My nephew had his thirteenth birthday at Sky Zone Trampoline Park two weeks ago. This location was crowded on Sunday and a tad bit unorganized when it came to checking in to prepare for the party. The staff was friendly and professional. The package that my sister bought included the children's food and jump time. My hubby and I used Groupon in order to save and the offer gave us 2 hours of jumping for 2 people for $29.99. I believe the other adults paid a little more at the counter for one hour. We jumped from 4 PM to 5 PM and then had pizza and drinks in a separate room upstairs. Sky Zone had several jumping area tasks. They had a foam pit, basket ball, swings, a dodge ball area, various free jump spaces, and a toddler dedicated area. They also had plenty of seating including an area for adults to chill away from the noise and watch TV. Sky Zone gave us a work out in that hour and we all had a blast. The pepperoni pizza was delicious and tasted like they made it fresh. Overall, I recommend Sky Zone Trampoline Park! I will try to make it back soon with my family. read more

I just wish they would clean the place up. It is so gross. You can tell from the finger prints on the glass doors before you enter that they don't care about cleaning. The floors are filthy and the be prepared to see things bounce other than you on the open floor trampoline (lent, wrappers, gum, hair, etc). I went this morning for the SkyFitness class after 4 of my friends had raved about it a few times and this was not only a let down, but pretty dangerous. Let me give the lowlights. So the first class is only $5 - with a $1 fee for "convenience" and you have to buy their socks for $2.14 - so really it's $8 plus. But still, not too bad. I had done the waiver online and brought the paperwork in with me and my printed ticket - I had read Kristin B's review and had the heads up to do this. I showed up a few minutes early and man, there were already a ton of people there. Our instructor was barking orders before I could change into the socks and I had to quickly change and find my square. Clearly, there was a wide range of different fitness levels, so I did not feel out of place at all. We started our stretching on the dividers between the squares and so far, so good. Next, the trainer had us bounce on our square to get a feel for the trampolines - some people were getting pretty high - me I was trying to get a feel! It was a lot of fun and I was getting tired quickly...but in a good way. Then came chaos. So there were 46 people total in this class - scary considering there are 48 open squares of trampoline. Also, there were two kids (twin boys) who were probably about 8 or 9. There should NOT have been kids this young as they could not keep themselves in check. The trainer brought us down to one end to do "snakes." This is when we do sprints up and down the trampolines in a line - okay, this would be great if there were less people (and no impatient children). Thank goodness Tanya C. warned of the trickiness of the dividers and how to run over them or I would not have been prepared. Now, I got almost to the end of one row of the trampoline when twin #1 came long side of me, cut in front of my and double-bounced on my square and WIPEOUT - face first for me. Luckily, his mom or aunt was behind me and helped me get up and scolded him (btw, this did not stop his behavior). Back up I went and started to sprint and twin #2 came up and I stopped short to avoid a crash and my foot went under the divider and WIPEOUT again. And I was done with a wrecked knee - thanks. After my exit from the snakes, I went back for the next exercise. Since it involved more sprinting and still there were 44 people (2 had tapped out, including the aunt/mom who had also wiped out thanks to the twins) and the trainers were not controlling the children and their willy-nilly jumping - I decided to tap out as well. And there I watched - more wipeouts thanks to twins jumping past slower adults and causing accidents. Now, at least 3 of us complained to Tony, the Manager. He could not have cared ANY LESS. No offer to refund, no offer to fix the problem, no action on his part at all. We spoke to him again at the end of the class and he blamed - wait for it - the trainer!! He said we needed to discuss with him how the class works. NO SIR. You RUN the establishment. Limiting class size, having your trainer manage behavior within the class (i.e. children causing injuries) is all YOUR responsibility. And by the way, customers complaining about the class - you do something to fix it. You never blame someone else. Believe me, I know. Customer Service is my business for 20 years. You failed CS 101. BTW, comments to the trainer during the class were ignored as well. Unsafe and not fun. If I go back it will be because they limit the class size to max 20 people. read more

There wasnt a room for the $240 birthday I booked. The staff claimed they did not know we were coming as it "just popped up" to notify them when we walked in. During their jump time, which was about 5 minutes delayed, we had no room to put our things in and the kids did not have access to drinks during this time. Everything felt very disorganized and rushed. I am very disappointed and feel the services did not match the amount of money I paid. read more

