Even though I still struggle to keep up with the exercises, there's a great camaraderie around the group, we fight hard to get it done and the coaches are always there to keep us going. We felt welcomed from day one. That's why we make sure to welcome every new face we see there as well. We are looking leaner and healthier than we first started. But most importantly, we're Feeling better and happier by being part of their family. I highly recommend it if you'd like to take the first step to a better you.

I have issues with my lower back and knee from some old issues from being in the military…read more I used this studio while I was traveling and instead of doing the weights portion, I wanted to do the strider and the rower. I advised the coach, Jenna, that I would be doing that. I've never had an issue with this at literally any other studio. She said I couldn't and that it wasn't part of the program. I tried explaining it was due to physical limitations but she kept trying to pressure me into doing the weight portion and forbid me doing full cardio even though there were plenty of open treads and strikers. Horrible customer service as trying to force people to do things they're not comfortable with can lead to injuries.
