I wanted to love this place. Sadly, I can't recommend it at this time. The first impression, was…read morean almost pitch black parking lot, in an industrial/sketchy neighborhood. It was supposed to be a Tiki bar and considering some of the areas we've found gems, we pressed on. Once we reached the entrance, we saw two Polynesian masks, unfortunately, once inside, no totems and almost no "Tiki" drinks. We tried a Blue Hawaiian, which was not up to par, though ok, for the environment. Initially, we were greeted by Country Music, in a supposed "Tiki" establishment. They do have a few nice tiki roofs and even two of the staff (I assume the owners, were wearing Hawaiian shirts). Televisions were abundant, unfortunately, the bathroom situation at present is "mobile". Upscale port-a-pottys. The string lights they have outside, big bulbs and over half of them off when we went. Now for the service, we were greeted by a sign that said seat yourself, it was rather busy, so we decided to sit at the bar. We saw five bartenders, some of whom saw us sit down and get done with the menu, but they seemed more dedicated to their phones than their jobs. I had to get their attention. Five of them and not a single one seemed to care initially. Moving on, the place is right on a lake and if they actually put effort in and promoted it, this could be a spot. In it's current state it needs serious help and some better quality drinks and servers. I can't comment on the food, saw bad reviews and considering the "Tiki" drinks on offer, I didn't want to waste any more money. Hopefully they'll take this review into consideration and improve.

I absolutely love this place now! The new owners took over on July 1st, and they've already made…read moresome incredible improvements. One of my favorite upgrades is the new deck--you no longer have to walk through sand and end up with sandy feet, which makes a huge difference. The drinks and food are very reasonably priced, the new staff is friendly and attentive, and the service has been consistently great. They also have live music four nights a week, which adds an awesome atmosphere. With its beautiful waterfront setting on the lake, great food and drinks, fun live entertainment, and welcoming staff, The Tiki Cove has become one of my favorite places to relax. It's clear the new management is doing an amazing job, and I highly recommend checking it out!

The two ladies working were very friendly but not that attentive or even in the building that often. I normally order a green tea but after a quick chat with the waitress I ordered a white peach tea on her recommendation which was excellent and a perfect accompaniment with the fresh salad that was served. The scone was perfect but the tiers is where I found the food to be a bit lacking with what I suspect to be store bought sweets and quiches. The cucumber dill sandwich was the best savory bite but I wasn't impressed by any of the sweets. I throughly enjoyed petting the sweet kitty named Marmalade after I paid for the tea experience. The room itself was very quaint but the floor is definitely unstable which is to be expected from a shed room. Overall I don't think I'll be back but it was a nice one and done.

I have now been here twice and have to say that both times I thoroughly enjoyed myself!…read more I have drove by this place many times and never equated it to being a quaint tea room until it was introduced to me. From the outside, it looks like a red barn thrift store. But it's actually this cute, charming thrift shop in the front, garden space in the middle section, a store front in the back side and a tea room with inside and outside seating by the pond in the far back. I love the fact that the inside tea room is stocked with different eclectic tea cup sets and that each table is decorated with a matching set for the guests. I like that you are provided a menu of the teas of the day to choose from and there is one from black tea, green tea, herbal tea and a specialty flavor. It gives a nice variety for the table to enjoy. The finger sandwiches/pastries are just the right size and I absolutely love the balsamic dressing that goes with the salad. Tea time has become one of my favorite things for a nice little time away from all the hustle and bustle of normal every day life.

Paid extra for coffee and they served iced coffee instead of regular, hot coffee which was what was paid for Would never recommend this place.

The amount of upgrades and add ons they have done since our booking was really mind blowing. Our guest could not tell us enough how great of a venue choice we made. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful and really helped to make the day extra special. Despite all the changes they went through in that year leading up to our date, they always kept in contact and made sure we had all the info we needed. Overall the look of the venue, staff, food, drinks and all other accommodations were perfect and I cannot thank SoireEstate enough for all there help in making our special day perfect!!

I have a beautiful corner office surrounded by windows--it's incredibly comfortable and inviting. One of the things I love most is the networking opportunities here. Everyone is so friendly, especially the staff. Tina and Keely are truly some of the best property managers I've worked with. As someone in the real estate industry, I recognize a well-run management operation when I see one, and this team is exceptional. All of the common areas are welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The parking is convenient, and the location is extremely accommodating--right off Dale Mabry, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Overall, the customer service is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Signature Workspace Northdale anytime and every time.

I also asked for honey on the side so I could create my own "hot honey" moment for the chicken. It quickly gained popularity for its contemporary design, spacious suites, and excellent service and, as of 2021 had over 500 hotels. There are several of these hotels in Florida. This particular one is located on the northeast side of SR 54 and Suncoast Parkway intersection. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking around the hotel. The hallways look very new in their design and are bright and clean. We got an upper floor room. The rooms are single-room suites with a desk with a wall between the bedroom/bathroom and the sitting area. The sitting area comes with a couch, desk and small kitchen arrangement. There is a single TV shared between both spaces. The room seemed well-kept and functional. There are many hotel choices in the area and it is close to several restaurant choices which made it convenient for our stay for the quality and the price. There was only one challenge to my stay there. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily and it did not get cleaned at any point in our multi-day stay. We had to ask for towels each day and the front desk staff seemed questioning when I informed them of the issue. Still, the room was nice, the location is convenient making this a good choice for staying in this area.

The standout dishes for me were the yuca fries--crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. I've had yuca fries before, but these were on another level. Then there was the watermelon salad, which completely surprised me in the best way. It was refreshing, balanced, and paired beautifully with the rest of the meal. I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did! The steak was also cooked perfectly--tender, flavorful, and served with a sauce that brought it all together. My only regret is not getting more of the sauce. Chocolate covered strawberries was the first dishes to be devoured. Not only was the food excellent, but Diego was also professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the process. If you're looking for a caterer who can deliver unique, memorable flavors and top-notch service, look no further! I can't wait to hire him again and try different dishes of his.
