So I went. The class space is located in a strip mall at the corner of Little road and old 54, it is neat and clean with nice flooring and a huge wall of mirrors. They offer a variety of classes from Bellydance to Yoga and now Burlesque. If you're in New Port Richey or the surrounding areas, stop in and check them out. I absolutely love the class. Taliah is phenomenal belly dancer and her classes are always fun to attend. There are usually 3 classes offered for each time slot because she has 3 studios. There is a hot yoga room, Pilates and bar room, and a beautiful non-heated yoga space. I am a yoga teacher and very picky about teachers and spaces. Liz Guardia is fantastic. If you like a yoga class including philosophy she's the best! I've taken a lot of their different offerings and have been pleased. Of course, some better than others. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend trying a class or two :)

The people at the front desk are all very kind, especially Julie. The instructors are all amazing, I've tried to join each of their classes and they're all awesome, and helpful. Pilates in the beginning can be quite a humbling experience but I think this studio is amazing. I started with the 2 classes weekly and sure enough, I'm at the unlimited. Her classes are approachable and deep even for beginners. These are not sweaty fast paced yoga classes (at least not the ones I have been to). These are thoughtful heart centered classes where we have respect for where our bodies are at and we learn from each pose. I love it! When Katrin opened her own studio on Mongtomery in Bala, I was thrilled to see she had created a beautiful zen and modern space that feels really relaxing and healing the minute you walk in. She gets a nice group of people at her studio, people of all ages, and not just slim yoga bodies but a rounded group of attendees, including a good amount of men. Katrin has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and welcome and I think this must be why a broad range of people and bodies come to her classes. My mom and I went to Joanna's spa for her Mother's Day package (massage and facial at a significant discount), and we were not disappointed! Joanna greeted us at the door and we briefly discussed any areas that needed extra attention. The massage room itself was perfectly warm, dimly lit and the relaxing music played at just the right volume. During our brief consult, I explained to Joanna, that I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain (due to poor sleep and a stressful month) and she proved to be extremely attentive to my needs. She worked on my most painful areas for a decent amount of time, and after the massage she rubbed my neck with a homeopathic pain relief cream with a similar scent to Vick's rub/Tiger's balm. It was a very thoughtful way to to end the massage. My entire experience with Joanna was great, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing a relaxing and soothing escape from the daily grind or a good old-fashioned kneading of the knots.
