We've been part of Gymnastics USA for nearly three years now, and my kids still look forward to every visit. The gym itself is spacious and well-equipped, with dedicated areas for bars, floor routines, trampolines, and a wide variety of other apparatuses that keep things engaging and fun. BUT the gym definitely has a smell... likely years of feet... One of the programs for younger kids is the Ribbon Club, designed for those under five. It's essentially a playful obstacle course that introduces basic gymnastics skills in a way that's approachable and fun. While the structure can feel a bit repetitive week to week, my son continues to enjoy it. Most of the coaches are high school students, and I've been impressed with their ability to connect with the kids. They're patient, encouraging, and do a great job guiding the little ones through each activity. Overall, Gymnastics USA It's a great place for kids to build confidence, burn energy, and develop foundational skills--and they are always quick to respond when you need to switch class dates. read more

We had a very poor experience, Makeup classes disappeared without notice, We allow if it has an expiration date, but you didn't give us any advance notice that this is a problem, I don't understand why the front desk doesn't answer the phone. We've been on the phone for two days from morning to afternoon, how an unreachable phone can let someone use the make up class？ There is no denying that you have many problems, large and small,We always share our experiences with our friends, but I know I shouldn't recommend you. read more

Both of my sons have been part of their Ninja Kids program for about 4 or 5 months now. (Ages 5 and 9) When we first started, my younger son had Coach Garrett. He is phenomenal! He works so well with the kids, motivates them to try new things, and does a great job of keeping the class in line. When they changed coaches, Chase was introduced to Coach Fabian. He has this nack for making my kid feel like he's his biggest fan, and really brought Chase out of his shell. (Before he would be too shy in class if there was a new coach) Most recently he's been with coach Jordan (I so hope that's the right name). I was pleasantly surprised to see that Coach Jordan does so well making sure other kids that aren't doing what they're supposed to do will not hinder my child's class time, and also spacing his attention to every child to help them develop their skills. One thing that I wish was better at Gymnastics USA is discipline. Coach Garrett was very comfortable correcting the children with bad manners, or for acting out. Most others coaches don't seem to be, and I think there should be a discipline policy. The same kids act out every week in the older child's class, and it really makes it less enjoyable for him. The children doing right, and the coach should not have to deal with the same thing week after week. Overall, we're happy in our Ninja Kids class, and hope to add tumbling sometime next year. Edited to add: Coach Manny does the best warmups!!! Anytime he isn't there, warm-ups seem very dull. He really get the kids hyped up, and it honestly brings me joy watching it. read more

Absolutely awful. This company is terrible. A few years ago my daughter sprained her ankle in the gym and the staff completely overlooked her pain. We decided that second chances are for everyone and we should try it again. We tried it again 4/27/23. We had an instructor to help us with our evaluation in the silks area. They were awfully rude. Yelling instructions at my daughter, and we couldn't even understand what they were saying, laughing at her when she was unable to complete an assigned task, and being utterly aggressive. Never coming back. read more

Our 3.5 y.o. daughter attended the summer camp in July 2023 here and she has enjoyed the camp very much. She would walk in the camp without a fuzz every morning. The summer camp has different groups targeting different age groups. The team at G.USA is very responsive, kept communication clear, kept us informed when there are questions. We are actually visiting from Canada and they made the sign up process super simple from the get-go. I would recommend this camp to all parents who like to keep their kids active while on school break or even just trying something different from the traditional daycare. The program is massive but they managed the process very smoothly. read more

We love this gym so much. We've been going here for just over 2 years and have 3 kids who attend.

My daughter has been doing gymnastics here for about two months. We really like this gym the facility is huge , clean and the staff is awesome . My daughter does the "you and me" class and she loves it , she has a lot of fun and loves her teacher Avery ! read more

I signed my daughter up for their home learning program because it looked like a great introduction to Gymnastics for her. It didn't work out for us, and that's ok - I have no problem with their program. The problem I have is that they refuse to cancel my membership, there was no contract signed with the Home Learning program, and my credit card is still being charged 1 month after receiving confirmation that the membership is cancelled. Today, all of a sudden, I am starting to get messages from the "coach" on the Home Learning platform. This is a very unprofessional business and I can't recommend it to anyone. read more

My level 8 daughter was given the opportunity to try out this gym while we were with family in Florida. They were welcoming, professional and kind. The coaches were knowledgeable and helpful. She had a great time working through her routines and conditioning. Thank you for welcoming her like family. This is a fantastic business model and we even enjoyed our time in the lobby. A great place for kids to train. Thank you! read more

This is a very nice place. The employees working here are very friendly. All of the kids here are having lots of fun. I love how there is lots of things for kids to play with, even if they are not doing gymnastics! I also love how bright and fun the interior is! In conclusion, we will keep going to Gymnastics USA because it is such a great place for children to do gymnastics! read more

