Went here with my friends (we're all teenagers) and it was really fun. We did decide to wait to go a little bit later in the day since it was crazy busy and full of younger kids when we first arrived. I'd go again! read more

I wish I could give no stars but 1 is the minimum. This place is horrible. Actually no I take that back. The place is great but the STAFF is horrible. My son saw an employee get yelled at due to letting in too many people by their shift leader and didn't say anything. But once the manager came out to tell him to go home for the day for slacking on the job , he tried to save the employee by telling the manager that he saw people jump in behind his back. The manager Mariah SNAPPED on my son telling him that it was none of his business and that she would kick him out if he "butt in again". I talked to her about the incident in which she began to use vulgar language and told me to teach my child how not to interrupt adults. I have no clue how she became the MANAGER OF A KIDS TRAMPOLINE PARK with that kind of attitude. Needless to say I gave her a piece of my mind before I left and I am NEVER GOING BACK. Thank you Mariah for ruining a good place with lots of potential. read more

My kids are 9 and almost 13. My younger son had his birthday party in Suwanee (Roswell wasn't open yet) in October. My older son was making his Bar Mitzvah and wanted a non-traditional party with kids only. He really wanted to have his party there because he is a really active kid and so are his friends. We met with the General Manager and asked him to create something that would allow us to have a large number of kids, but yet have them feel like it was a step up from a birthday party. From the minute I met with him, he was willing to do anything to accommodate our requests and create a great atmosphere for the celebration. He created a unique package that was fair and agreeable from the get-go. I fetl what he presented to me was not only fair, but he did so many little touches once we signed on, that is was well worth the price we paid. My son had 50+ guests attend the event and even after 2+ hours of jumping, no one wanted to go because they had so much fun. The attendants were able to control the environment, yet be flexible enough to allow the kids to have a great time. This was the smoothest part of my weekend. They were amazing to deal with, professional, positive, energetic and welcoming. If you are even thinking about giving this place a chance for any event, I would highly recommend this establishment. I had absolutely no concerns. From a hygienic perspective, I watched them disinfect the trampolines and feel very comfortable in the cleanliness. This is a first class place that kids can hardly wait to come to. As a parent, you are grateful to work with such fantastic people. If yelp had 6 stars for those rare places that deliver exceptional service, this would be one I would give it to. THey are incredible!!! read more

Check in takes way too long, especially when 2 of the 4 check in monitors aren't working.

Great fun for kids and adults. Love this place. Food is great and staff is very friendly.

I came for a Birthday Party and was told 30 different things to do. Nobody could help me get checked in. Finally 30 minutes later we get checked in and my kids only have 20 minutes left to play. Worst place and was way too overcrowded. read more

Good place. Fun for kids. Not really an adult place. A bit pricey, but overall had a good time. I like the socks too.

Awesome place for a birthday party. We just had my 8 year old son's bday party at SkyZone Roswell and it was awesome. The staff was so nice and helpful (and there were plenty around to watch the kids). We had a private jump room, but they allowed the kids to wander to other areas as well. Once we were off to the upstairs party room, the employee helping us was so patient and nice and wouldn't let me do a thing! They even took pictures during the party and combined the pic into a video that the kids watched while eating! My son and his friends had a blast! We would definitely recommend it! read more

Fun for the kids and I took an exercise class here and wore myself out! Kids had a great time. read more

Too crowded. My youngest kid got hurt. Looks like fun and good location. Rude teens behind the counter. read more

Not so much. Can't do this. Can't do that. Can't sit here. Can't sit there. So many rules. Takes the fun out of it. And don't go if your tot is under age 3.5 or 4. There are so many rules, it makes it hard for a little tot to explore. There are no allocated areas for little kids. read more

This is a great place for kids with reasonable prices. Parents can watch from the bench or at the dinning section. Children climb , flip , tight rope, jump, dodge ball etc for hours. Popular with teenagers is weekend night jumping. Summer fun in the AC. read more

I did not like how they handled my party. I book my party August 12th to make sure that I had everything I needed. They promised my a floor level room and photos from the party the day of the party. 15 min before I was suppose to decorate for my party they switched my room and gave my room to another family. They told me there were not any other floor level rooms. It was an inconvenience for my guests who have a baby in a stroller. I paid for my photos only for them to say write your address on the back of a receipt paper so we can mail you a thumb drive. Then to top it off they threw half of my cake in the garbage because they were rushing me and my guests out of the party area. I will not be ever bringing my business back to this place or having a party here. I'm not sure if it's the company itself or if it's this particular location. But I would not recommend anyone spend hundreds of dollars and skyzone not fulfill their end of the deal and trash your cake that you paid money for.!! I'm unsatisfied with the way they did things!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!! read more

Very crowded which I expected on a Saturday. And the waiver signing process was a little irritating because the signature page has a touch screen component but the screen wasn't cooperating. But the experience was great. I was there with some other couples celebrating a birthday. It was a fun outing to do outside of the usual dinner and drinks. Close your eyes when you jump into the sponge pit or else it will get in your eyes. read more