Well, today was a big ole customer experience and customer service FAIL for Sky Zone. On the experience side, I showed up for the 9am Sky Fitness class about 10 minutes early, registered, paid, got my new socks (no more provided shoes), and proceeded to the class area. By the time the class began, the area was SWARMED with people. Counting instructors, there were about 50 (!!!!) people in the single class. I have been to Sky Fitness class here a few times, and usually class is 10-12 people. However, this time nearly every small trampoline was filled, and they had let young children participate as well, when previously I had only seen adults allowed to take this class. Since much of SkyFitness is circuits where only one person can "go" at a time (like the "snake" where you run down each lane of trampolines), there was a significant amount of down time between activities today. Additionally, the small children were darting between the adults, violating the one person per trampoline rule. Because there were so many people, you also could not hear the instructor's instructions at all. My friend noted she had a shoulder injury at the beginning of class, and rather than being offered modifications for the upper body exercises (which she asked for), she was told to just skip them, leaving her with 15 minutes with nothing to do. It was a poor quality workout because of the downtime, unsafe because of the crowds, and a rotten deal because at $10 for a single class, it's not exactly cheap. However, my experience could have been redeemed with good customer service. Ten minutes into the class, I stepped out and walked to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. I explained to the manager on duty that there was no way this class was safe because of the extreme crowds that were well above the typical maximums. I explained the presence of unsupervised children was unsafe. I explained the poor quality workout because of the long lines to do anything. And, I explained that this was not the experience I paid for and was unhappy. His response? "Sorry." That's it. And when I re-iterated my complaints upon leaving? He said he couldn't do anything and blamed it on the instructor! Um, no sir. You are the manager. You are responsible for the safety of your facility. You are responsible for the actions of your staff. And unless I'm mistaken, you have the ability to issue refunds, give free visit passes, or issue other remedies. I gave you and Sky Zone the opportunity to make it right for me at multiple points during my visit, and you did not. I did not get the services I paid for, and neither did the other 49 people who were crammed into the facility. As someone who previously spoke very highly of the workout at this location and brought numerous friends to take part, I can no longer recommend it and will try the other locations of the franchise instead. read more

I've been to Sky Zone twice now for their SkyFitness class. I've never actually been to an open jump session so I can't rate them on that (although I would probably give a low rating if I were due to the stampede of kids that came running towards us after the first class). I didn't actually realize that Sky Zone offers fitness classes until a friend suggested checking it out. They offer a $5 introductory rate for their fitness class. Additional classes are $10 each. You can also get a monthly pass if you plan on going often. This location is not the most convenient to me, so I just continue doing one-off classes. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect for this workout. I thought maybe we would just be jumping the entire hour. You end up spending about half the class doing jump things and the other half doing regular workouts that focus on your arms, legs and core. You can either wear their special shoes or go barefoot. After doing both options, I would suggest going barefoot. It's a lot easier to do some of the jumping and running across the trampolines without the bulky shoes. It's really a great workout and it's something different. There's usually about 15 people in class. I'll keep dropping in whenever I get the chance. read more

