The crawl space flooded with 2 feet of water, ruining the water heater and damaging the furnace. I spent $2k getting a new water heater installed and am very worried about flooding occurring again. Less than 2 hours after the water heater company left, an alarm in the garage started sounding. Turns out this is a septic pump alarm that was signaling there was soon to be a backup. I called 10 companies and no one could come out until after Christmas - something I understand but also could not accept because I just paid for a brand new water heater. I headed home to try and figure this out by myself with the as-built info from county records... what a nightmare. I spent about an hour digging where the plans showed my tank but found nothing. I gave up and started to call people again to see if anyone could be bribed to come out on Christmas Eve. I called Ken and he answered right away. I asked if there was any chance he could come out right now and he said he was actually on vacation and out on a beach enjoying the sun. I started to apologize and hang-up, but he stopped me and said he could probably at least help on the phone. Ken spent time dealing with me on the phone and via text message for the next 2 hours giving me awesome directions and explanations about everything I needed to do. Not only did Ken essentially teach me the basics about my septic system remotely, he saved me a ton of money because after it was all said and done, my pump alarm was no longer sounding and I was able to confirm it was functioning properly. My initial review was a one star…read more I called and spoke with Tabitha about getting my septic system pumped. They scheduled me for January 8th. The employee they sent out pumped my system and told me that another employee would need to come out and do a diagnostic appointment. He also pulled out all the floats from the last tank. He put those floats back in the tank unattached to anything so all float to the top of the effluent. He also warned that I would only have around thirty days to use my system. I did not understand at the time the float system and his time frame. I spoke with Tabitha about scheduling this diagnostic appointment. She stated they wouldn't have time until the 30th. I explained I would need another afternoon appointment as I work during the day. She said that would be no problem. I received a phone call and voicemail from Tabitha on January 29th at 2pm stating her tech was is my driveway waiting with all the replacement parts. This was odd as I was told it was a diagnostic appointment. I received a second voicemail on January 30th at 3 pm, stating they wouldn't have time not be able to come out until late the next week. I have since done research into my As Built. Klein Septic knew the problem and exacerbated it by removing the floats from the pvc pipe. They then contacted the county health department stating my pump is non operational on January 14th. It's been so long now I will need to have my system pumped again just to fix the floats and see what other problems were created by Klein's initial visit. I will also need to work with the county to get this bogus report removed from my property. At this point I feel Klein is dragging their feet to enhance profit by needing to pump the system to undo the floats from damage and charge for any extra services and products as much as possible. UPDATE!!! Five stars!!! Ken from Klein came out immediately and rectified the entire situation. Fixed the floats, explained my entire septic system and what had occurred. He said the report to county would be changed as well. Just a super knowledgeable person! Answered all of our questions and had a very positive attitude. Fabulous fabulous fabulous

Super fast service. The other outfit told me I had to contact a septic designer to get the job done. They also told me I needed a new drainfield!! Ripoff. Klein fixed the problem (a broken pipe) in an hour. The charge was very reasonable. I'll have them come out and clean my laterals in the coming months. These guys are GREAT! You can't go wrong.

We had received several quotes, but "Sewer Friendly" was our choice, because their quote was within reason, their customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. Sewer Friendly told us there was grease in the line, they were totally wrong Come to find out it was a rock likely dislodged by their team when they were cutting the pipe with the spot fix they originally came to do.
