First time coming here today although been wanting to come since they opened. Finally felt comfortable in coming given the COVID pandemic. They open at 10am on Sundays so we came at 10:30am in order to avoid the crowds. Getting the passes were easy, just got on their website and purchased the jump passes ($16) plus $4 for socks. Signed the waiver online as well. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member who found our reservation and gave us the socks and sent us on our way. This place is huge! So vibrant inside and very clean. There is plenty of seating available for parents. They do require masks to enter and you have to keep them on even while jumping. Staff members are located throughout the jump area to monitor as well. My daughter and her friend had a lot of fun jumping and taking part in some of the other activities in the arena. They also have TopGolf simulation available and massage chairs if you opt for a nice massage while the kids are playing lol. The food area was not opened and the water fountains were closed off. They did have a water cooler where you could purchase water. Recommend hacking this place out. We definitely will be back. read more

The people working here are rude. I bought 10 jump passes/socks for my son's birthday get-together. Was told we couldn't even SIT at any of the tables (even though I bought drinks and food). They hounded us until I moved my son's presents outside. If you pay for a $500 party you can bring cake and presents. They went out of their way to embarrass us and harass us. (Teenagers run the place, btw.). *was also dirty- all the socks the kids wore were BLACK afterwards. Drinks were spilled in the floor by customers and left to sit while teen workers sat behind the counter ignoring it.* read more

Lots of fun here for the kids. They really do have a blast but the price for a birthday event is simply outrageous. To get a small room(painted black for some weird reason) with zero decorations, no A/C (there's a miniature dirty old fan screwed onto the wall that barely moves air around), and 4 pizzas is just over $600 for a party of 20 kids with 2hours of playtime. I just can't get over that price point. I can understand somewhere around $250-300, but $600+ is ridiculous. Minus 2 stars for the price. There's no liability for the business since all participants must sign waivers, so I can't justify the price. read more

We have been here several times and they never disappoint! It's NEW, so everything is bright and CLEAN!! Masks and socks are mandatory, of course. They have tons of trampolines, gymnastics floor, climbing pit, rock climbing, dodge ball, basketball, hit the wall area and a ZIP-LINE!! Slushies, drinks, and other treats available. As well as a few chuck e cheese/dave n busters type games to play for prizes. I highly recommend. Student, first responder, military and veteran discounts! Birthday and TOP GOLF rooms too! read more

My daughter had a great time here. Brought her along with 3 other young kids and they all enjoyed themselves. Personally, as a parent, you can become a bit overwhelmed because it's bug enough you feel like you might lose the kids. But so long as you communicate on exit strategies, etc. It's def a good spot to visit to let the kids let off some energy. read more

My grandson had soo much fun. There were lots of birthday parties going on and you could tell everybody was just having a great time. We would definitely consider doing a birthday party here for him. My daughter and I sat and just watched all the kids. It was nice because he could just run around the whole place and we felt safe. We will absolutely be bringing him back here!!! read more

Took my 6 year old today for the first time right when they Opened. Saw they offered a military discount which was really nice. We had to buy the socks with the non slip pads and that and one hour jump was 12 which wasn't bad. They had drinks and lots to do for him. Bathrooms and everything was nice and clean. There was lots of parking and lots of restaurants in the same strip. Will be back. read more

I'm in the minority from the reviews but I had a very different experience here. It was a busy rainy Sunday and I figured this place would be busy and it was. Unfortunately they didn't have enough staff to accommodate all of the guests. I had pre-paid for that jump passes and ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes just to talk to the front desk person to check in. Luckily they gave us some extra time on our jump passes. The place is nice and clean and has plenty of activities for the children and adults. I was not impressed with the staff's ability to direct some of the more wild children that were running around the place and running over other children. I felt like there should've been enough staff to let them know they needed to slow down and follow the rules as with other similar places I've been to. With Covid-19 it's very hard to keep masks on children especially when you are jumping and running around, but I didn't feel very comfortable here and will wait until the numbers are down before visiting again. Great new place, just what Lutz needs, just recommend a little fine tuning and more staff training in my opinion. read more

