My child was in attendance here for 5 months & I couldn't get him out soon enough. He was placed in the 2 year old room because there was an opening there. He was 18 months when he started. My son was bitten several times (a normal thing for toddler, yes, but still an issue). The first time, the staff had no clue it even happened. He had 2 bites on his arm & 2 on his back. I noticed them when I got him home. They were severe enough that they left marks for several days. I KNOW my son must've cried when it happened. When I reached out to the teacher & owner about it, the response was "these things happen. We'll keep an eye on him". when I mentioned that he must've cried when it happened. The response was, "well, he cries sometimes." I let his teacher know that if there was another incident where he was injured or bitten that I wanted to be called immediately so I could pick him up. There were 2 separate biting incidents after that. I was not notified like I had requested. He also scratched his leg while trying to climb under a fence because he was not being watched on the playground. He had 3 different teachers in his class. No introductions were made, nor were the parents notified that there was a change. The general vibe in the daycare is very chaotic and disorganized. My son would come home completely filthy every single day. It looks like they didn't bother to wipe his hands or face at least once during the course of the whole day. One day he came completely covered in marker. On many occasions when I was picking up my son or dropping him off, I would see kids climbing all over the place. On tables, in the cubbies, on the windowsills, etc. It seemed like the teachers had no control of the classroom at all. The daily paper that they offer to tell you what your child's day is like was often forgotten. I would have to remind them almost daily to put it in his bag. They also feed the kids a lot of junk food. The meal for lunchtime was usually pretty good, but the snacks were usually sugary cereals, donuts, cookies, cheese, puffs, etc. So I started providing his own snacks from home, which many times were forgotten and he was fed whatever the rest of the children were eating. The staff were very nice people and I befriended a few of them, but as a Day Care, I would definitely not recommend this business. I will never ever ever send my son there again or recommend someone else go there after the experience I had after a mere five months of enrollment. read more

Teachers were great! Truly will miss them and all they've done for my kids. The director on the other hand is TERRIBLE ! My children were constantly singled out (my 4 year had behavioral issues at time) and when she didn't want to deal with it he ended up being on a one strike and you're out kind of deal.. if they had to talk to him ONE TIME on a brand new day I would be contacted to pick him up, which even the teachers found ridiculous! If you disagree with anything she has to say she will tell you to shut up and that she doesn't tolerate being yelled at by anyone or being spoken over BUT yet she is the only one doing any yelling or talking over, you can't even get a word in for a rebuttal without being told you're screaming at her. During any minor inconvenience I was contacted. Then as we all know , children get sick when going to daycare .. well my kids have been terminated from daycare effective immediately because we can't pick them up within 30 min of the first phone call we receive. When I know for a fact other parents work 30-40 minutes away. Would they be able to get there within 30 minutes of receiving a phone call?? It would typically take an hour, NOW if it was a dire emergency we would close and get there as quickly as possible of course it came down to it. BUT Unfortunately I work 30 minutes away , and it takes an hour for the closest coverage to relieve me from work.. (IF I am even at my local branch- otherwise I'm an hour & 10 min away.) their dad works an hour away and has to get coverage before leaving. So UNLESS there is a absolute emergency (then obviously we would just leave work as is and close up shop).. kids come first. but when we get calls over MINOR inconveniences and slight tummy aches Etc, we cannot just leave work out of the blue for things like that without the proper coverage. But I guess that was justification enough to terminate children from daycare where they had friends and love for their teachers. Leaving my having to quit my job because every other daycare has very long wait lists, or private nanny's are asking almost $600 a week and more. I wasn't give ANY notice prior to this termination, I actually had to send a message to the facility to get the story straight. They were just going to have me show up in the morning for our everyday drop off to what?! Find out they can't go and then I have to miss work with NO NOTICE. So unprofessional and the lack of empathy is despicable. This daycare would be great if it was ran by someone else. The teachers are great but Ms. lisa the director singles kids out ( very well could have been racially motivated ) is extremely unprofessional and she has no patience when 3/4 year olds act out every now and again like they do! DO NOT bring your kids here unless you want to have to leave work just about every day, or miss a whole day worth of work over the slightest inconvenience. If you want to be belittled and disrespected and have your children singled out (then this place is for you) It's so unfortunate Ms. X , Ms. T , Ms Gabby and every other teacher from the baby room to the 4year olds and vpk are FANTASTIC I just wish they worked for a better employer, they sure do deserve it. read more

I called All Aboard Academy to get my child put on the waiting list 3 months in advance before moving to the area. During the call I spoke with the Owner Lisa, who told me to call her once I was ready to register my child. Of course, I followed up monthly to make sure she would still have her spot. The 1st time I called I spoke with Karen she said the classes were full and abruptly hung up the phone. The 2nd time I called I spoke with Karen again, but requested Lisa she placed me on hold. Unfortunately she forgot to press the mute button on her end, I heard her ask if she was expecting a call from me and than Karen said she is making some SH*T up isn't she. When Karen returned to the phone she said the owner was not available. I told Karen that I heard her and that was very unprofessional language to use especially at a daycare. She started acting like she didn't know what I was talking about. I would not advise for anyone to bring there children to a daycare who handles the business at such an unprofessional scale. read more

Under new ownership and I can't tell you how much the new ownership and staff cares for the kids. With cheaper options around my wife and I decided to enroll our four-year-old daughter into all aboard academy and she loves every second of being there. Nothing I can write can express the greatness of Hannah at all aboard, she's just awesome with the kids while knowing how to deal with the parents. Not very happy with the school. They lost a payment from when my daughter first started in February and just now brought it to my attention that we "owe" them money. Never missed a payment and they expected me to repay them the payment they lost. Also lost her immunization record and physical if that says anything about their organization. Didn't let me know about it until two days before the state was coming in and they expected me to rush it after five months of not having it. Didn't appreciate teachers doing homework or being on their phones when dropping off my daughter in the mornings. Just not a happy parent. Don't have a lot of nice things to say. read more

Awesome school. Very clean. Teachers are friendly. Very secure with coded front door.

Great Preschool. The staff is great with my child. I can drop by anytime adn see how hse is doing. Ms. Jacky the Director, is very knowledgeable and made me feel ease. So happy I found them. read more
