Parents mill about trying to find a seat on the scattered couches, bench's or massage chairs while keeping an eye out for their kiddos. . There's a snack bar serving dugout quality pizza, nachos, popsicles and drinks. There's also scattered vending machines and several birthday rooms. Place has been recently renovated with added features. While there was plenty of staff on hand, the place was dirty with debris and food containers/ wrappers scattered about and no one was busying the tables. The worker sat on her phone while a little girl was pulling the rope for her and when I asked another worker if she's supposed to be on her phone she didn't answer me but said the kids are allowed to pull the rope. She is supposed to be supervising and for the amount of injuries there she should be doing a better job!! read more

Wow!! I had such a better experience throwing a party here then last time!!!! When I had a party here 3 years ago it was a horrible experience!! So I was not happy when my daughter said she wanted to have her 12th birthday party here. But it was what she wanted so I sucked it up and booked. Going in to Rockin Jump I was very nervous. I just knew it was going to be a bad time like last time. Boy was I wrong!!!! Rockin Jump has stepped it up since my previous visit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by our Party Host Carson. Carson was very friendly & right away was extremely helpful. I explained to him that I really wanted room #3 that it was more private then the front rooms and that was exactly what I was looking for. He assured me that he would make it happen. He grabbed all the gifts and put on a cart for us. Checked the kids in & gave them socks. I never had to go looking for him , he was always around working. He took my drink orders and put in a order for pizza. He set up room for us . When pizza came he passed out slices to all the kids . We didn't have candles or a knife for ice cream cake we brought in . So he was able to grab candles for no extra charge. And he got a knife to cut the cake & lighter to light the candles . Then he cut the cake for us and passed out slices to all the kids . I can not express enough how great Carson was!!!!! Out of all the party's I have had , incredible johns, fun works ,etc, he was the absolute best!!!!! Honestly Carson made the entire party. I appreciate all his hard work and help. Rockin Jump has changed since I last been there. They have a cute cafe where you can order food or drinks. We didn't care for the pizza . There was too much cheese on it and we prefer a thinner crust. But other menu items looked good. Like nachos & churros. There's cubby holes where you can keep your shoes, belongings. Bathrooms were clean. The rest of the staff were great!! Especially the blonde manager. I forgot her name but she was very nice. And when it started to get rowdy ( neon nights was about to start, lots of kids) she handled it right away. I'm very happy with my party experience this time. I 100% recommend throwing a party here. My son loves this place but there's definitely room for improvement. For starters, in the afternoon they only staff one person for the front so you either wait forever to check in while that person attends the snack bar or you wait 20-30 minutes at the snack bar for the person at the front to come. The bathrooms are always filthy (so is the area for eating) and the steps leading up to the platform for the trampolines are coming apart. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also they need more seating for parents. There are five couches (one of the five is broken) and they're always packed. The staff is also pretty lax about enforcing any rules. For example, the Ninja Zone is for children 6 and under, yet there are constantly older kids and teenagers on it, throwing younger kids around and tearing it up. To be fair, the staff is mostly teenagers who seem uncomfortable having to step into a role where they have to be assertive so I guess I understand why they don't say anything. However the staff is very comfortable standing to the side talking to their friends and coworkers instead of monitoring the attractions like they're supposed to. All that said, my son absolutely loves it here, which is why we keep coming back. But if another trampoline park opened up I'd probably take him there if it's better. read more

The place itself was wonderful. The party host was AMAZING. My issue was the changing table. I placed my baby on it and it collapsed. I was able to catch my baby in time. An employee was also in the restroom and when I brought it to her attention she said "yeah it's been broken for a while now, there's one in the men's restroom if you have a guy that can change the baby." So unprofessional and the fact staff knew it was broken was awful. I went to another employee who put an out of order sign immediately. I asked the manager if they had a discount due to certain areas being out of operation she said no and I said you should have a poster or something announcing so many areas are closed before people pay full price to enter. So my son bailed on us for a birthday party leaving my baby girl and I at home. Why stay home when you can go rockin jump? Let's roll. We took the voyage to Modesto even though our city has its own jump park. We get there and it is PACKED. Love to see the great people enjoying life again. Check in was easy. Now it was time for my daughter to get her fun on. She had a blast. She made friends with another littler girl and they were off to build memories. She had so much fun. As for the non participating parents, there were plenty of seats to relax on. If I had one complaint, I think the ball pit manager needs to be more involved for safety reasons. There was an older teenager who was throwing the ball extremely hard. Yes the ball pit manager would say things to this teenager but he still continued to throw the ball super hard. I mean this kid had an arm. maybe he should look to playing baseball. This is how hard he was throwing. This ball pit had kids from all ages. You could see it in the older kids faces when they were beamed with the ball. Dangerous for sure. I don't want to take the fun out of the ball pit, just manage it a wee bit better. read more

