So when we made it to Old Town and we saw the Xtreme Ninja Challenge we both were yes please let our Ninja Side Fly. The whole experience was reasonably priced and doesn't break your bank, its $15 for a 20 minute session. They have an entire course you can play with four sections all together, the first section is an upside down cargo climbing net that you have to climb on from underneath the net your not allowed to climb over the top of the rope net. In the second section you have to make you way across a hanging ring section where you have to swing from one ring to the other rings to make your way to the other side of the platform. Then you make your way to a section where have to crawl across these log platforms so you can make it across to the other side as well. The forth section is a section where you must stand upright and walk across more moving platforms that are hanging from the ceiling, you have to go from one side to the other in this section as well. Then the fifth section you will have to test your upper body strength, where you have to swing this bar in an upward direction until you get the bar to the top of the platform. This by far was the most difficult section of the course in my opinion. I do not have the best upper body strength not like I had when I was in grade school. The last section of the Extreme ninja challenge is the warped wall, where have to run up the warped wall and grab the top part of the platform then once you grab the top you then let go and slide down the wall. The Xtreme Ninja Challenge can be located in the Old Town Attraction District, which is right off of W Irlo Bronson memorial Highway which is located in Kissimmee Florida. I did the whole course with my nine year old who's nickname is Duckie and he loves doing obstacle courses. The customer service from the establishment was top notch, when I ever had any questions about the course or safety issues the guy running the front had all the answers. The only reason why I am not giving them five stars is because I thought the course could have been bigger and offered more challenging obstacles for you to run through all of that The Xtreme Ninja Challenge was awesome and a very fun place to go with your whole family.

My daughter is obsessed with the water park -- it's her favorite part, and honestly, it's hard to beat on a hot Florida day. The setup is amazing, super clean, and well-organized, and the staff always makes sure everyone feels safe while still having tons of fun. Beyond the waterpark, they do such a great job hosting special events -- there's always something new and exciting happening. I definitely recommend checking their event calendar often because they plan the most creative, family-friendly activities throughout the year. It's also such a flexible and beautiful space -- whether you're spending the day on the water, grabbing snacks, or relaxing while the kids play, it's the perfect place to enjoy time together as a family. A 45 minute session was definitely not enough for them. Next time, we will opt for two sessions I guess...It would be great if they had a summer pass, but from what I can tell, season passes are all sold out. We actually started her volleyball journey at OTVA when she was first learning the game. When the club moved locations, we transitioned to OVA, which is a solid club with directors we truly liked. As she continued to grow and wanted to be pushed more, she then spent two years at Gamepoint. While there were positives, we eventually realized it just wasn't the right fit for her long-term development. Coming back to OTVA has been one of the best decisions we've made. We couldn't be happier with our experience. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in the athletes. They do an excellent job balancing strong fundamentals, competitiveness, and fun, which isn't easy to find. Everyone--from coaches to staff to families--has been welcoming and genuinely kind. OTVA also does a great job supporting players who want to play at the next level, offering guidance and help throughout the recruitment process without losing sight of the importance of loving the game. If you're looking for a club that builds solid volleyball fundamentals, OTVA is it. If you're looking for a club that's fun and positive, this is it. And if you're looking for a competitive environment that helps athletes grow and reach the next level, OTVA checks every box. We're so thankful to be back and highly recommend OTVA Volleyball. This review is based on our experience when trying out for a travel team at OTVA Longwood. If you think that your child will have a good chance of making a travel team at the OTVA Longwood tryouts, think again. Almost all of the girls who make these teams, have moved up from the year before to the same team. For example, their Select age 13 team, the next year will be the Select age 14 team. There are very few spots open for girls trying out. Your child will not be evaluated at tryouts. The coaches already know who is making these teams prior to tryouts starting. The kids who are returning from the previous year, and who will be making these teams, will be seperated from the other kids trying out. The coaches will be watching the returning kids and ignoring the other ones who are trying out. I have known a lot of talented girls who made travel teams at other clubs, but were ignored and cut from this one. Tryouts are a very good "payday" for this club and will be a very sad experience for many girls. OTVA Longwood only has 4 courts, so they are very limited to the number of teams they can have. There are other really good clubs out there, that offer travel teams, where your daughter will actually get a fair evaluation, and not ignored and cut!

