The gym itself is spacious and well-equipped, with dedicated areas for bars, floor routines, trampolines, and a wide variety of other apparatuses that keep things engaging and fun. BUT the gym definitely has a smell... likely years of feet... One of the programs for younger kids is the Ribbon Club, designed for those under five. It's essentially a playful obstacle course that introduces basic gymnastics skills in a way that's approachable and fun. While the structure can feel a bit repetitive week to week, my son continues to enjoy it. Most of the coaches are high school students, and I've been impressed with their ability to connect with the kids. They're patient, encouraging, and do a great job guiding the little ones through each activity. Overall, Gymnastics USA It's a great place for kids to build confidence, burn energy, and develop foundational skills--and they are always quick to respond when you need to switch class dates.

Unfortunately, it's been really nothing but disorganized chaos, random emails from the owner, and more over the last six months. It's very clear unless your child is a gymnastics prodigy, this place is just a money grab. The gym cannot seem to retain any coaches. Our daughter's coach tonight was a no call/no show, the facility had NO idea, and my daughter was left wandering while three coaches just stood by the wall and talked while all the kids were made to stretch from 4:05-4:30. When they finally told one of the coaches she had to go to the preschool class, it was very clear no class was planned and I watched my daughter barely do anything for 15 minutes. Another girl was also hitting her, and the teacher did nothing to respond or amend the situation and just said "Oh" and "Ok". Over the last six months this is what we've seen: - Four to six different coaches over the last three months, with no communications about who has quit - Classes not starting on time - No idea who the coaches are/no communication - Lack of care for the students and their abilities/no progression whatsoever - Coaches yelling at 3 and 4 year olds to "pay attention" over and over, while putting them in a giant room with 50 girls running around, blasting music, and sparkling leotards. - Impossible opportunities to schedule make up classes and awful times (Wednesday at 7pm or Saturday at 9am) - None of the coaches take the time to introduce themselves to the parents or make time to connect with the kids. - The most random email from the owner about disorganization, promising consistency, noting very random things and rumors about the teachers/the facility, and more. Overall, I'd avoid this location until they get their act together. Unless your child is a gymnastics superstar, they really don't care about them. At Stars & Stripes they truly care about the girls- and work on positive reinforcement and building confidence. We just competing at our first event and I love how the coaches keep it very casual and fun. They don't put excessive pressure on the kids but celebrate their achievements. It's been a super great experience. The parents and other girls have also been wonderful. We've made some great friends already. We're very happy at Stars & Stripes, love the family atmosphere, the owner knows what she's doing and the other coaches are great role models for the girls.