I'm a huge fan of Sky Zone for their adult fitness classes which are pretty brutal but amazing! Depending on how many people show up, they will decide to use a smaller more private court (which I prefer) or the larger wide open court where people usually sit and gawk at you sweating your ass off which is kinda awkward. The classes, depending on who is instructing them, are incredible and they advertise you can burn up to 1,000 calories in one hour. Believe me, you will feel the burn the next day and absolutely see results! My favorite instructor is former military and really pushes his class (but in a good way!). My pet peeves: 1. When I signed up for a membership almost a year ago, they offered the classes both morning and evening. Since, they have reduced the number of classes making it harder for me (and others) to attend in the time frames offered. 2. They've had turn over from the instructors and sometimes it can be a crapshoot who will show up. The majority of the staff seem and look very young and when they fill in, it is usually apparent they don't know how to properly run an exercise class. They need to remember not everyone has done this countless times before and as a safety precaution, brief explanations sometimes should be said to make sure everyone is getting the same experience. I hate seeing someone in the class confused and not enjoying it because their not really sure how to do something. 3. Several times I've experienced instructors showing up late or starting the class late to accommodate more guests. In my opinion, if the class was supposed to start at 8am and people showed up at 8am, start the class on time. If you're going to chose to wait for more guests, then make sure the class is still going to be an hour long. More often than not, they will start at 8:15 and end at 8:55 which isn't what we pay for. Hour means hour. 4. Some of the younger instructors tend to socialize too much with other employees during the classes and create a disorganized often confusing environment. I don't recall the kid's name but one in particular frustratingly does this every class and it drives me insane. He'll literally start saying instructions and will get distracted by someone walking by and shout something their direction and then forget where they left off. Ugh- this isn't high school! 5. Lastly, there should be an age limit. I've seen kids (youngest was 9) participate in the classes and while I think it's awesome their parents are encouraging them to work out, an adult class is not the right environment. Also, if they make the decision to host the class in the larger area, they need to pay more attention to prevent kids from jumping into the area who just want to jump there. Last year, I often experienced classes with VERY young children accidentally interfering because nobody was paying attention and someone could have gotten hurt. All in all, I really do like the fitness class they offer. I wish they were able to do more classes and hire more professional instructors, but that will come with time. I really do enjoy the classes I go to and feel they are truly what you make of them. If the instructor is making you confused or uncomfortable, do your own workout and enjoy being an adult jumping on a trampoline! read more

Was visiting the Roswell area for a family wedding- Took my eleven year old twin nieces to burn off some energy. They were literally bouncing off the walls! I run a child care facility and we're always looking for a new place to take the kids on days off-- we came in over spring break and I couldn't be happier with the place! I found dealing with the group reservations a little tedious on the front end, which made me wary, but once we got there everything went smoothly. I would say definitely just go ahead and get everyone to sign paper waivers rather than dealing with the online system-- the woman I spoke to pushed the online system but then didn't give us a way to check that before we left, so then we had everyone sign the paper ones after all to be on the safe side. We signed up for an hour worth of jump time and, to quote one of the kids, that's all you need at SkyZone! I jumped for maybe 10 minutes and wore myself out, but the kids were going full blast the whole time. They loved the foam pit, and as the director I appreciated the safety measures they put in place (alternating rows to jump), and at a dodgeball crazed camp... well, they were pleased as punch with the dodgeball arenas and the staff was nice enough to open up one more since there were so many of us! (we brought about 53 people for the trip) The only thing that almost grossed me out a teensy bit was that on the website they said they required socks, but we got there and everyone was barefoot. I work with kids, so I'm not easily grossed out, but it was a tossup for me. The socks would have made the trampolines way slicker, but they also had special shoes if you wanted to wear something on your feet so I'd recommend those for the squeamish among us! We included lunch with our package at a super cheap price, something like $3/ea for two slices of pizza and a drink. They had us set up in the "skybox" upstairs which the kids loved because they could go over to the walkway and look down on the trampolines. The pizza was really yummy, not your usual concession stand ick, and one of the staff members told me that they make them on site from start to finish. The staff was so nice and brought us endless pitchers of drinks (a lot of places are very very strict about how many pitchers you have) so that everyone got their fill. All in all, we spent about $18.50/person with tax which made this one of our cheaper field trips and we will DEFINITELY be keeping this one on our list! One of our counselors ran in to a woman who said she purchased the space next door to put in a laser tag place, so I'm thinking that Emily K and I will be having a super awesome day of awesomeness out here soon! read more

