My toddler could be here all day. Price for 1.5 hour of jumping was only $20 after tax. You have to buy the socks but I've seen other kids with their own. They do a good job controlling the crowd by scheduling jumpers. Seen lots of birthday parties hosted so this is definitely a hopping spot for a party -see what I did there ;). They have a small arcade area and a more innovative jungle gym that appears to be new. Bathrooms are large and equipped with changing tables. The Flying Squire is a huge trampoline park in Lutz right at Collier and 54 next to Grace Family Church. It is giant inside! Besides trampolines they also have a small zip line, a rock wall, foam pits and a gladiator style beam for "jousting". There is also some food such as pizza and ice cream as well as limited arcade games. We came for a 4yr old birthday party and the kids really had a great time. The supervision of workers is very minimal so I highly suggest running around and keeping close eye on your child (as I'm sure you would!) as there are people of all ages mixed in the main area and the little ones can easily get trampled. The trampoline socks are mandatory but actually very good because they help minimize slipping and are tight to protect the ankle. They have them for sale of course at the front for a reasonable price. I wish some of the areas were more supervised, especially the rope swing and jumping wall which land right into each other and kids very easily can squash one another. This was a bit stressful for me even being right there with my daughter as of course most kids were not being supervised and just doing whatever they wanted. I would bring her back as she had a blast, definitely with my husband in tow to help! read more

My kids love Flying Squirrel as a way to get active and beat the Florida heat. My daughter loves it so much, she asked to have her birthday party there. We obliged. For a little over 300 dollars we were provided jump passes for ten kids (for two hours), pizza, water, a decorated table and custom sign. They did a shout-out and picture session in the middle of the jump arena as well. A party planner from Flying Squirrel took care of everything and made the experience as hands off as possible. Flying Squirrel has a fenced in zone for smaller kids. Sometimes my four year old will go in there but most of the time he wants to jump in the main arena. The main arena has jousting, balancing, swinging, zipline, rock wall, basketball and dodge ball areas all around the outskirts of a huge central area with floor and skeeball style trampolines. These stretch across the massive, open arena. While the areas are policed by employees as much as possible, a lot of policing must fall on parents. I've been there at times when there is adequate coverage by the workers and other times where there doesn't seem to be any workers around. read more

We've been here for a birthday party and came today just for fun. My kids are 3.5 and 20 months old. Only the 3 year old was with me the first time but I had both with me today. Let's start with the positives: The place is very clean! It's bright so you can keep an eye on your kids. There's seating areas for the adults, cubbies for shoes, and lockers to store your personal things. They do have a food area and the pizza is surprisingly really good! There's a big kid area and an area with a sign for kids under the age of six. The price is reasonable. Areas of improvement or words of caution: This is for "all ages" but younger kids, like mine, can easily be bounced pretty hard by the older kids if they are in the main area. Because of this we went to the under 6 area but big kids kept coming in with no regard to the little ones and no parent supervision. I looked around for a staff member to see if they could help intervene but all I could see was staff playing with other kids. I finally had to call (since I couldn't leave my kids unattended) and ask they send someone to help. Today the food area seemed a little understaffed but the staff that was there was pleasant so be prepared to wait a little while to order at times. Overall, it's a great spot (hence the 4 stars) and we will definitely be back, but will probably bring extra hands. Be sure to complete your waivers online to speed up the process! read more

