The staff of Pitter Patter truly cares about each individual child and they make sure every single one of them is seen and heard. At the end of the year when they did their last round of testing to prepare the kids for kindergarten my son tested at a first grade level, I think that there speaks for itself. Great building, great staff!…read more My kiddo LOVES to go to her school! The staff is nice and the teachers/assistants are great with the children. The kiddo, even though only vpk, gets homework daily. It's not terribly difficult, but nice to see them challenging the kids. I can tell throughout the year how much my kiddo has grown and learned from this vpk. It's nice to know they aren't "just a daycare".

Kids go through bullying and the staff and principal are not helpful when it comes to that kind of situation. Also your child is set up to fail! My daughter made D's and F's for 3 years straight. No matter If she turned in all of her homework or school work the grades never changed they even went far as putting her on a IEP. I pulled her and put her in private school and my daughter never needed the IEP not to mention she is now making A's and B's, never made a grade as low as a C since she has been removed. When I originally started looking for a preschool for my first son I went to a few very well-known local facilities and was not impressed at all. Each time I walked into the facilities I would just stand and listen to how the teachers were interacting with the children and how the children were playing until someone noticed i was in the facility and then I would ask for a tour. I was never happy with what I heard or saw. When I visited Holy Cross I walked in and just sat and listened I did not hear any children getting yelled at the place seemed very clean the teachers were interacting with the kids respectfully and the children seemed like they were having fun. Another reason why I like this facility is because it's smaller and the teachers and director are women who are a little bit older that are well seasoned and not like the typical younger people who like to be on their phones and not watch the children. I've had all three of my boys attend their preschool program and their VPK programs and I absolutely would recommend this place to everybody. If you're looking for a place that has smaller ratio teacher/child, well seasoned teachers and a clean Facility this places for you. Also the prices are very reasonable if that is a factor in finding the right facility for you.

The IAs ride the bus at this school, but are rewarded with coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts around vacas. This school has Headstart, pre k VE, AND a huge ESE building with all elementary ages catered to. The programs are new and up to date with equipment and knowledge. Very cool playground for the intermediate grades that adds a great amount of exercise. I have never seen such a dedicated cafeteria staff! Rock on, Northwest!
