Brought the Kiddos here to have some fun with the family. This is quite an interesting place, if somewhat rundown. Regardless the kids REALLY love this place. The biggest draw for them is probably the slides and zipline. They also have some other interactive games for the kids but this place is nice for the different sections for different age groups. They seem to cater to the party crowd but have membership for those who want to visit this place more often. Some issues, they could use more seating and some better food options. My kids always have fun here but this place is filthy! The bathrooms stink and never checked or restocked. The equipment is dirty. The floors and tables are gross. The workers are constantly walking around but never pick up trash or clean. I know all the workers are young and this is definitely a management problem. We got a couple VIP passes from birthday parties last year. We don't come to Modesto much so we hadn't tried to use them until today. We walked in the door and there's a sign posted at the counter saying they don't accept the VIP passes anymore. We came here because we were invited to a birthday party. This place is in a huge shopping center and there is plenty of parking. You walk in and you have to check in first. I was surprised by the amount of seating there was so that was pretty nice. This place had a lot of fun things for the kids. My son played the entire time. Modesto, CA-i went there and enjoyed my time, but i did have a few issues with my experience. first of all, the trampolines, activities, and website for it. the activities there like the air bag stunt were great, although, the mega slide was VERY steep, and very hard to slide down. zip line was very fun, but one major issue- they have the kids pull the rope for the zipline. there was no staff up there pulling it so kids hands would get hurt. also, the website was very disordered. it said there was a warped wall to climb on, but there wasn't. later, I decided to get food. I looked at the list, and they were sold out of food items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. 6 was the only thing available and it was a family sized pizza. I got an ice cream twix and icee, and that and my friends money cost over $40, and get this-for 4 items!!! in conclusion, my experience was good, but I could've gone to Get Air and enjoyed about the same things. read more

i had my daughters 8th birthday party here. it was a very fun experience for her but so many kids were present at the same time as our party group. a bit humid indoors with no circulation can make the place funky. the day after the party, my daughter gets pink eye. they don't clean the foam pits or play grounds, just fyi. we all ended up getting pink eye and it took 7 days of eye drop antibiotics 3 times a day to go away. plus extra cleaning of laundry and wiping down everything in clorox wipes. why does a children's play facility have such low health standards? read more

Honestly I'm so shocked on how they charged me. I went in with my 11 year old and 1 yr old charge me 23.99 for him like he isn't going to jump much he is one!!!! I paid 50 plus dollars for both of them i totally understand my 11yr old but the one year old is beyond me but whatever then i went over to get snacks for the kids I asked for a cup of ice with a lid and she goes on to tell me they charge the price of a drink for a cup of ice with an attitude. We purchased tickets online for Sunday at 10:45. When we got to the door it was locked the signage on the door stated that the opening hours were 10:09 am on Sundays. There were about 15 people standing outside because they also had paid for 10:45 tickets as well. When I called the girl that answered said that they didn't open until 11 even though the sign said otherwise. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager was not here. They finally let us in from the 100° heat around 10:54 even though she originally told me she couldn't open the door until 11. The people checking us in were very rude and not even paying attention to the customers. The snack area was not open even though it was suppose to be. Took my 2 year old nephew here. Paid for the 90 min pass. Within the first 2 minutes my nephew wasn't feeling it and did not want to put his socks (sometimes that happens with toddlers). I went back to the counter and let them know what was going on, I had asked for a refund or credit, because him and his brother comes here all the time. The lady at the front desk told me it's non refundable. My sister takes her boys here all the time and they have a membership. I let my sister know what was going on (this is not the first incident for her at this place) and she will be canceling her membership and we will not be going back. No customer service for a loyal customer. The park itself is in ok shape, mats a little ripped, and duct tape on a few things. But the staff that surveyed the play areas were not paying attention to any thing that was going on. They just kept walking in circles, doing laps around the seating area, while talking. Mats on a certain play structure kept separating and the kids were rolling into and under the air pocket and they just kept walking and talking with not a worry in the world. We had to help the little ones out multiple times. The girls at the front counter were awesome, patient and sweet but the others need to take their job seriously and pay attention. That's their job is to survey, assist and control those areas. Finally another young lady came on shift to survey the play area and was actually paying attention, instructing and helping the children. She was great! I get that you sign a waiver that releases the park and crew of all responsibility in case of injury or death but the park needs to be sure of who they hire and if that person can & will do the job, not just simply be in the building existing.