Wow! What a great place for kids of all ages! We recently had my son's birthday here (10 years old). Kids loved it! And to be honest... At 41, kinda wish I was playing too! And there were kids of all ages (parent in the know too!) out there! We are coming back for sure! I'd recommend the shoes though! Not only for ankle support. But they allow some NASTY bare feet out there too! Not enough to ding a star (But close!) So reasonably priced! $18.00 for 90 mins. Side note to parents... Best advice I got was 60 mins is not enough for the kids and 2 hours is brutal for parents. Ha! So true! I was having a blast watching the boys... First time check... 15 mins! (had to check 3 sources to confirm). Waited for what I felt had to be close to over... Just short of half way. So, if anything time moves slower in this vortex! :). And I enjoyed every moment of it! If you don't mind screaming kids, it's a pretty good time. And a very good workout. The boy & I went last Friday with another couple. Apparently it just opened recently, but the staff seemed pretty well organized for a bunch of high school kids. They sell jump time in 30 minute increments & you can add on more time for a discounted price. They give out a sticker that has your start & end time on it. I thought that was a little annoying, but apparently they don't believe in the honor system. You can either wear their special shoes or go barefoot. We opted to go barefoot. We got 30 minutes to start out because none of us have great cardio endurance. They have 3 dodgeball courts divided by age, a basketball area, a foam pit, & a general jump area that's just a bunch of squares. We started in the jump area. I can't remember the last time I was on a trampoline, but I forgot just how quickly you can wear yourself out. We alternated between that and the foam pit. The foam pit was separated into lanes & they called alterating numbers. It's logical for safety reasons, but makes competing with your friends a little more difficult. Overall, it was a good time. I would definitely go back, but probably try to plan it on one of their 18+ nights. read more

My 10 year old LOVED her first visit to Sky Zone. Tickets can be purchased for a variety of time lengths. We paid $14 for an hour of jumping. The facility is in what appears to be a previous Home Depot location and literally is filled with wall-to-wall trampoline areas. The entire facility was extremely clean, and staff members in each area prevented crowding and unsafe situations. This is a brilliant concept and a wonderful choice to increase physical activity! read more

The most offensive, disrespectful, and downright distasteful experience I've ever had. I booked a party for my 6-year old, and not only were we attacked by a Sky Zone employee, but this same employee called her parents who showed up and attacked myself and my guests in front of our kids. I've never seen anything so ghetto. Yelling in our faces, telling us to meet them outside. Her dad, a grown man, screaming that he would "handle" us, again in front of a building filled with innocent children. After the security guard removed the ridiculous parents of the SkyZone employee from our section, the mom screamed that she is a former SkyZone manager and would handle us as well. And she did just that. She called the police and conspired with the SkyZone manager, who is her former employee, and had us kicked out of the building. After speaking with the police, they suggested I reach out to SkyZone corporate, press charges, and file a lawsuit. My baby's birthday party was ruined. We sang happy birthday to him outside in the parking lot. I am disgusted and I intend to follow the police officers advice immediately. SkyZone corporate, you will hear from me first thing Monday morning. read more

Lots of fun for everyone except for mom lol. I watched my peanut figure out how to jump around on a trampoline for the first time while chasing a little girl and a ball (a riot) while my husband was beating the crap out of his brothers in dodgeball. Its 2 dollars for socks. Yes you have to get socks. Yes those specific socks. Yes there is a difference. Drinks are a reasonable price, food is too. They have a workout class for adults which is cool. Its $14 for an hour of letting your kids tire themselves out. No those stickers really don't stay on. No, no one cares as long as you have socks. Seriously. Its all about the socks. Dont come at peak times in the summer unless you like being mobbed by crazy kids. read more

I thought all they had was trampolines but there's actually so many activities to do here! My group was age 3-38 years old and we all had the time of our lives here. They have basketball hoops, a game called wipe out where you have to jump over an inflated banana or it'll wipe you out, multiple ninja warrior courses, a dodgeball room, tight rope, and ramps to practice running up. We all had a great workout and had so much fun that we returned the next day for round 2! read more

Lots of fun for the kids! I take my kids and their friends here often. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There's a nice lounge area w/tv's on the second floor for adults to kick back while the kids do their thing. Food is typical for this type of place, service is quick and my kids like the pizza...:) The individual play areas appear safe, clean and well maintained. On the very few occasions I've seen kids getting a little to "enthusiastic" in an activity, staff was quick to step in and control them. Staff is good about keeping kids moving through activities. We do keep are visits spaced out though. Last summer I was taking the kids once, or twice a week and they starting complaining of back pain. Always a fun experience, but be careful not to take the little ones there over and over again....:) read more