Wow! This is not a kid or family-friendly atmosphere on a Friday night. The staff is completely overrun. It's filthy, with overflowing trash, pizza, and drinks on the floor, and every table a mess. Families are left to clean up an area if they want to sit. Sitting for almost three hours, no space was cleared or cleaned unless it was by customer request. Teens we're running wild - literally. Watched property damage, inappropriate aggression, chasing, screaming, boys rushing girls into the girls restroom. My boys said the restrooms were destroyed and the sinks were unusable, and while using the toilet kids were kicking the occupied stall doors. No one on staff could command authority to control the chaos. Managers are very young and overwhelmed. Not enough staff for safety - moms were not haven't it. Unfortunately, when we left, there was in-sight marijuana use and loitering of people that we're not customers. This place needs a full time security guard. Literally this place was wild and I saw middle school and young high school kids that where so disrespectful and it was a sad display of our youth and our culture. I'm not pleased that I purchased the summer pass. My kids loved the jump and I hope I'll find this place better at a different time of day. Update: the fact that I have been asked rudely to leave my drinks especially coffee off the top part of the trampoline park... which I COMPLETELY understand! I've seen other moms told the same thing. However, Alicia was working on her shift patrolling the trampoline zone, only to allow a group of FIVE (yes,5.) women allow them to drink their Starbucks iced coffees, which is totally unsafe and unfair. lol yes! This location does not return phone calls or answer questions for customers unless you happen to get through to someone on the first try. If it goes to voicemail, do not expect a response. Am employee literally told me today, that they don't return phone calls. On their website, you have to go through the process labeled as how to start a membership in order to cancel a membership. This is not only extremely anti-intuitive to a customer to utilize, but seems very unethical. It works out in their favor though because they get paid for any additional membership months and will not refund any of these fees while you are waiting for their return phone calls and trying unsuccessfully to find their online portal steps to close a membership. This business has no problem setting up their customers to be taken advantage of. Super disappointing. read more

So it's called Sky Zone now. The owners recently cleaned the place up and remodeled to add giant slides and a better kids-under-six area. My kids love this place. HOWEVER, you have to watch them like a hawk, especially the young ones (under 6 years old). You just don't want the older kids jumping and landing on them or catapulting them across the damn place on the trampolines. I've seen kids get hurt because their parents are just chilling on their phones, not paying attention. We have a membership so we only pay once a month and get to go as many times as we want. Terrible customer service, nobody around on a Tuesday night to sale drinks or food, you can see all the workers sitting in the back on phones not working or helping customers at all, we had to pay $50 to bring in a cake for my sons birthday $50 was super ridiculous especially for a Tuesday evening where the place wasn't even busy at all, then to top it off all the tables were super dirt, sticky with soda and the floors were the same! We came here for a birthday party. When you enter there's is a kiosk that you can use to sign a waiver for your child or you can do it prior online. They also give you special socks. There is an arcade and an open area for kids to jump. They also have a little area for kids under 3 years old. My son enjoyed the dodge ball area, basketball and the other jumping areas. The party was fun and quick. Afterwards my son and his friends ate pizza, cut cake and watched the birthday boy open presents. I am even thinking of having my son's birthday there next year! This is a hard pass on this place. It stinks of pee right when you walk in. Like it hits you in the face hard! We came for a birthday party. Now I get this is a kids place but it was packed. Literally every seat was taken by adults in the play area. Not enough staff in the jump areas either. Watched a kid push another kid down stairs in the under 6 area & no worker around. They should have one in each area to monitor. No one actually sitting in the food area, just had all their stuff saving seats! I get they had multiple parties going on at once but it's just too packed. The food area is a total joke. 30mins to heat up a pretzel? Then I heard them tell another family the tenders need to be cooked multiple times. We had to wait 40mins for fries, tenders & nachos. We had to stand to eat our food which was terrible, both my husband & I didn't feel well after eating. Oh they had a water fountain next to the food area that's just leaking water everywhere & not a single worker cleaning it. Everything seemed very mismanaged. We've been to a couple of these places & this one was by far the worst. Oh to top almost all of the kids at the party went home sick and ended up missing school that following Monday & Tuesday. My daughter and I visited this location today on a field trip with her school. We were having a decent time until my daughter Who is seven years old reported to me that an older boy hit her in the face with a dodgeball. I asked my daughter repeatedly if the incident was on purpose or an accident and she said that she felt it was on purpose because he paused after she asked him not to hit her, he then threw the ball at her face hard. I then asked her to point the boy out and she identified someone who appeared to be 10 or 11 and about 3ft taller than her. I then located his parent and the parents response was "stuff happens". I then report the incident to the manager so that she could control the environment and her response was pretty much the same as the boys mother. The manager defended the boys actions and tried to tell me that their policy dodge ball is play at your own risk. I have read through their policy and it clearly says unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and in the game of dodge ball hitting individuals in the face is not acceptable and is subject to being put out of the play area. If it was possible to give this location 0 stars I would. Although you sign a disclosure of play at your own risk, this should not dismiss bullying or negligence. Individuals should be able to enjoy themselves and feel safe. Height and weight disparities should be taken into consideration as well as the intent of the individual. I recently visited another jump facility and the staff was very clear about keeping little kids separate from adults and big kids. According to Rockin jumps policy they should be doing the same thing? At least that's what the policy states but I guess not on this day. read more

