn. She rolled her eyes like they were really putting her out. Completely uncalled for. She ran it one more time and then shut it down. She kept yelling at the kids because they were running. I have never heard of anyone telling a child not to run in one of these places. The place was freezing cold and areas are closed and torn apart. It appears they are trying to run this place on a shoestring. It's just run down. We ordered food and they had no condiments to go with anything and the food was gross. They had several employees just standing around in a back room. What a disappointment, in every way! This place is operated like a frat house, not an actual business. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how bad this place smells. Obviously patrons work up a sweat on the equipment but good ventilation goes a long way. It makes me wonder how sanitary the place is overall. I was there for a corporate event that my manager scheduled several weeks in advance. Our group was treated very poorly and the staff was unprofessional and extremely rude. We reserved a private court for our group of 16. After being shuffled from one court to another the staff allowed strangers to join us. Some of the people joining us were children. This was VERY unsafe and ruined our experience. When my manager tried to speak to the staff they were unapologetic. Awesome place! A really unique way to get out of the house and get some exercise! I arrived at 7:30 on Tuesday night for an hour of "free jump". I had a groupon to visit but they wouldn't split my groupon into two separate sessions for me, so I paid the $13 for an hour and held on to my groupon to take a friend next time. After lacing up the ever so stylish skyzone high tops, my group tentatively walked into the main trampoline area. There is a larger trampoline area in the back of the building (made up of several smaller trampolines) and multiple trampoline courts for basketball dunks, dodgeball, aerobics and a foam pit are to do flips into (warning: the foam pits smell like dirty feet. Hold your nose) I was surprised at how quickly I started sweating; I really got a workout! Basically I did crunches for an hour as I hopped around from trampoline to trampoline in the back. I felt like a kid doing flips and bouncing off the walls (literally)! They have a party area for pizza and treats and they offer lockers for your things. Skyzone shoes are provided with the entrance cost. You can also buy $2 skyzone socks to keep and take home. I hear the weekends get crazy with lots of kids so I suggest the weekdays to avoid that. read more

My 3 kids love going to Sky Zone. I like the fact that I can get free wifi, which allows me to work on my laptop while my kids are having a safe and fun time on the trampolines. I took my son here, to check out and kill time, simultaneously. Upon finding out how the flow of the place worked from the front desk, I was dissapointed to find out that if I wanted to jump on the trampolines with my son, I wouldn't be able to jump on the same trampoline. What's the point of that? I would've had to be on the other side of the room, and nowhere near him if something were to happen. My son did enjoy the place quite a bit. The Dodgeball area was his favorite, and the workers actually let me get on the trampolines to get loose balls to throw at my son. Imagine that! The trampoline jumps into foam was pretty cool as well. I also like the fact that you can bring back the special socks back next time to avoid additional costs. Completely terrible employees, they don't do a thing, I got called "racist" for throwing a dodge ball IN THE DODGEBALL court and proceeded too argue with the three black employees where they had 2 alibis while I had a dozen people agreeing with me and got kicked out of the court, I just left and was flamed by the two people also calling my friends "ugly" and "fat" and that the supposedly "fat" one should go eat a honey bun. I got in his face and told him he couldn't talk too my friend like that (the boy that called me racist in the first place) and he called me racist again, I politely asked him too name the scenario and he said "you know what you said" and asked him again if he knew, he should be able too explain it. He proceeded too repeat it again and again asking for the 3 black employees to kick me out while I was leaving. They came over and two of them called me the n-word and shoved me. This place is a good option if you want to tire out your kids, or burn some major calories yourself! I have never been so whooped in my life! I like that they do the skyjam deal which involves 90 minutes of free jump for teens and up and two slices of pizza and Soda for $18. It's a good deal! My favorite part is the foam pit! I've always wanted to play in a foam pit. Fair warning- if you are a little heavier than he average jumper you might sink down pretty far in the pit! I took my team on an outing at this terribly run operation. After making a reservation weeks in advance for a private court, I was told after paying that we did not have a private. Further an employee and a "manager" thought it was appropriate to argue with me on the floor in front of my team and other customers. It turns out the manager wanted her friends to play on our court. I brought my 5/6th grade soccer team to jump for our end of the year party and they did a fantastic job of making if feel welcome and we're so helpful in making the kids experience great! Crap show. Tried getting tickets online, apparently you need a desktop computer. Since this isn't 2005, I don't have one. Tried to buy tickets over the phone, they said on the computer or in person only. Explained this was a 3 hour round trip for us and asked what to do if there were no available slots. She said we would have to wait once we got there if it was booked. Once we got there they couldn't figure out how to write us an all day pass and asked us to check in every two hours. I then tried to buy bottled water since drinking fountains are taped off. They are out of bottled water. There were no available spots to sit and eat, I had to ask them to clear something to make it available. I then proceeded to wait over a half hour for food. Asked for ranch and bbq sauce for the wings and was not told they didn't have any until after I waited my half hour. Did I mention you also have to request napkins? read more

We had a great time when we where there for my bachelor party. Playing dodge ball was fun. The problems started 2.5 weeks later when a strap from the trampolines ruptured and sent infection throughout my knee. I was in and out of the er 3 times. I even went to the ER between our weeding and reception. The infection kept getting worse so instead of going to mexico for our honeymoon I spent the next 4 days in the hospital. So make sure to watch scraps on your kids. My leg never bled or looked bad until the scrap ruptured. read more