You can complete a waiver online or near their front desk on the computers they provide. Forgot your jump socks? They sell them for $3.75, all sizes. They offer toddler rates - which I love! They also always have fun promo's available online so be sure to check that out. They have a cafe but I've never purchased anything from it yet. You can celebrate birthday parties here as well and they provide flyers at the front desk with pricing. (Also available on website.) They have ab arcade and I believe they also have lockers to purchase. This location has a virtual Top Golf Swing Suite, too! Their bathrooms are pretty standard and to be honest, not always very clean or well stocked. Sometimes I have to bounce from stall to stall to find toilet paper. They also only offer hand dryers, no paper towels. Which is great for the planet and less trash! They have a ton of areas to run, jump, shoot hoops, a tumble pad, foam pit with ropes, and rock climbing wall. The upper level has a tightrope walk and a few other fun things for kids of all ages. They have a toddler area for children 6 and under - very appropriate for tiny kiddos who also want to shoot hoops or jump into a foam pit away from the bigger, sometimes rougher kids. On Fridays and Saturdays they have neon lights night for 2 hours at night - SO FUN! The lights cut off and it's black lights with bright neon colors everywhere. The music is always fun and family friendly. You can bring your own water inside. They have cubes everywhere if you wish to store your shoes and belongings (at your own risk). Because this was probably one of the happiest hours of our two-year old's life. --- --- --- My wife had been wanting to bring our son here for a while now, so we finally carved out some time on Mother's Day. What better way to celebrate motherhood than by watching your child laugh for an hour? As is usually the case, he was unsure of things when we first arrived. He needed some coaxing to see how fun things were. And he didn't love having to put on the weird socks that they require everyone to wear. But before he went into a full-on meltdown, I picked up and ran to an area with dodgeballs, because I knew that would intrigue him. After about five seconds, he was ecstatic. The funniest part of the day was when he was on regular ground and still trying to bounce-jump like he was on a trampoline. I guess it's easy to be confused when you're two and like 70% of the ground around you is bouncy. We loved dunking on the basketball hoops (both for kids and adults), the ball pits, the giant balloon that you can just fall into and even just the free jump zones. But probably my favorite part of the experience is that masks are not required for customers. I read in some of the older reviews that they were required at one time, but as of May 2021, that is not the case. There's a ton of physical exertion that goes into these activities - wearing a mask during that would do more harm than good. Kudos to Flying Squirrel for that decision. Long post warning but filled with important information. We have a child who never asks for anything so when she asked for her 9th birthday party to be at a trampoline park, we made it happen. This place seemed amazing and even though it was a drive for us and our family, we chose Flying Squirrel. Scheduling the party was easy and done online. Once complete we were called to finish setting up things such as name, theme, colors etc. We were given instructions of how the day would go, what to do at arrival, rules, and policies. Masks are required but not necessary when jumping. There were many people not jumping or eating who weren't wearing masks so I don't know how strict their policy is. Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a VIP room. Originally we just got the table to save the $50 as the party was already over $300 for 10 kids. To be upgraded to the private room was nice as we just has a newborn so the extra privacy was nice. We assumed it was because the tables were overbooked and once we went back they were all in use so we assumed right. There was an additional charge for socks at $3 a pair as a requirement for the trampolines. Our party was 2-430pm. We were told the kids had 2 hours of jumping and 30 min for food and cake AT THE END over the phone. One hour after jumping they brought the party back for pizza. Okay, we weren't told anything other than the kids needed to come and eat. So we assumed food and cake now? We stayed in the room for a little bit and finally found our host who then told us the kids could go jump again. Okay....30 minutes gone. My sister in law then went to order an extra pizza or food for the adults where she was told no, it was for birthday party guests only...okay we are a birthday party AND they had a menu in the room of food we could order since outside food wasn't allowed. What?!? Also at some point someone asked for a pitcher of water. At 4 the kids were brought back for cake. We sent the kids back to finish their last 15 minutes at 4:15pm just to keep getting told their jump time was up. When I asked them why they kept sending the kids back as we had 15 minutes left, we were informed our party time was up at 4. I let them know our party was until 430, they said the last 30 was for cake and cleanup. Excuse me?!? I pulled the hostess aside and explained to her that she pulled our kids away for pizza for our thirty minutes where she stated the pizza/eating is come and go as you like. Excuse me again? Where was that information when you pulled them off the floor and sent them to the room to eat. Seems pretty important to mention that it's a come and go thing as our kids would have rather jumped and eaten on the way out the door. This was pur first time here and what we were told on the phone was not what happened. Now this is where things get wild. We go to check out. All the kids socks that needed to be purchased outside of OUR child, the additional jumpers (separate charge) plus their socks, and I kid you not, the pitcher of WATER, that the parents of the bday child did not ask for, was charged to OUR card. Yes they charged us for TAP WATER which is free in the state of Florida by LAW ($6 for a pitcher of TAP WATER). Did I mention their water fountain was BROKEN/OUT OF ORDER????? When we questioned it they said they charge the water as they do bottled water! What????? However, gave us a $2 discount for our troubles. So now we have a birthday party package, 2 additional jumpers, 13 pairs of socks, and WATER charged to our card. NEVER AGAIN! The establishment cost us over $400 to have a party at a place we chose, during a pandemic, that we didn't have to choose and yall charge us for WATER!!!!!! Then tried to charge us for an extra jumper who was under the age of 3!!! Be warned! The manager acted like he didn't care because he was getting paid regardless and our hostess was not any better. Never again. Do not let anyone order anything without your permission as your card gets charged, not the people ordering, bring your own water as they can't tell you no, and make sure parents pay you up front for their kids socks and additional jumpers. Better yet, go to a different trampoline park and save yourself the headache. read more

