Their online reservation registration was easy and the play time is $20 for 2 hours. Additional siblings can be added for $18. Entering the establishment was interesting we were in a long line for about 8-10 minutes to be able to enter, (luckily I arrived a little early). There is only one line for check-ins and for the cafe ordering. There were only two staff members so one was at the register and the other was making the food. The menu has all the kid friendly snacks available, and coffee as well. The chicken nuggets and fries are frozen from Costco. The service can be a bit slow, but the workers were friendly although there was a language barrier. I do wish there was an additional staff member available in the playing area. Some kids kept their shoes on, some kids were throwing toys, I watched a child fall and break the gate of the entrance to the play area as well.. Kids are kids, but I would love to see the parents be more involved in the care of their kids or at least a staff member keeping track of what is happening. There is plenty of seating with tables, although tight but manageable. Two bathrooms kept fairly clean. The play area did need a bit of cleaning and I do wonder how often it is sanitized. (I'm comparing this to another indoor play cafe I frequent in Orlando that sanitizes their play area after each play session). The ambiance is a little loud as there was a lot of kids playing and having fun! The kids seem to enjoy themselves and that's the best thing at the end of the day. I waited until our play session was over to try to get pictures without kids in it, and was able to right before a long line came in. Be sure to check their website for their schedule and public skating times. But typically it's 11am-2pm on weekdays and 2pm-4pm on weekends at the main rink and then evening hours at their smaller rink. $18 for the main rink and $15 for the smaller rink. The price includes skate rentals and they also provide helmets. They also have sleds you can rent out that you can sit on while another person pushes you around. Good if you have some one in your group that isn't too keen on skating but still wants to join. They have lockers to put your stuff in while you skate, you can't take purses etc with you onto the ice, but it does cost a dollar. They do sell food but we didn't try any so can't say if it was worth it or not. Our experience skating was pretty fun, they divide up the large rink into sections. A smaller section where people can practice/learn to skate and then a larger section where everyone skates in a big loop around the rink. There's also a section in the middle where they host a few games. They play music that really makes it fun and have party lights going on. At one point they had fake snow (bubbles) falling while Frozen's Let It Go was playing. Everyone, including the other patrons, were nice. They were all genuinely trying to have a good time skating, no matter their skill level. There's a bunch of staff keeping an eye on the rink and helping anyone who may need it. We had a great time!
