I went for the first time to this studio for a private lesson in silks. I was given great feed back on how I can improve. I learned new tricks that challenged my knowledge and avariety of ways of getting in and out of tricks. Transistions are my favorite, so learning new transistions made my world. The best thing I learned was how to fall out of the apparatus safetly. Best Information ever. That took away alot of my fear with aerial. I can't wait to go back again.

Attire Please consider gravity when dressing for class, and prepare to become inverted at times. For comfort and protection on the silks, especially as a beginner, form fitted clothing that covers the back of your knees, torso, and upper arms are recommended. Disciplines Aerial Silks and Acrobatics are the group classes offered weekly. If you are interested in a different apparatus or skill, we can incorporate it into the group lesson easily by swapping out a silk, or dependent on room, a private lesson can be booked.

Nikki has those skills in abundance. During the exercise portion and at various points when meditation is cultivated, I found her words to be heaven sent: extremely helpful in achieving a desired state of mind. Nikkk also seems genuinely happy when she greets students. This facilitates the experience in the nicest way. I think she is living the dream, and am so happy to share the joy of yoga with her as an aspirational example

I guess it depends on how many show up for a class. I was unfortunately doubled up with a partner which meant I got half the practice to learn a routine and half the time on the pole compared to others. Definitely didn't expect that when I signed up. If you didn't already know, aerial arts are no joke! It is a big work out and I was so sore the next day. Anyway, we next moved on to playing around with the pole. Kelly taught us everything from hand placement to advanced moves that involved spinning around in mid air. The two hour time slot is perfect, any longer and it's too exhausting. The price is set regardless of party size, around $55 per person. Considering the equipment required, it is reasonable. I highly recommend this studio!
