Open area. No walls. Just noisy.

I purchased the epic experience for my daughter's 9th birthday. It was an epic fail. We had a 2 month old baby with us and a stroller. The place is not ADA compliant as we were told to go two flights of upstairs. There was no elevator or ramp. Based on the website and my receipt, I thought I was getting a room with four walls and a door. Instead we had an open space upstairs. I complained to management. She was very nasty and condescending. I explained it wasn't a room, and she tried to convince me it was. I asked if anything could be done like put us in an actual room or take something off our bill. She was very rude and said nothing could be done. They didn't announce her birthday on time. I had to ask them to do that. They left the presents downstairs. I had to go ask them to bring them up. They didn't have her name written on the board. I asked why. The staff member said she didn't know how to spell her name. Her name was on paperwork. We had to yell to each other because there was no noise cancellation. I am beyond disappointed, and I will NEVER book another party at this location again. All my mom friends agreed to not book with them either. It was just a hot mess.

This is a great venue for kids! An excellent place to throw a kids birthday party in winter! We just came home from celebrating my daughter's third birthday here, and with the temps as cold as they are, an indoor trampoline park was just what we needed. All the kids who attended had a fun time. The staff took care of us, we're very friendly, and overall I thought the food and drink deal package was reasonably priced for the 2-3 hours of fun everyone had. Totally recommend!

Sky Zone is a great place to let the kids unleash some energy, and stop staring at their ipads. But it's also a place I can only tolerate for an hour with all the noise and bright lights and people running around. Even though I don't jump, I feel like I did when I leave. I've been to this location before, but neglected to write a review so here it goes. I think when I first stepped into Sky Zone, I was really amazed and in awe of what it was. A place to jump on a bunch of trampolines? How cool is that! As a kid, I would have loved to have had something like this in my life. I only saw trampolines when I was on the gymnastics team, so this was a big deal. Now that I've been there several times, I'm less enthused. And I think the kids felt the same. I was expecting them to do nothing but jump, but the majority of their time was spent jousting on big balls trying to knock one each other off. This particular Sky Zone had a running slanted wall that you try to climb up, a tightwire of sorts that you try to balance from one end to the other, and basketball, along with the jousting. At the end of the day, the kids had fun and expended some energy, so that's all that matters. Not my favorite place to be, but it's not about me, right? By the way, currently Groupon has a deal for $19 to jump for an hour for 2 children. Just be sure to pick the right location. Somehow I picked the wrong one, and ended up paying twice. AHHHH!

Here with my son. It's a good size and for 2 hours my son still isn't ready to go. Its pretty big with lots of different areas. Today is Thursday at 4:30-6:30 not busy or too full. It's $30 for 2 hours and they had a free giveaway while we were here. we won a free 30 min pass and a free tshirt The staff is friendly and I faced a lot of my fears.

Sooo how did my 26 year old self and boyfriend end up here? We drove past it and got the urge to bounce around for 30 min. We felt like kids again. It was really fun!! Customer service is great! Which is what I was look for. Great place to let loose and kids truly enjoy themselves.

I have to admit, this place is well managed and really fun for my kids. The price is why I likely won't come back often. $20 a kid for one hour of jumping on trampolines is a deal breaker for me. I'll come back only in desperation but this couldn't be a regular outing. I think most people that come are here for their first time and don't come back (or come back rarely), which is a disaster for sustaining a business. Consider changing that price structure.

It's one of those places that never gets old for them and every visit feels fun, exciting, and welcoming. We've spent so many great days here over the years from birthday parties, to rainy Saturday play days, to making it a tradition to attend their monthly Parents Night Out (which we never miss!). It has become such an important part of our routine, and our girls always leave happy, worn out, and smiling. They look forward to it and constantly ask to go! What really makes this place stand out is the staff. They are genuinely so kind, patient, and caring, and they've always made our girls feel safe and supported. It means so much as a parent to walk into a place where you know your kids are welcomed with warmth every single time. The gym is clean, safe, and such a great space for kids to explore and play freely. It's a place where they can move their bodies, build confidence, and just be themselves ...and that peace of mind is everything. The owners are absolutely wonderful and you can truly tell they care. Monkey bars, a few different climbing activities including the rock wall. Swings for the babies and they even have a peaceful room. My kids spent most of the time with all the toys. Parents are welcome and encouraged to play with the kids. There was a employee there cleaning after the kids so I can stay organized. It's was $19.99 for one child and $17.99 for the sibling. A session is two hours long which I find reasonable. The goal was to get the kids tired and it worked out exactly that way. My kids did not want to leave and I'll definitely be bringing them again soon!

They are actually looking at the children and paying attention. There are a few seating areas for parents placed throughout the facility. We live in in-town Atlanta near the zoo and have done the tree top quest there many times. You can't really compare this one to that and I think most climbing/zip lining places (like we did on our last summer trip in the old city of Montreal which has a fun one) are different. I thought the price tag (around $45) was on the higher end but given the time you spend here it's definitely more reasonable than I thought at first. Even after probably 2-2.5 hours my 8 year old didn't want to leave. For the little ones, they have a smaller course which probably won't occupy them quite as long, but it's also cheaper, and he (my 5 year old) also enjoyed it as well as the trampoline in the sky ball throwing place. Skot, the manager who helped us get set up, was super nice and friendly. The staff in general were helpful here and the tutorial for how to use the harness and hooks seemed to suffice, although at times we would have liked for more people around. Part of the course being so spread out is that even on a busy holiday weekend, at times the kids were really by themselves. The thing that maybe stands out the most about this place is how independent it is. At times the kids found this frustrating but I think it inspires independence, helps build confidence, and ironically the lack of help at times maybe ends up being more of a plus. It also means that there are fewer bottle necks assuming you aren't doing the course with a big group, as there are many points where you have to wait for someone to finish the section before you go. The scale of the place also helps thinning out any sort of lines. It's important to understand that there are a series of levels and difficulties and different courses within the overall park/terrain and it's a sort of choose your own adventure situation. In this way, you can hook and unhook yourself to these different courses as you transition and walk within the space. My daughter really wanted to advance past level 3 and had gained the confidence to do so, but you have to be 12 or older for levels 4 and up. From a weight perspective with some of the course set up (and zip lines), I think this makes sense and ultimately my daughter loved it and still didn't want to leave. We saw quite a few teens there who seemed to be enjoying themselves too, but they said there were fewer zip lines and more obstacle type situations with the higher levels. I would definitely come back here and especially as my younger one gets older (I think it's 7 and older for the bigger course?) try some more of the tracks. There are also some snacks at the main ticket place where people standing by can munch. Be sure to wear closed toed shoes