Me and my family typically enjoy this park as it is always an enjoyable experience until recently when me and my family came this past Saturday. The whole dynamic between the workers seem off as if they are on edge or not comfortable with each other. I was talking to one of the workers and they informed me that they recently got new management and ever since things have been feeling off. Anytime i tried speaking to one of the new managers it seemed they were in the kitchen doing who knows what but i wanted to voice my concern on here for the new managers. In hopes for them to do a better job at making their team feel more comfortable and be as lively as they were with Kevin(previous manager) who always made me and my family feel welcome and comfortable being there. Not quite what I expect it to be. Came here with my 3 year old toddler and I felt like he may be too young for this place. Maybe us coming here for the first time during spring break didn't help. We came around 3pm and packed was an understatement. It finally cleared out a bit by 4pm. There are time frames as to when you start "jumping" and it's by color wrist bands-- not really enforced it seems like. Think they may announce it over the speakers when certain time is up but with a bunch of kids screaming, jumping and the music going, you can barely hear the announcement. It's a bit confusing as to which area is designated for certain age (if there's any). The younger section is allllllll the way to the back which I wouldn't have even known if I didn't come with a friend who was here for a birthday before. The areas were not really monitored as kids from all ages were able to go different areas of the place. At one point a guy came in the toddler section and told the older kids if they were not 6 or there with a younger sibling that was under 6, they couldn't be in the area as they were much older and playing too rough on trampoline and throwing blocks. Hope the cleaning process is thorough before and after. I didn't see any cleaning/wiping in between the sessions as there were sweats on the mats from the kids. We only did the 60 mins and I think that was plenty for my toddler. He had fun but I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon. read more

On a busy Sunday afternoon, there was one staff member working the front desk equaling a 30 minute wait. Had a phenomenal experience today. The staff upon entry won me over with their high energy, I all of a sudden channeled my inner youth and became super excited to match that of my kids. The trampolines are epic, and the place is huge! Perfect for families and little kids. There is a zone for kids 6 and under that was perfect for my toddler. That area was not packed so we were able to roam freely with my little. My big on the other hand literally jumped from here to there to everywhere. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will most certainly be back as regulars. I did not try any of the food as we had already had lunch prior to coming there but looks like it's the usual concession type food. Don't go here if you want to bring your kids to bounce with them and have a good time because you'll have worker there who is blonde with braces who's supposedly the "lead" to continuously come up to you rudely not once, not twice, but three times to ridicule you for things you weren't even doing. Apparently you can't hold your kids hands when they fall bc you "can't hold your kids hands" and you'll be accused of doing "popcorn" when your kids are sitting and bouncing. What a joke. Super fun place!! All the different trampolines and jumping activities are so much fun. So many things to choose from. It's a very easy place to accompany your kids while not participating. The set up is very user friendly and the staff is very nice! I wish I had took pictures without kids to post, but they all have kids in them. The only thing that bothered me was the socks. They are super tight and really hard to put on. I had medium for my son 4.5 kids shoe size and x large for my daughter women's 7.5. The socks were so difficult to get on. My daughter needed 10 minutes to get these socks on with my help. My son's I had to exchange. Couldn't get them passed his toes. I went and just got an extra large for him instead. Still difficult to put on. All our friends were already jumping (they also had a hard time getting them on) and I was still trying to get the socks on my son. I did brainstorm an idea for next time, so hopefully it will work. I washed the socks and put each one on a Lysol container to dry. Hopefully that will stretch them out for next time! read more
