    Bully hitting small kid

I watched an older child physically assault a small kid, the worker there laughed and when the parent confronted both of the, the guy said the big bully kid just did not know any better. Even though he aimed and hit the little child in the face. I told the parent she should file a complaint and I was her witness. The workers did nothing and there was no accountability for the big bully. Staff did nothing the Evan person responsible hid behind the snack counter area back room and I took my own kids and left as that boy was being unruly and NOT a soul did a thing. The place was packed. Probably a kid drop off with no responsible parent or guardians and the staff don't do anything about it.

My 3 year old watched an episode of Blippi where he went to a trampoline park and then it was all he talked about for weeks. So, we found Sky Zone. It isn't the easiest to find. It is on Hwy 27 in Clermont, but it is behind a church, so a little difficult to find. The first thing you have to do is fill out a waiver. Then you can purchase jumping time. I was very thankful that my 3 year old qualified for the $12 rate, but once you hit 5 years old it's pretty expensive, about $20 for an hour. Socks are required, but my son lost his in the foam pit real fast, so we ended up having to buy $3 Sky Zone socks. I love that they have designated jumping zones for different ages. My son was obsessed with the foam pit. There was also an indoor playground climbing area that he really enjoyed. What I didn't love was how crowded it was. It was a Saturday, and a cold, rainy one, so I guess it is to be expected, but my kid ended up bumping into other kids several times, not on purpose, but because he is 3 and doesn't know how to control where he lands which led to tears from both him and the kids he would bump into. The other thing I didn't love was the set up. I feel like it could be organized a little better, like all the under 5 on one side and the above 5 on the other. My 3 year old was running all over the place. There was stuff he could do almost everywhere and it was hard to find a place where I could park myself and still be able to see him. The foam pit he loved had a line to jump from a high rise. He was too little for that, but he liked the foam pit and ladder so I'm standing in a corner trying to watch him and people think I am in line. This brings me to my final point which is that there wasn't a good place for me to be. I wasn't jumping, but my child is only 3 so I wanted to be able to see him. This meant I stood just off the trampolines where I always seemed to be in people's way, or I sat by the climbing area, but I couldn't see any of the trampolines from there, only the climbing space. Where do I go where I can keep a visual on my child, but not be in the way? Overall, my son loved it and would happily come back. I will definitely be checking out some of the other trampoline parks to see how they are set up .

What an awful experience. Wanted to go to Glow night. Bought the tix and signed the waivers in advance. Showed up early at 7:45 for 8pm start. It's 8:35 and I'm still standing in line waiting to check in. There are 2 ppl working the register. 2 working the snack counter and 1 is walking behind the counter like a deer in headlights that occasionally fills a soft drink. Now there's a mgr behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Terrible experience terrible staffing and planning. Would not recommend this to anyone.

4 year old is having a blast. First time here. When I told her we were going to the sky zone she became skeptical and said, we don't know how to fly! Ha ha ha They make you buy sky zone socks. $2.00 or $3.00 a pair. Paid $18.00 For the hour. I was told $7.00. I have to figure out what the extra expense was other then the socks. They do not allow outside food or drink. Great place for parties as well. I asked what the added expense was and they said a fee. Made no sense to me.

Just got an annual pass and it's a great trampoline park. We go there basically every week and it has a lot to offer.

My grandsons had a blast. We will definitely be back!! Another person at the concession stand would move the line quicker.

Workers are friendly for the most part, they are younger but try their best to be helpful. I think the ones in the cafe can be friendlier and greet people but that's my only complaint. Definitely keep an eye on your child as it's easy for them to make contact with another child while playing. Especially during peak hours. I've seen them host adults only nights too! Very cool place for kids and parents. Definitely my son's happy place.

We were lucky because it turns out they were offering a winter play pass, which allows my son to play from Thanksgiving break through all of winter break until school goes back on January 8. I hope they offer a summer pass too. We brought him here three or four times over the winter holidays and he just loves it. There is lots for him to do. He is right about 47 or 48 inches. This allows him to do almost everything except the 55 inches plus ropes course. He is barely able to do the small child ropes course at 47 inches (which is his speed because he is a bit of a scaredy cat) but he can also do the middle ropes course which is for 45 to 55 inches, though he won't. He loves the trampoline area but also enjoys the zip line and ninja playground. My nephew who is 13 really enjoyed the ropes course and the climbing walls. it was great because it was a place that we could bring them both and they could have fun together. There isn't much for the three and under crowd so if you have a small one, note that. The first time we came, there was no guest Wi-Fi, which was really problematic as there's like one bar of cell service here, but they have since put in guest Wi-Fi, which is great. My only complaint is the music. I wish it were quieter and more kid friendly. We had some problems with them finding our name on the winter pass list too, but Rachel took care of it and they were super nice. Prices are pretty on par with similar places. $24 for 2 hours. $21 for 1 hour. $30 for all day. I haven't tried the food nor been to a party here yet as it is new, but I'll update if that changes. Right now I am so thankful not to have to drive 45 min in every direction to this type of place anymore. We really needed a place like this in Davenport.