Went there with my three grandchildren my five-year-old and six-year-old were in their jumping with a 13-year-old jumped on the five-year-old leg of course I didn't say anything. I went to look for someone who was supposed to be watching the area one of the attendance there was no one up here in any of the jumping areas. Finally, a young girl came up and I asked aren't you supposed to be watching these areas and she says yeah but I'm the only one here to do it till someone else comes in And one young teenager cannot observe all of the jump areas and keep everybody doing what they're supposed to and not breaking the rules. They need to get way more help. They charge enough to do that and to pay more help. This is probably my last visit here. It's too dangerous. It's unsupervised and unattended up in the jump area. Booked my kid's birthday party. Brought in some Togo's sandwiches being that the party came with pizza. Ordered the sandwiches special. Over a 100$. Saw one of the host carrying my sandwich order out to another table. Went and asked the employee if she had the RIGHT boxes. Was told " oh yes, We have yours in the refrigerator with your name on it, this is definitely not your order ". Welp. Guess what?! They gave our food to another party and then tried to blame the mixup on the other party for not complaining about the sandwiches being wrong.! 1. So now it's the other party's fault for not complaining about the sandwiches? So what if they did complain? Are you going to re-package the sandwiches that everybody has already touched back into the box? 2. We specifically asked the employee if she had the correct order. Then there are 4 employees at the front desk who are not there to assist you but to direct you to go to the website to do it yourself while they take selfies. Once you do your own check in the website asks what size socks you need which you have to pay extra for and when it's your time to get your wrist band and your socks they don't have your size that you specifically selected at the check in process. While my kids were supposed to have fun it seemed that they got stuck working there and assisting other children because the employees at each station just stood there not doing anything. read more

If you want to go to Rockin jump definitely go to the one in Elk Grove This location kinda sucks, it's not 90mins they time it for 60 and tell people with a certain colored wrist band to leave even if the time isn't up. You can bring this up and let them know, they'll usually let you stay for your actual time. The staff was really nice but I think this place is pretty ran down. It's small but that doesn't matter to them, it's over crowded even with reserved times, mask mandate doesn't matter nor does the 6 feet distance even if they say it on the speakers, because of how crowded it is. Poor guy at the concessions was stuck by himself because they thought it wouldn't be crowded on a day children have school off. I took my 2 1/2 grandson and 15-year-old grandson. They had a lot fun. However, the place was kind of dirty. A lot of things were broken and I got the impression they might be doing some remodeling. It's not a place I'd take my 2 1/2 -year-old grandson again. My 15 year wasn't impressed. The young lady was fine seemed sad and she would disappear in the back for sometime. They have $6 slushes, pretzels and etc. you can bring your own snacks and there is a place to sit. I wasn't really impressed. I will not be going back. Several Parts of the little kid "ninja course" were broken and unsafe. Everything was dirty and looks like it's never been properly cleaned. Many pads around the trampolines were misaligned and you can tell everything is in need of an inspection and repair. It's always fun to check balls at the various innocent children running around. They are easy target practice. The only knock is that they only had one front desk person checking people in. Me and my 2 year old went to the 9:00am toddler morning jump. We had an absolute BLAST! There was only one staff member working but she was sweet. I liked how they just let the kids and the parents have fun. The place was nice and quiet and I believe there were only 6 other families jumping that early so it was nice to have it quiet and not overwhelming for a 2 year old. The price was great and I like the fact that you can buy the cool, grip socks once and keep using them on your next adventure until they wear out. My only complaint was some of the jumping areas and foam pit were very well worn and could use a little upkeep besides just some duct tape. Highly recommend this place. Especially when there is not much offered in Modesto for younger toddlers. read more

We had our daughter's seventh birthday party yesterday at Rockin' jump. It was a huge value and the staff there made everything super easy. Pizzas and pink lemonade were included in the package. You can also choose from a soda Assortment. Our party host Fidel helped with every aspect. He was courteous thoughtful and responsive. The best part is they did the cleanup. The only recommendation I would have is a sandwich board sign that says "---" birthday party here since the admission process with so many children can be hectic.
