Very disappointed with this establishment, on my daughters very first day they called her mother saying that our daughter was crying and that they couldn't get her to calm down so she ended up calling me to let me know because she was working and I called them immediately to see what was going on. I tried to explain that when she gets upset sometimes she makes herself throw up because she gets so emotional and they said that was what she was doing because it was nap time and she didn't want to take a nap. I tried to explain that she hadn't been in a daycare in almost a year and it would take some time to adjust and the lady rudely said with a very sassy attitude "well that's why I called to see what I could do to get her to calm down" so I asked to speak to my daughter and then she said that she didn't want me to speak to her because she was calmed down and thought she would start crying again if I spoke to her. I just didn't understand why they didn't start the conversation off with that instead of leading me to believe that she was still crying. I kind of got the vibe right then that this place wasn't going to work out. Of course I ended up picking her up right after I got off the phone with them and I figured maybe I was overreacting and give it one more chance then the next day they sent home a note saying that she was having a hard time listening. Then the day after that my daughter came home and said that the teacher hit her in the face. I didn't see a mark but Madelyn "my daughters mother" said that they were acting very weird when she came in to pick her up and that as soon as they got in the car my daughter said that the teacher hit her in the face. All night we kept asking her over and over and she kept saying the same exact thing until the end of the night she said that the teacher said it was an accident so we really didn't know what to think but we figured something happened but they obviously weren't going to say anything about it. The next day I brought her in just to see how everyone was acting and they were pretty nice as I figured they would be if anything had happened and I walked her to the section of the kids her age she had been going to and told her to listen but told her ahead of time to make sure if anything happened again to tell the teacher that she was going to tell me if they touched her in any inappropriate way and that I would call the police on them. That very day when Madelyn went to pick her up they ended up switching her teacher to another teacher and basically put her with different kids and they also tried saying that she was causing problems and they were going to kick her out of the daycare. This pretty much confirmed that something had happened and they were trying to cover themselves. I would definitely not recommend this place for your child please pick somewhere safer. They are not friendly at all or a family oriented facility like I've read in some of the other posts and they are definitely not a family oriented establishment. Someone from their establishment or friends of theirs must have made those posts to make them look good. All of this happened in not even a week and the following Monday they ended up calling me before noon and I had to pick her up again and decided not to bring her back and they made it seem as if they kicked her out and charged us for that full week. read more

I think they are the best or one of the best in the area. The truth is that my two children go to that daycare and so far I have not presented the slightest problem, very well prepared and educated staff, very attentive and affectionate with the children. I hope they continue like this. read more

I Give them five stars because they are the greatest. They take very good care of your children. If anything's wrong they will call your phone to tell you to come in speak, face-to-face. I can only say that I feel peace since my children are there. I have a three-year-old boy diagnosed with autism. My son went through 5 daycare before being here and he was always expelled for his behavior. But in this center he found the love that is needed to follow his care that he needs. Year 1 update: I STILL love this daycare!! They treat my baby with the upmost CARE ! He is now 2 years old and has grown so much here! I remember when he 1st started they helped him transition so smoothly he would cry every single time & literally week by week a difference was shown! He now knows sign language, he is speaking way more and his comprehension level has increased significantly :)! I love the fact that they operate out of love for every child attending here. Kelly & Kiri at the front desk are always there to help with whatever I need with my little! Every day they send a report as to what activity your child has done and they shower me with photos of him doing different learning activities! Very disgusted with this daycare and how it's ran my child that is an infant that is teething is expected to have diarrhea. I have been called multiple times while at work or before I go into work to pick my daughter up because my daughter is running a fever, diarrhea and vomiting but when I bring her home or take her to the doctor she does not have any symptoms what so ever. Just makes me feel like my child is definitely not wantEd at the daycare and both of the people in the front are very nasty and very rude and I would would not recommend any parent to send their children there and not go through what I have went through. They also were very rude and nasty to my son's Occupational Therapist that needs to come and work with him in a daycare setting and denied him to come to work with him so I would not recommend this daycare for anyone to go to. read more

Read the other reviews and had to post my opposing positive review. We've had really no issues there. At one point we had all five kids there and never had any issue like what is contained in the other reviews. It is an older facility but they keep it up to standards. Staff has ALWAYS been helpful and understanding of our complicated situation. If you want your kid somewhere that he/she wont get dirty, minorly injured, be around other kids with bad behavior, or wont get sent home because of sickness per child care guidelines than don't use a daycare. Nothing unacceptable or out of the ordinary has happened to us here. read more

Apparently, this so-called childcare center has not improved since previous the 2013 posts. This facility seats 3 and 4 year old children on a rug in the "classroom" daily for 1-2 hours, expecting them to sit quietly while waiting for parents to pick them up. They still encourage medicating children. Staff turnover is extremely high, and they continue to fabricate stories to call parents to come pick up children (claiming illness or misbehavior) while still collecting payment for not doing their job. The owner even made a sarcastic comment that it was acceptable to call my grandson's father daily to send the child home, stating my son-in-law doesn't have a "real" job. My child has been there 3 weeks. Every day comes home with a new cut or scrape and something of hers missing or being commented on. Teachers wear open toed shoes, staff is very unprofessional. They'll try to send you child home for anything they can. Got a letter sent home with my child this week stating that is you forget any items (i.e. change of clothes) your child will be sent home. Seriously? My child also came home with a new vocabulary which included profanity. Steer clear of this place. read more

My children were enrolled at this school for a little over a year. I am sorry for being so blunt but, PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE ! The owner and her right hand lady will lie to you on a daily basis about your child and then make the staff go along with the lies. If the staff does not go along with the lies they are fired that day, just ask any of the former teachers. Your child will come home with bite marks, scratches, cuts and bruises all the time. The owner and the right hand lady will tell you a story of how it happened, however if you ask your child you will hear a totally different story. Since the time my children were enrolled here I have lost 3 jobs, due to them sending my children home for temps of 99.9, diaper rash, bowel movements that stink, runny nose, teething and diarrhea. The owners right hand lady will make up reasons for children to go home so they can save on payroll and still get paid from the state. Several times I had to leave work to pick up my children for diarrhea only to find solid stools when I got home. No daycare means no work, and if they send your children home for any reason they have to stay out for 2 days. The owners right hand lady will discuss your personal information with other parents and tell lies whenever she gets the chance. The owner encourages all children to be medicated. I have a hyper 2 year old and I was told by the owner that my child will never be FIXED until he is on medication. They even went as far as giving me phone numbers to doctors that will prescribe medications to my child, because his primary care doctor says he does not need meds he is a normal 2 year old. I was then told that if I didn't get my child FIXED then he wouldn't be able to stay at the daycare. There is a lot of shady things happening at this daycare. I know that it is normal for some children to through a fit when they have to say goodbye to mom and dad, but it is not normal for these children to be terrified. Some of these children sit in dark corners for hours crying for their mom. I showed up early one day unannounced and when I went into the room to pick up my 1 year old his entire face was swollen and red I thought he was having an allergic reaction to something until I was informed by another teacher that he had been left behind a door for over an hour crying. These people do not care about your children they just want your money and make that very obvious. Please do not leave your child in their care. If you can not even trust them to tell you the truth about your child's daily activities then how in the world can you trust them with your child's life and well being. read more
