Never seen results like this and I have worked out independently (in stints) for years! On top of…read morethat, I've only been going for a month and change and I'm still seeing results like I've never seen before. They asked me what area was of my most concern the first day I came there. I let them know I had love handles that o can't seem to do anything about. There was one exercise that we did pretty much every day I came there and I had no clue what that exercise addressed. Then one day I randomly googled how to combat love handles the most effectively and three out of the four exercises that popped up on Google when I asked that turned out to be him exercises that they incorporate into every day that I work out there. We are attack a different group of muscles every day but every day, they also have a group of exercises that particularly cater to the area that I told them I was most concerned about on my body. They aren't some bs trainers that watched some videos to get their knowledge, they develop a workout plan that specifically targets whatever area of your body needs addressing the most. They even noticed my posture wasn't the best, so they incorporated exercises to address that as well. They even consult physicians to know how to approach your workout when you have limitations. I can't say enough good things about Cordell and Andrea. I'm so happy that it seems like I found the best trainers that I could have wished for. They're not trainers that just draw clientele because they're nice, they really know what they are talking about and I'm pretty critical when I'm paying for something, I couldn't think of anything negative to say if I tried, I sincerely believe they are some of the best of the best at what they do

This is THE best community with the most caring and experienced coaches you'll find anywhere, but especially in the Hernando/Citrus County, Spring Hill, Brooksville area! We have tried all the local gyms and nothing comes close to the coaching, equipment, cleanliness, or the community. Try it and you'll see for yourself! My family has made this our home gym and we travel a decent distance to get there every day (sometimes several times) - it's worth it!!