ORLANDO SCIENCE CENTER PRESCHOOL REVIEW!!!! …read more Where do I even begin? I want to start with Ms. Juanita. She is one of those educators who you immediately know is doing what she was meant to do. She is incredibly passionate about STEM, education, and learning, but more than that, she is passionate about creating experiences for children that they simply cannot get anywhere else. She goes above and beyond every single day, and you can feel how much she truly cares about the children and their experience at school. I was incredibly lucky to have my oldest son accepted into the Orlando Science Center Preschool when some of our school friends decided to leave our previous preschool for what they felt was a better program. We had heard so much about the Science Center Preschool and knew what an incredible opportunity it would be if we could get a spot. And I am SO grateful we got that spot. My oldest son, who is now 7, truly developed his personality at this school. He wore dinosaur shirts constantly, brought his favorite animal figurines for show & tell every week, and fell completely in love with science, space, engineering, nature, and everything around him. But what I loved most was that the school gave him the freedom and confidence to just be himself. The preschool also taught him something I value tremendously: respect. They celebrated different cultures, values, backgrounds, and perspectives and taught children to appreciate what makes each person unique. That kind of foundation is priceless. My son is now enrolled in one of the top ranked charter schools in the state, and while I am incredibly proud of him and happy with his education and grades, I truly credit the Orlando Science Center Preschool with giving him the fundamentals and confidence that helped prepare him for where he is today. And I have to admit... I miss the dinosaur shirts. I miss the silly Mohawk. But most of all, I miss those daily updates with pictures and videos showing us exactly what our child was experiencing, learning, discovering, and enjoying throughout the day. Fast forward a few years, and I am reminded of all of those things again because my baby, now 3, is officially a Science Center Preschool student. There was absolutely no question in my mind that he would attend this school. He was enrolled in the 3 year old program as soon as we had the opportunity. I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Before starting at the Science Center, my youngest attended a part time church preschool. I want to be very clear that we loved that school and the people there. They were incredibly loving and sweet and will always hold a special place in our family's heart. But having now experienced both environments, I can already see such a difference in the learning style and opportunities when comparing the two side by side. (Ms. Chau, Ms. Michaela my baby loves you!) He WANTS to go learn. For a three year old, I can't think of a better gift than that. My oldest still remembers all of the things that made the Science Center so special. When I asked him what he thought about his little brother going there, his only wish was that he could still go there himself as a second grader. And that says everything. Ms. Juanita somehow always seems to be pulling strings and creating opportunities for our kids, from getting them into special events and theater experiences across the street, opd firetruck surprises, to sending home books, creating incredible show and tell experiences, plays/events for parents and finding ways to make learning exciting and memorable. I still have books that were given to us during my oldest son's preschool years. I still remember the excitement of his weekly show and tell. I remember the daily photos and videos, the weekly take home agendas with curriculum information, and all of the ways the school kept us connected and involved in our child's learning even when we weren't physically there. As a parent, that means so much. You aren't just dropping your child off and hoping they had a good day. You get to SEE it. You get to be part of it. You get to watch them discover something new, make friends, explore, ask questions, and grow. My oldest had such an incredible experience here that there was never a question about where his little brother would go. And now, only two weeks into this new chapter, I am already seeing that same excitement for learning beginning in him. I truly cannot give this school enough credit. Orlando Science Center Preschool is hands down the best preschool in Florida in my eyes. It is so much more than a preschool. It is a place where children are encouraged to be curious, confident, kind, creative, and completely themselves Thank you, Ms. Juanita, and thank you to the entire Orlando Science Center Preschool team, for giving my boys such an incredible foundation and for making school a place they genuinely love. My baby is already so in love!

Every person we interacted with was helpful, courteous, and clearly enjoyed being there. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend this place, whether you're going for a party or just visiting for the day. We'll definitely be back.