We arrive at this facility and pay for 90 min of jump time. We go to secure a locker and the card reader is broken. The manager had come over to fix our problem promptly. Unfortunately that was just the beginning of our problems at this location. We decide to get some food for the kids. A meat lover pizza, two soft pretzels and some drinks. We stood at the register for 15 minutes before we had to ask if we could be helped. The employee told us someone would be there in 2 minutes. They were not, it was more like 10. We ordered and were told the pizza would be 10 minutes. After 30 minutes we had to ask about our food because we had none of it. After about another 10 minutes the pizza was brought out, but no pretzels. As my Husband was eating a slice, he pulled out a long piece of plastic that he could have choked on. At this point we still had no soft pretzel, so yet again we had to ask where our food was. After about another 15 minutes of waiting, the pretzels were brought out. The degenerate they have working back in the "kitchen" had informed us that even though we had paid for pretzels with cheese sauce, the cheese sauce that was warm was no good and had to be thrown away. This worker then told us we could wait for the cold cheese sauce to warm. We chose to wait for it to warm. Another 20 minutes go by and for the fourth time we had to ask about the cheese. The same degenerate then takes the still cold cheese sauce and puts it into cups, instead of telling us it wasn't warm yet. I would also like to point out this same degenerate employLee wasn't wearing gloves. This place is an absolute joke and a waste of time and money. Would not recommend to anyone! I would give them negative stars if possible. read more

Adults must be vigilant. Wide open spaces lots of room for fun and creativity. Little ones have fun too, as long as adults are supervising that they don't get trampled. Technology is not kept up-to-date, several machines do not accept debit cards or large bills $20. read more

Good place and nice trampolines but after visiting with my 3 year old he had skin infection. I am 99% sure it is from this place because all day we were home and we went there in the evening, and I noticed some looking like fly bites that night. After that it started to grow and expand on his stomach and legs. We went to pediatrician and they said it was skin infection. We had to take antibiotics. Really questioning how properly they clean mats and trampolines. Hope they will be strict on cleanness as we liked the place read more

We originally tried to purchase discounted tickets but they were sold out. We decided to go anyway and check it out. Check in was very easy so our visit started off good. We bought one hour jump passes. The kids kept getting in the line to do the zip line. After waiting a while they went back to jump so they didn't loose their time as the line was long. We noticed there was nobody in line so they tried again . They came back with sad faces and told us they wouldn't let them do it. I walked over and asked them why they couldn't do it. I was told their jump time ended at 4:00 and it was now 4:01. I'm sorry but I feel this was ridiculous! I didn't even realize their time was stamped on their wrist bands. I was waiting for their color to be called like every other trampoline park we have visited. Anyway, I feel one minute shouldn't have been a big deal. It was also hot in there and we weren't even jumping. It's way overpriced and we won't be going back. read more

This place is A M A Z I N G! I absolutely love the atmosphere and all of the attractions they have. Lots of other trampoline parks are super overcrowded with attractions that nobody uses. This place definitely makes the most out of their space with stuff that kids AND adults actually want to use. Definitely doesn't give off a KIDS ONLY vibe, super fun for all ages. I even saw older folks jumping here and having a blast. The staff is extremely accommodating and makes the experience 100x better. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted enthusiastically and all of the trampoline monitors were engaging and super nice. This is definitely the cleanest entertainment facility I have been to yet. The staff is always cleaning, with spray bottles and hand sanitizer stationed all around the park. I can tell that they put effort into making sure everything is sanitized and safe. They also support first responders, military, veterans, college students, and special needs customers. Not many places give such a huge discount for them. 100% recommend this trampoline park over any other, and I've been to countless. They even allow other place's trampoline socks. read more

I'm giving 1 star because my two boys enjoyed the little jumping experience they had, however the customer service here is absolutely poor and unprofessional. We were there celebrate my sons 3rd birthday. Because there were only a few of us, there was no need to purchase a party package. I proceeded to ask one of the ladies at the front desk if we could use the cafe' area to cut a small cake. She responded saying "yes, you have a small party so that would be fine." We began to open the cake box then out of nowhere Alisa and Kelsie came over to tell us that we weren't allowed to bring outside food. I then explained to her that I asked permission & was given the okay. Alisa & Kelsie explained that it's their policy and that we could use the picnic tables outside. My family and I closed the cake box & agreed to use the outside tables. We still had jump time so we were in no hurry to leave the cafe' area. The two girls stood over us as if we were going to sneak to eat the cake. I let them know that we still had jump time and preferred if they didn't stand over us. The two girls were so rude, they began to harass us by continuing to stand over us stating, " you all have to leave now, you're making other families uncomfortable." I asked "how are we making others uncomfortable, when were just sitting here"...their response was "because the cake can't be here, you need to leave now." We were harassed to leave and discriminated against all over "a cake". Their unprofessionalism was absolutely unnecessary, we are paid customers like everyone else who agreed to move outdoors once our paid time was over. We didn't deserve to be mistreated, harassed or discriminated against when their lack of communication amongst staff & lack customer care should been addressed. My family was beyond embarrassed and my sons 3rd birthday ended horribly. read more
