I started working out at Rock Solid Fitness in May of 2012. I combine one workout here with one workout at my local rec center. The workout I receive in a half hour at Rock Solid far exceeds what I take myself through in an hour at the rec. Because Rock Solid Tracks my progress I'm happy to know that I have gained 48 percent overall strength. This has proved to be tremendously important for me in my work as a massage therapist. As a self employed it is important that I stay healthy. I believe the workout that Rock Solid delivers is one of the safest available. After pounding my knees hard in my 20's on ski hills and suffering the results of a couple of spectacular crashes, I have chronic knee and shoulder issues. I was looking to get my knees in shape to retake the slopes this spring after a 20+ year hiatus. Been going to Rock Solid Fitness with my husband since February of 2014. We are both very active, experienced "exercisers" and love sports activities, especially with hubby being a ex college football player. That being said, we have never encountered this type of training before. Twice a week, half an hour, and tons stronger and fitter in just two months! I LOVE Rock Solid Fitness. I have been in great shape in my life, out of shape back in shape, etc. I have done every workout imaginable including trainers, group training, etc. I have done every metabolic test and was even a certified spin instructor. Rock Solid is the best gym I have ever trained at. For just 30 minutes twice per week I have gained more strength than training 5 days a week at other gyms.
