They're also only open on the weekends for the little league for kids which is whatever, but then they close it. And on weekdays they are NOT open until 10 at night because I tried going late several times. The water fountains and vending machines don't work which is surprising for the area it's built in, and the staff are a bunch of assholes. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only reason I maybe would recommend this place is because there's no where else to play besides here and it actually has nets on the goals.

The staff that works not professional at all including their referees & ref coordinator. We had an incident today the ref that they had didn't have any knowledge of soccer. Brought it up to the coordinator they just laughed at our face and said it happens. As a parent we expect to have professional or at least ref that knows what they are calling. Pointing at parents faces is not the right way for a coordinator to speak to a parent and telling them they should ref the next game while having a smirk in their face. They need to work on professionalism.

We asked for a refund after they begged my husband to coach, but couldn't due to his work schedule. This was only 10 days before season started. They told us there were several teams without coaches. Bathrooms are decent. (Except the hand dryer in front of the bathroom stall so when the door opens, you get smacked in the hand). However...this large soccer complex is in the middle of a residential neighborhood so it's not easy to find. Then when you do find it, its split in two! If your game is on the other side, you cant drive to the other parking lot side. You literally have to go back to the main street a block down, go around the school (or community center) and back through the residential area. Whose bonehead idea was that?! Additionally, the parking spaces are tiny. Everyone knows soccer moms drive the pick ups and SUVs. Why would you do this to us? The parking lot was so frustrating that several other parents and I gave up and parked on the street and just walked in. During the games, random honking and hollers could be heard from other people trying to park and maneuver in this horrible parking lot. Good luck folks!

I'm not a big fan of Play It Again Sports because of the high prices. That's right, Play It Again Sports has high prices! IMO, used sports equipment should be priced lower than the prices you find at big box stores like a Walmart, or even at Big 5. I admit that Play It Again Sports have lower prices than the same gear bought new. My view is these prices should be significantly lower than new equipment, not just a little lower than new. That's what I saw when I visited those three stores. It's not surprising that I haven't purchased many items (maybe 3) from Play It Again Sports, and I could've easily bought 10X that, from golf clubs to baseball gloves/bats to weights. That's my take on Play It Again Sports.