Very disappointed in the food service and the food service manager. Food & drinks didn't come in time, pizza was cooked half way when I mentioned to the service manger I think her name Sara she was unprofessional in her answer, had very bad attitude.l was chocked with her answers and her facial expressions read more

This SkyZone is great for hosting parties, it is the most spacious location I have seen in Georgia. It even has two floors for parents, but I think that is also where the parties are held, so that is a con. I didn't see any additional rooms for the parties, so this might not be the best place for a birthday party or get-together. They have three dodgeball arenas, but only used two when I was there. They have a lot of different arrangements of the trampolines; there is one "jousting" pit, a tall ramp that you have to try to run and climb up it. The open-jump part is massive, there is more than enough space to jump in. The sign-in and waiver computers are a little difficult to operate, and the staff are not helpful. In fact, the employees at the main desk are not very nice, and one of them even ignored us and was a little sardonic towards us, which was not welcoming at all. read more

We had my daughter's bday party there yesterday. The staff were so polite, kid friendly, patient, and organized. We had a party guest who had a cast and despite her not being able to jump, Destiny and Kennedy bent over backwards to make sure that guest had a great time, even though she couldn't participate in jumping. Some of the very best customer service I've ever received any place. It was such an easy party experience as the parent...I didn't even have to slice cake or serve one drink. Highly recommended. Thank you Destiny & Kennedy!!! read more

This place is run very poorly. The kids are not trained well and make the check in process as difficult as they choose, depending on their mood. Nearly every waiver computer was not working properly. As each person began the on line waiver consent they would have to wave down an employee or go find one in order to complete it. You would think one of the children working there would stay at the computers to assist people. In spite of buying tickets ahead of time and doing waivers for 4 different children the girl had us redo them. After doing so, my friend had stepped away . I had to find her so the girl could scan her receipt again and enter the last of the 4 waivers. It took 30 minutes to accomplish this. The girl was rude in the process. The 4 tickets that were pre purchased also included the cost of socks. The girl then asked how many we needed, (she would have seen that 4 had been paid for) however, we only needed 2 as the other children already had them. She did not bother to credit us for the others. If you are going to run a business with a bunch of children, at least train them, guide them on how to apply actual customer service! It should not be this difficult to check in especially given the cost!! Don't think we will return... read more

I do not recommend this place for birthday parties at all! Unorganized, chaotic, and overall stressful/frustrating experience.

Fun place for the kids and I have a dedicated area for the little ones for that under which I appreciated

Kids do have fun the few times we have been but unfortunately each time I go the costumer service seems terrible. Maybe the one in Suwannee is better. read more

Worst place we have ever chosen to host a birthday party. We got there early and were still late getting started. Our check-in host appeared to be new and was not sure of what she was doing. Our guests had to wait to get started, and nothing was explained (it was our first time there) Our host never came to get us to go to the party room, i had to find her. We were taken back late and were EXTREMELY rushed the entire time. Then a third hostess came in and she had such a bad attitude, she kept rolling her eyes at us as she rushed us. F-- read more

I have a scathing review about a month ago. I got convinced by my son to come back for Spirit night and yet again THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! We have an email stating spirit night is 4-9 and would be $10 during that time for a 1 hour jump. I work, as does my husband, so I had my husband rush home by 6 so I could make sure my son got to make it to jump for an hour with his classmates. When I arrive at 6:30 I ask to jump for an hour as part of the elementary spirit night and showed the email. They said they close at 7 and would not honor the email that it was in accurate. I highly doubt the school would send an email to hundreds of parents making up hours. I emailed the PTA president and she confirmed there was a contract between the school and corporate for $10 per hour of jump from 4-9. The manager was extremely rude when talking to me. I will be speaking with the PTA president to ensure we don't go back there for spirit night. read more

We had a less than satisfactory experience last weekend. The birthday party set-up was very disorganized and the staff could not have cared less. Once they even disappeared for 10 minutes and just let us stand there. No one was able to help us. We will not be back. read more

Today, I went with a friend and my 10-year-old daughter. None of us had ever been so we did not know what to expect. We had a blast! After reading the fitness prudes who think a great place like this isn't going to have children...get real. I applaud the parents who value the fitness activities of their children. SkyZone was both fun and physical. I love places that can bring out the kid in individuals of all ages. Great job SkyZone! read more

This place is a very fun and enjoyable place, but I was at a birthday party and the people working didn't know it was a reserved court and random kids played also it took them 20 minutes to start a game. read more

Absolutely awful. My son had a birthday party there and the staff were absolutely the worst. Our party host was lost, rude, unfriendly, and not available at all. I had specifically requested and paid for a private court and had asked her as soon as we arrived to open that court. instead, she let all the kids roam around sky zone (5 yr olds) and had the court closed. As a parent, it was exhausting trying to talk to the staff and to ensure none of the kids were lost. Absolutely awful. We will not go back. Save your money and have a party somewhere else. read more