Excellent place. Both of my kids are enrolled in there. Going since September and place is amazing. Kids love it. If there is one thing that is missing, is changing room for kids (have to change inside the bathroom stalls). Many times we go right after school and no time to change at home and it's slight inconvenient. Other than that, place is super clean, big and has huge variety of different classes. By best and favorite thing is their parents night outs. It's usually from 6:30-11:00 once a month for only $19 if you sign up beforehand, and $29 if you sign up one week before the event. They have after school programs with a pick up van. Front desk is very friendly, just like the coaches. And not to mention the prices. Both kids are enrolled for twice a week. Defiant a 5 star rating here. read more

My daughter loves this place. She is in the beginner recreational class and it's alot of fun for her. No, she's not getting to the Olympics with the class she is taking but she enjoys it so much. They have private lessons if you desire. read more

We go here for a couple of years and love the coaches. The kids are excited about gymnastics day and to advance and practice, but also to move and have fun! But they like the bashes the most! So much fun! read more

This business has a clear disregard for the safety of its clients and the community. If you are trying to stay safe from Covid do not walk in this building. There is a mask policy posted but it's not enforced and only about 60% of the adults inside wear a mask despite the OC mandate. It's unfortunate because under normal circumstances it's a great fitness outlet for kids. read more

Our daughters love Gymnastics USA! They have done camps, classes and open gyms and they always ask if they can do more. The gym is clean, organized and has great Parent areas (great for this working mom!) read more

We've had a wonderful year at gymnastics USA. Our daughter has gone from a beginner to an intermediate level and has loved her instructors. The place is gigantic and they let you make up classes in other divisions. This makes it super fun if kids want to try something different (ninja, silks). Our daughter celebrated her birthday there and it was a great experience for her and all of her friends. Sign up for their emails. They offer discounts on classes and camps throughout the year. Parents night out/bash night have been super fun. The kids get a meal/snack and have a blast. It's cheaper than hiring a babysitter and the kids LOVE it!!! There is a discount if you sign up in advance. One last thing, the end of the year presentation is at an additional cost and you can opt out but we found it well worth it. It's the only chance the kids get to experience what it's like to be at a real gymnastics event. read more

We recently had a birthday party for my boys here. The staff was amazing, kind, and very friendly. We had Sage and Andreas and our boys, along with their friends, loved it! Would highly recommend this place for birthday parties! read more

After walking into the facility for the first time, I was immediately impressed by not only the cleanliness of the entire facility but the friendliness of the staff. So often the staff at the welcome/registration desk are cold and seem too busy to talk to you, but NOT here. I am excited to send my kids there and look forward to a great summer. Wonderful after school programs and a great way to keep your kids active instead of sitting home watching TV. They teach gymnastics, but it is so much more than that. A welcome addition to Winter Garden! read more

We tried this gym for the first time. It's more a like day care. The coach did not spot her once on anything And didn't come up and address me. My daughter learned they make $9 an hour and want to quit. They can't afford to fire them is what the coaches were saying. read more

Very disappointing to see such nice equipment and horrible customer service and management. Had my daughter in recreational gymnastics and didn't see her doing much improvements besides tumbling so I pulled her out. Decided to do a camp and my daughter hated it. My husband waited 30 min for our daughter because they forgot to get her. And last they will charge your card as they see fit as long as it's on file without letting you know. I got multiples call about enrolling my kid there yet took forever for me to get an answer on charges I didn't approve only to receive 2 conflicting reasons as to why. Definitely don't recommend this place unless management is changed read more

It's great IF...your child is younger you can take them in the middle of the day. My daughter is three, we have been going for about a year when the classes were got so full in the evenings it was impossible for the coaches to keep up with that many children. I had to pull her out until I had availability to take her during the day. Don't get me wrong the coaches are great the facility is great but the evening classes are just too full. read more

I brought the kids here last summer for camp for a week and they absolutely loved it. They will be doing it again this year and are really excited. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for summer camps! read more

Friendly staff but poor communication and follow thru. To this day, I have yet to receive a receipt they promised to email to me. You receive different info depending on who you speak with. read more

Paid for week of camp by credit card. Staff kept my credit card number without my permission. The staff charged my credit card with a false charge, sent the receipt to my email. Now it's ridiculous I'm Fighting to get my own money back? I talked with 4 people and got 4 different answers. Truly unimpressed with the management and paying practices. read more

I am disappointed, today was my daughters first day at camp and she came home crying. To start off, no one even greeted us when we came in or even after I signed her in. I had to ask them where was she supposed to go. My daughter said the reasons why she didn't like it was because the bounce house was only partially blown up so the kids kept falling on each other, arts and crafts time was just coloring and when the instructor asked who wanted to be spotted doing a back flip she raised her hand but was later told she couldn't since it was her first time. There is a lack of leadership there, none of the employees act enthusiastic, and no one welcomed them as they started to warm up. It's very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed. read more

If you like to pay a ton of $$$ for a revolving door of coaches and fill-ins teaching your kids, then this is the place for you. I was cheerfully informed when I told them we wanted to take a break and possibly come back in a few months to see if the coaching had gotten better, that 1) that was not possible 2) we would be charged for an _additional_ 30 days of service after we dropped and 3) that there would be 'full joining fees' charged again if we decided to return. More like GREEDnastics USA. No thanks. read more