This was our first time to the Roswell location, usually at Kennesaw. This location offers more variety of activities. Less dodgeball though and that's what my boys love to do. They were chunked in with some pretty big kids, in Kennesaw they have age divided courts. I had to pay close attention, didn't want the little guys pounded by middle schoolers. Overall, decent experience. We did have an issue with some of the employees who appeared to be high school aged. We were waiting near the foam pits and a group of employees were talking very loudly, using very inappropriate language (dropping f-bombs). Not cool when little kids are around, you are on the clock, and it's really said very loudly. I took the 9 AM workout class today. It was fun and challenging, especially considering I have not worked out in 1 month. I definitely had to stop and catch my breath sometimes because I am not a cardio girl and we did a lot of jumping and moving. Cardio was the reason I took the class so it worked out well. We've come several times and purchased the 8-10 pass. Unfortunately it's busy on a Saturday so we have to wait 30 minutes before we can jump since the mobile site for waivers isn't working properly. Worst experience ever. Bought 4 tickets online at 8:31 pm for my kids, the computer offered a guarantee jump time for 9:00 PM which we selected. Drove all the way to this location to be told that we can only jump for one hour because they close at 10:00pm, Even though we paid for two hours. I'm furious over this and these are grounds for litigation. I feel like based on this company's policies they are violating the trust of the public And sanctions should be imposed on them for these practices. read more

My son's 10th birthday party was held here on 12/16/12. The kids did have fun. The birthday party set-up was pretty standard, guests arrive, place their gifts and jackets on a wheeled cart with the birthday child's name on it, sign the waiver and wait for the fun to begin. Well, somewhere between the fun beginning and the pizza lunch, the gifts and some of the jackets on the wheeled cart went missing (and were never found). While my son was upset, I was mostly disappointed for the parents of his guests who took time out of their busy schedule to pick up a card and present, only to have the incompetent staff at Sky Zone Roswell lose those items (along with a couple of jackets). The manager has yet to return my call several days later. So if you are looking for a place to host your child's birthday party that may potentially lose the gifts, lose personal belongings and offer a poor customer experience for the paying parents, this is the place for you. Your child will likely enjoy the jumping activities but they may very well leave their birthday party with nothing more than a free Sky Zone t-shirt. Oh yeah, and you will really enjoy explaining to your child that they still need to write out thank-you notes (common courtesy), even though they don't have the tangible evidence of a gift. read more

If you've ever wanted to fly around the air like a ninja or slam dunk with ease, Skyzone is the place to live out your fantasies. It is spacious and clean. Numerous attendants man the facility and enforce safety measures. It's also a great way to exercise without the burdensome, traditional workouts. My hour of bouncing flew by and it wasn't until I was walking to my car that I noticed my calves aching. This would also make for a creative date idea. read more

This place was ok before they installed the new Ninja course. Trampolines come with inherent risks, but this course, along with the swing and trapeze adjacent, is poorly designed and DANGEROUS. As soon as I saw the new course I said this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. But of course you sign your rights away to that in the waiver. I watched one boy repeatedly falling from a sliding bag yelling in pain. Fall the wrong way you get a broken neck, choke yourself or knock out teeth. My son used the trapeze and because of the POOR DESIGN he ended up smacking his head HARD on the unpadded platform. This kid is tough but he was in serious pain and ended up at urgent care with a mild concussion diagnosis. I am appalled Skyzone would install something so CLEARLY badly designed and dangerous. We asked for ice for my son but would not give us any until we filled out an accident report. We left instead. I can assure I will never return to any Skyzone with my family. I wish I could give no stars but 1 is the minimum. This place is horrible. Actually no I take that back. The place is great but the STAFF is horrible. My son saw an employee get yelled at due to letting in too many people by their shift leader and didn't say anything. But once the manager came out to tell him to go home for the day for slacking on the job , he tried to save the employee by telling the manager that he saw people jump in behind his back. The manager Mariah SNAPPED on my son telling him that it was none of his business and that she would kick him out if he "butt in again". I talked to her about the incident in which she began to use vulgar language and told me to teach my child how not to interrupt adults. I have no clue how she became the MANAGER OF A KIDS TRAMPOLINE PARK with that kind of attitude. Needless to say I gave her a piece of my mind before I left and I am NEVER GOING BACK.