I had a terrible experience, last month I went with a friend to this sky zone and my parents filled out a waver for me to go. Now I'm here again and they said my waver isn't in the system, this is a problem because my parents aren't with me, since I'm here with a friend and I'm not 18 or older yet. My mom drove an hour to get here so she could fill out the waiver and once she finished filling it out, the computer broke, and we had to go to the back of the long line behind the people we were in front of, on top of the time it took for us to get to the front of that line. We asked for a written waiver since the line was so long, and the woman working there told me I couldn't. We waited in the long line and halfway through, THAT computer broke too. Then they handed out paper waivers for us to fill out by the time we actually finished that waiver, all of my friend's 2 hour jump was over, and we had to go home. I give this sky zone the worst possible rating, it was a huge waste of time. read more

If at all possible avoid the Roswell Ga. Sky Zone location staff is very unprofessional. Being that it was my families first time going to Sky Zone I advised the staff at the register, and then asked for the appropriate instructions on getting started. She politely advised me go sign the waivers and then come back to pick the time 30min 60 min 90 min. etc. We chose the 60min so we were schedule 6pm-7pm and it was already (6:15pm). I'm not a complainer no biggie so she ask does everyone have on socks I said yes except my toddler I need to purchase a pair for her. So I was given the socks along with my receipt with no further instructions beyond that point. So I go to the next person that I see in uniform and advise that this is my first time here we just paid what to do? He advises that were going to get read the safer procedures ok. Then he starts telling us the safety precautions I was thinking where do we put our shoes and belonging I see lockers that are like 50cents and I didn't bring any cash just my debit/credit cards. He then directs us to some free cubby holes. Ok so finally shoes are off we are all so excited ready to have fun, When after waiting to play dodge ball we were stopped and advised we couldn't cause we all didn't purchase the Sky Zone socks which were bright orange socks. So by now I am so upset because had I been told this initially I would have bought everyone the specific socks as requested. I'm explaining to the staff again this is our first time ever coming here she walks us to the front laughing while I am just sooooo upset making me even more angry she had my husband going in one direction in line and me in another. To the point where I actually say to her "Do you see a smile on my face?" "Does it look like I'm laughing?" Only God knows what time it was when me and my family actually got a opportunity to play but I can definitely tell you it sure wasn't the 60 minutes we paid for ! read more

activity might be great, customer service is non-existent. My son lost his phone there in the foam pit in December (totally on him and me for being silly enough to let him take it in the first place). I called the next morning and was told we couldn't come look (even though the findmyiphone was still telling me it was there). Then I got the runaround for a month from 3 different people about when and if the foam pit was going to be cleaned out (each time being told a different date for the cleanout and promising to follow up with me if it was found). A month of wasted time, each time giving them my name, description of the phone and my phone number. So if your kid has a phone, don't bring it because if they lose it, you certainly won't get any help from the staff there. Clearly noone seems to be in charge and following up on anything that's told to customers. I won't be spending another dime of my money there. read more

This was my first time at Sky Zone and it was a great way to end the Memorial Day Holiday having fun with my nephew. I got there and thought , wow this is a very interesting place. I found my sister and nephew and saw the sticker that showed his time to play with all the great stuff. I noticed that many people were leaving and so my nephew wanted to play basketball and then do the mosh pit. A young girl said that it was closed since no workers were up there. He tried to shoot the hoops, but the young employee said that there was only one ball and that they were closing. What angered me is that a teenager was hogging the ball and not even giving my nephew a chance to play. Sorry this is not your personal basketball court. I went directly to the counter and asked to speak with the manager. She stated that today they closed at 4pm and asked if we had gone to the website. Uh no we didn't and she did apologize even though it seemed forced. She apologized for her rude staff and we said, why did the cashier not tell people that were paying for tickets that they closed early, the manager could not give a good answer and did not even offer a refund or a discount for the remaining time that we had which was 15 min. $20 is a lot when you don't get the full experience you paid for and to top it off , a rude staff. My nephew who is 7 years old was extremely upset that he could not use the full time and thought that he wasted his mom's money. On top of that he said he does not want to come back to this location if the people are going to be rude. Like I posted in a comment to the owner or general manager of this location. Common sense is that if you are going to have Holiday Hours or Special Hours at that, you should post it everywhere , not just your website or your facebook page. Post it on the door so people can see and another thing, don't charge people for times that are not available. Needless to say we will not be back to this location unless something changes with their staff. My nephew would rather go to the other locations further from our house then right around the corner. read more

Me personally I love skyzone so I would've automatically given this 5 stars but I gave it 4. The reason why would be the dodgeball. There was this disrespectful kid who was like why i there a girl in the game but I ignored him avoiding trouble. Also the dodgeball was so unorganized. I know the people waiting to get in was supposed to be in a single file line but instead they were all cluttered up raising their hands to get in. The workers only said once to get in a line and some didn't even do anything. It wasn't fair because they picked randomly which is why their should be a line. Otherwise it was fun! The free jump is okay but the only problem is the kids who ran into your square and make you fall face first! Also the limited space you have. You get a small square and when you fall on the PADS that divide you it doesn't feel good. But. Otherwise free jumo was awesome! Jumping off the walls is great! Basketball would probably be the most orderly and organized thing. They have three lanes. A small one and medium basket and a super tall one. Overall skyzone is so much fun and a great place for gymnasts (I'm an excel silver gymnast) Hope this helped! read more
