Two thumbs up for Ninja Obstacle Academy! We did my son's 7th birthday party there today & it was…read moregreat! My son likes Ninja Warrior, but we hadn't ever been to this place prior to the party. I can definitely say we will be going back! We had the 12 kid package, but they have a larger package available if you are wanting to invite more kids. It was a great price, which includes two hours of fun & 30 minutes of set up beforehand. The party room is upstairs & you have the upstairs area & obstacles all to yourself during the party time. They start by warming the kids up, then they guide them through obstacle courses for an hour or so, then to the party room for whatever food/cake you bring for about 15 minutes, then open gym for the last 45 minutes. The workers were wonderful! They did a great job handling a bunch of first graders. They helped the kids on all the obstacles, if they needed assistance. Other than the set up (30 minutes before the party) & helping with food/cake when they are in the room, the staff handled the rest. You can bring whatever food you'd like! It's about 5 minutes away from Millenia Costco, so we ordered pizzas, which was convenient to pick up. Would definitely recommend for your kiddo's birthday party!

I came here for open gym on a Saturday morning, just my girlfriend and I. A little background, I'm…read moredefinitely not a ninja myself, but I do frequently go to the gym and try to stay active when I can. I've been to ninja gyms a couple times in Houston and Dallas. When we came in, there was absolutely no one there so we had the entire place to ourselves! Robin, one of the trainers, was extremely helpful in giving us the layout of the gym and answered any questions we had. This place is huge and has a ton of obstacles! There's a kids/beginner section upstairs, which we started at. We then moved on to the ground floor which had all the fun stuff. They have almost every obstacle from the American Ninja Warrior TV show, from the wing nuts to the warped wall. They even have the mega wall (18 ft tall I believe)! I will say, I wish there was the bouncing spider obstacle, but I wouldn't be surprised if they rotate out other obstacles every now and then. Maybe it just wasn't that when I went. Most obstacles are padded so when you fall you don't hurt yourself. There were also extra pads you're able to move around for extra cushion. This gym is every Ninja's dream, both kids and adults alike. I'd even go as far to recommend this place for regular active adults looking for something fun to do in the Orlando area. You might not be able to do everything, but hey, if you aren't falling, you aren't having fun. For open gym, it's $20 per person, which is pretty standard for ninja gyms and we spent about an hour and a half here. Pro tip: come on a Saturday morning. You'll have the whole gym to yourself.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this class. I am only leaving a review…read morebecause, for over a month, I have tried to resolve these concerns directly by emailing the shop and owner, calling, and even visiting in person, but I have consistently been dismissed without any resolution. I had been looking forward to attending this class for over a year and chose to celebrate my birthday here with friends and family. We were all very excited, which made the experience even more disappointing. The class started an hour later than scheduled, despite the website stating that participants cannot join if they are more than five minutes late. There was little to no explanation for the delay. Once the class began, it felt rushed, likely due to the late start. When I asked for help, staff often stepped in and fixed things themselves rather than showing me how to do it, which defeated the purpose of creating my own pottery. I also asked questions about air bubbles in the clay and the firing process but was not acknowledged. This was especially concerning, as I later discovered that my bowl cracked during firing--something I was specifically worried about. Additionally, the glazing and firing processes were not explained at all. When we moved on to painting, we were left to figure things out on our own without guidance. The class is advertised as making a bowl, but the final product was much closer to a small trinket dish, which was another letdown. On top of everything else, they lost my pottery when I called to check up on it and it had to be found. Given that we spent several hundred dollars, I expected a much higher level of instruction, organization, and communication. The overall experience, combined with the complete lack of response to my attempts to address these concerns, has left me deeply disappointed and regretful that I chose this studio.

Once the waiver is done you go to the cashier who was very helpful and nice. Once everything is paid they issue you your wristband and the kids can start playing. I like that they have different areas with all kinds of activities to bounce around. They also offer bowling and laser tag. They play pretty good music too while watching the kids play. We got the $40 package and it came with 2 rounds of laser tag, 1 game of bowling, and unlimited time on the trampolines. Also there's a $4 charge for trampoline socks. For $40 I thought it was a reasonable deal, especially if you want to beat the FL heat and keep the kids entertained for hours.

This daycare has truly been a blessing, especially when you don't have family nearby…read more My two children have been here for almost three years, and the experience has been amazing from start to finish. The teachers and staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. I want to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Christy (Director), Mrs. Margaret (Infant Room), Mrs. Patricia and Mrs. Alex (Young Twos), as well as Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Arushi, and Ms. Shay. They've all played a big part in our children's growth and happiness. The entire team is patient, loving, and always willing to listen to concerns and support your child's needs. We're moving out of state, which is why I felt it was important to leave this review now. Our most recent experiences have been just as positive as when we first started--which says a lot about their consistency and dedication. We're truly grateful and will miss this daycare so much!

They do not allow exceptions for outside food OR re-entry...which is an ADA violation. I was informed of a re-entry fee, so we called right after we left the rink to explain our situation (because I didn't feel comfortable disclosing medical information in public, with children present) and was reassured that we wouldn't have to pay a fee. When we arrived just a few minutes later, the cashier was nice but confused, so she asked the man at the front door. He refused to let us back in...he gave my kid a weird look and just kept saying "if want to come back, we're charging you again!!" I believe this was Michael, based on other reviews mentioning him...
