My daughter spent a year working with them 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. They continued to work her through injuries and assured us they were looking out for her and not pushing her too hard. She was promised certain things that never happened. When we requested a meeting with Jeff and/or Carol to question why they were not delivering on their promises, they both declined. Which was the last straw, so we pulled her out. My daughter will now spend the summer recovering from severs disease. They really showed their true colors towards the end and I wish I knew this sooner. The unprofessionalism is amazing as I can't figure out why a business owner or manager would not want to meet with the people who are help paying the bills. At the end of the day their business is doing well and neither one knew who we were. So not important enough to meet with I guess.

The preschoolers end up running circles around. Or just doing their own thing. 4-5 little ones per teacher is teacher is more than enough in order for them to actually learn. It's not cheap - this is what makes me complain. Not sure how the older classes are. Hopefully better than these little ones. Also the age groups that they specify on their schedules are not kept. So your 8 year old may be in a class with a 15 year old- and doing different skills. Again- not a good learning environment to learn for the younger ones.

I can definitely say we will be going back! We had the 12 kid package, but they have a larger package available if you are wanting to invite more kids. It was a great price, which includes two hours of fun & 30 minutes of set up beforehand. The party room is upstairs & you have the upstairs area & obstacles all to yourself during the party time. They start by warming the kids up, then they guide them through obstacle courses for an hour or so, then to the party room for whatever food/cake you bring for about 15 minutes, then open gym for the last 45 minutes. The workers were wonderful! They did a great job handling a bunch of first graders. They helped the kids on all the obstacles, if they needed assistance. Other than the set up (30 minutes before the party) & helping with food/cake when they are in the room, the staff handled the rest. You can bring whatever food you'd like! It's about 5 minutes away from Millenia Costco, so we ordered pizzas, which was convenient to pick up. Would definitely recommend for your kiddo's birthday party!

When we came in, there was absolutely no one there so we had the entire place to ourselves! Robin, one of the trainers, was extremely helpful in giving us the layout of the gym and answered any questions we had. This place is huge and has a ton of obstacles! There's a kids/beginner section upstairs, which we started at. We then moved on to the ground floor which had all the fun stuff. They have almost every obstacle from the American Ninja Warrior TV show, from the wing nuts to the warped wall. They even have the mega wall (18 ft tall I believe)! I will say, I wish there was the bouncing spider obstacle, but I wouldn't be surprised if they rotate out other obstacles every now and then. Maybe it just wasn't that when I went. Most obstacles are padded so when you fall you don't hurt yourself. There were also extra pads you're able to move around for extra cushion. This gym is every Ninja's dream, both kids and adults alike. I'd even go as far to recommend this place for regular active adults looking for something fun to do in the Orlando area. You might not be able to do everything, but hey, if you aren't falling, you aren't having fun. For open gym, it's $20 per person, which is pretty standard for ninja gyms and we spent about an hour and a half here. Pro tip: come on a Saturday morning. You'll have the whole gym to yourself.

The toddlers will cry at times during the lesson, but the instructors comfort them and use toys at times to relax the babies. He is being trained by the owner of the business and she is AMAZING with our son! She is kind, encouraging, and patient with him. The staff at the facility have all been very nice, answered all our questions, and given us all the information we needed. The facility is clean and organized. They have an indoor, heated pool where they teach the toddlers and kids to swim. They also have a swim team and indoor and outdoor pools for them. The facility has plenty of parking, was easy to find, and has several old, beautiful oak trees around it. Rating from F to A+++, I give it A+++!

My children have become more confident, respectful and more focused. I've gotten in to the best shape of my life and it has given me more confidence. The instructors are great. They motivate you and really break down the curriculum. I have never felt like this was something I couldn't physically do. With all their motivation and dedication to their students it has really helped me to reach my goals and make new ones. Get to the register, told the guy I had 2 groupons - that I literally purchased not even a hour prior and only had to pay for socks. Flyers have 7 pairs of socks to choose from. You have the option to get a locker for your belongings or trust the strangers. I wasn't jumping so I held onto my boys shoes/socks. There are a variety of jump zones from small to big. Can we talk about the ample supply of seating for parents?? Thank you!! We had 2 Groupons for 90 minutes of jumping and they really got about 2 hours worth - they don't really monitor your wristband colors; they go by the honor system of leaving when they call your wristband color time is up. Today, the boys got extra time and then we left when someone decided it would be funny to pull the fire alarms?? Really, who does that? They have obstacle course, zip line, high dive/jump, basketball, american ninja, dodge ball, regular jumping, circus type thing and many more.
